I haven’t had a chance to visit the store in person, but I’ve ordered from the online store twice and it has been a wonderful experience! The items are packaged carefully and shipping is relatively quick. The prices are also super reasonable for high quality items!

EDIT: After contacting them, I got a great email detailing the information I needed so, Im very happy with that.So I bought these (mental clarity set) because I really needed them...lots of anger and Mercury is in retrograde.Nothing comes with this except a business card and packing slip.There is a list on the product page, as to each rock or crystal and a description, albeit no pictures.So now I have to look them each up, and write down which ones do what.

Hands down the best shop to buy semiprecious crystals and stones in the Tampa Bay area. The prices are extremely reasonable. The shop radiates positive energy and love. You can actually feel the energy as you walk in.

This store is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I came all the way from Tarpon Springs just to come here and it was so worth the trip! Great selection of items and lots to choose from! I purchased 3 stunning freeforms (carnelian, labradorite and amethyst) as well as golden money! Everything I got is so stunning and such positive energy in the store! I’ve been following this account on Instagram for about a year now and was really excited to visit the storefront. I drove 2 hours to come here trusting that the store was open even though google said temporarily closed. There was also no times listed on the store Instagram. I get here and there’s a sign up front that says open Tuesday - Saturday 11-6. I find myself with a closed store on a Wednesday.Please post your correct store hours on your Instagram or store website as well as a correct sign to avoid another inconvenience such as this one for someone else.

I have so many good things to say that I don’t even know where to start! Shipping was very quick, given that were in a pandemic I was happy about that. The packaging was amazing! Everything was wrapped with care, I didn’t experience any damage to my crystals. All of the crystals I received are truly authentic and BEAUTIFUL. Im absolutely in love. I also purchased some bracelets which are so cute. I only have good things to say!

Ive bought a few times from this family business and never been disappointed. Their packaging is so secure your crystals are snug as a bug. I didnt get a selenite stick in my pisces stone collection and they made up for it and sent it to me with no problem or questions asked. Their citrine is REAL which sometimes is hard to find. I bought white sage smudge sticks and its just all perfect. love love love.

I love this place... This was one of the first places I ventured out to when I moved to Tampa. Beautiful peaceful energy inside and the owner (Paula) is amazing. I also like that she supports local makers and includes their things in some of her boxes and makes them available to her customers...

I used their online store to purchase sets of crystals for travel, manifestation, grounding in love, and I purchased myself an abalone shell for home decor and a prosperity bowl. When I received my order, I came to understand that this shop really cares about their customers. Everything was beautifully packaged, safely kept, and arrived in great time. I informed the store that I intended to send my friends the sets, and they even supplied mailers so I wouldnt have to pick some up for my friends. Its little things like that that really show the selflessness of the owners. I dont know, that really moved me! The online descriptions of the items are super informative in all aspects; so I can only imagine how much fun and good energy going to the actual store is. They also update the instagram daily, so I still feel engaged even after my purchase, which is why I intend to DEFINITELY come back and purchase from them again. Thank you, Chakra Zulu Crystals!

USPS lost my package and they won’t do anything to help me. I was so excited to order from here after seeing their beautiful instagram, finally placed an order and waited, USPS tracking info said delivered, but nope... I received nothing. Seller has made it clear that it’s not their problem. Told me to contact USPS and good luck. Bad customer service.

Have placed several orders for delivery by mail since the beginning of the year and Ive been pleased every time! A few delivery hiccups were resolved with incredibly friendly customer service, its an easy place to keep coming back to.

Ordered 12 stone chakra set online. Items were shipped within a couple days, and received in good condition. Stones have good energy and are perfect for my needs. Ill be shopping here again.

I ordered online with Chakra Zulu Crystals and they did a great job! My packages came in the shipping and handling times mentioned, items came as advertised, fair pricing, and good customer service. I was a little nervous based on a few previous reviews from other online customers but fortunately I had a good experience. I even wrote an email concerning my anxiousness about ordering and Mykelle from customer service was very professional and understanding. Good small business to shop with, would shop again in the future!

This place was so beautiful. It had the best energy in there. Super light and peaceful. The owner Paula was so nice and helpful. I can’t wait to go back when the next shipment comes in. This will be a regular place for us now.

I ordered my crystals about 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything in the mail. I finally got an email saying Not all your items shipped. So youre telling me youre making me wait long and you cant send all my things. Ive sent a message to them online and whoever responded to me gave me attitude. I will definitely not order form this place again. FYI I have ordered crystals from many places and have received my order in 1-2 weeks.

I love the atmosphere and all of items she has. The service is horrible. They stay in the front of shop behind a wall of beads. If you have a question you have to find help. Again I come because its black owned. The last time I was there I had to wait for her to finish a conversation with her staff before she would assist me. I worked and trained staff in that situation any time a customer comes in you catier to them as they are paying you.

Just found my new crystal spot! Overheard the owners at Earth angel gifts talking about this place and went right over! They have a huge selection of crystals of different sizes as well as other knickknacks such as coffee mugs wine glasses crystal wine toppers incense and more! The energy here is so free flowing and everyone was nice and relatable. This is definitely my go to spot

Im so dissapointed. Since local shops were mostly closed, I was pleased to see this one had a quality website I could order from instead of having to order crystals from a random online supplier. I was thrilled to be supporting a local company! However, after nearly 10 days I finally received a notification that a shipping lable had been made for my order. Its been over a week and the package STILL hasnt been dropped off at the post office. Even for a small, family run business this seems completely unreasonable. I emailed the company two days ago asking for a refund but have not heard anything back. I dont understand how someone has time to post on Instagram every day promoting items they do not have the ability to ship on time.

The energy in this space is magical. This shop has a wide variety of products and the customer service is superb. I walked out with a wealth of knowledge and different crystals to buy the next time.

This place is sooooo awesome. As soon as you walk in you just feel relaxed and at peace. I was greeted with smiles and hello and free to roam about and take it all in. So much to see and excited to find a peaceful place to escape to. The front is in a back alley like way and its further inward, incase your GPS sends you to the wrong spot like I experienced. Im new to Tampa so its great to visit a store that is so welcoming and filled with beauty.

This was actually my first time ordering crystals and I really put time into finding a place that had reasonable prices. When I received my crystals I was honestly kinda sad.. I don’t think one thing looked like it did on the internet. Maybe because I’m not very educated on all crystals but looks can definitely be deceiving online. My crystal ball is literally so so small, I have stones and crystals that just look so dull it’s almost like they picked the bad ones to give so they didn’t have to have them in the store ; I had to literally look up and compare mutiple items because I thought I received the wrong things..that’s how different they looked. I spent over $100 and I really only like 2 or 3 of the crystals and stones I purchased. My advice to the seller is to show the true size of all your stones and I understand not everything is going to perfectly beautiful but I don’t think I’ll ever buy crystals or stones online again. I feel no connection to them at all. Definitely bummed out.

I just visited Chakra Zulu today for the 2nd time this month. The energy in this establishment is beyond ! Everytime I’ve visited, I was greeted with a welcoming smile and inviting energy . The owner is always willing to help and answer any of the many questions I have . She is very knowledgeable of the crystals as well as their healing properties. Not to mention they have a large assortment of different incense, resins, sage, spiritual baths, candles, Florida water and plenty of other items needed to suit your spiritual needs. The overall environment is peaceful and relaxing, it feels like home; not to mention, there is always a bomb playlist playing lightly in the background . As a Georgia native that just recently moved to Tampa, I was afraid that I’d never find a store that would be able to provide such as the stores back home; Chakra Zulu exceeded all of my expectations . No need to search anywhere else in Tampa, Chakra Zulu is it!
