Have a Haworth Zody chair. Bought in 2007. At another long gone store in Sarasota. No problem w chair ever. Needed arm caps replacement just now. They got a pair for me. These folks couldnt have been more helpful. Service exceeded expectations by a lot.Thanks especially to Chris and Diane. And BOS Tampa.

Possibly OK for a small home office job but do not use for a large remodel/refurnish. They dont have the capacity to handle large, complex projects. Failure to deliver items, incorrect measurements and inferior assembly are just a few challenges we faced.
