I work as a RN and I always choose to come and get my scrubs from here. There is amazing customer service. Everyone is so kind and goes out of their way to ask if you need anything and they make a huge effort to ensure you find what you want. I would 10/10 recommend coming to get your uniforms and plus from here!

Loved this place. Jennie Greeted us with good vibes. We had no idea that they had so many different brands and styles! With her patience and expertise we were in and out in an hour and out in 1.5 hours with Fabulous new Matrix scrubs. We will be back!

My experience was amazing from the moment I came into the store . It was very clean and organized which I loved!!! My sales associate Marisol was so kind and helped me pick out my scrubs which were perfect!!! She always checked to see how I was doing in the fitting rooms, and if I was not happy with the style she would suggest a different brand till ultimately I found my new favorite brand !!! I stopped in looking for scrubs for a great new job I was hired for and Marie was SO SO SO helpful, sweet, and patient. I haven’t had to buy scrubs in many years, let me be the first to say there are SO MANY differences compared to scrub shopping now! Marie showed me around the store, directed me to where the things I needed would be, she gave me plenty of time in the dressing room checking on me a few times. Marie never rushed me, she was there to check on a couple of things for me and she offered to order anything I wanted that they didn’t have. When I checked out she made sure to help me get all of the discounts I could and helped me double check to make sure I had all of the things I came in for. I really can’t say enough good about her! She was just very lovely and nice to be around! The store was immaculate, so clean and organized. SO many options and they had enough stock for me to be able to leave with a weeks worth of scrubs without having to order anything. Getting meet Marie was worth the drive from Bradenton! My co worker and I had the best time shopping for scrubs here. Jennie and Angelica helped us both to find a new brand of scrubs Healing Hands, which ae love. When we arrived it was rather busy so we were unsure of what kind of service we would receive. But between these 2 girls we were made to feel like we were the only women in the store. They switched off helping us and 2 students. They were helpful and attentive.They were both hilarious as well. We hope you know what wonderful employees you have. We will definently be back.

Had so much selection! From xxs-4x, any style, and all the well known brands. the staff is super nice and courteous. They also have a student discount, which I appreciated. They also have a reward program which could lead to future discounts!

Just because they offer it online doesnt mean its in the store and the ship times seem longer to me if you order thur the store and do store pick up. Took almost 3 weeks to gst 2 koi tops and pair of pants in. Nothing special just navy scrubs

Ive been in this store several time for so many years. Today I had a really bad experience with the lady at the register, really bad attitude, very poor customer service. I can not say the same about the other 2 ladies working on the floor, with light hair color Im sorry I couldnt get their names, very nice ladies, very helpful both, but the lady at the register short lady with black hair, horrible customer service no helping at all, is a shame because I liked the store but this lady left me a really bad taste today leaving me at the register for 15 mins with no reason, I left the store without my clothes and nobody even bother in calling me back to give me an explanation. Is a shame they have people like this person working to upset the customers instead of helping and bringing an excellent services to the health care workers.

Melody was such a help yesterday. I picked out about 6 different pairs of scrubs that would compliment my body. None of them worked. I was about to walk out feeling disappointed and she chimed in and helped me out. She went through at least 12 different sets of scrubs to try and help me find the ones I needed so I wouldn’t look boxy. I ended up walking away with 4 sets of scrubs. She was a wonderful help and super friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

I am never impressed with this store, but I wanted to give it an opportunity today. I was told that only Baycare employees could receive discount. So, they don’t honor other healthcare workers. Why should I give them business??? The management of this company doesn’t have business mind.Thanks for the response. Customers dont know which facility partners with you. Plus, your employee told me that only Baycare employees would receive discount. I dont know and care who is telling the truth. Dont worry about it. You are not the only store in town. Stopped in to buy my first ever pair of scrubs and was greeted by such a great variety of scrubs. There are so many different brands and styles to choose from it was great!I was helped by this wonderful lady named Dian. She was funny and had so many helpful tips and suggestions that gave me insight on compression socks along with cool store deals they run!! Would recommend going to for great quality Scrubs ! A tad bit pricey but the payoff is quality!!

First time going to this location as a Baycare employee and it was not a good experience, i wasnt aware that this location did embroirdery to start off with. So i call this location and speak with Angelica, she tells me i can bring my jacket back in and get it done, even gave me a price. I have it taken over there and was denied service saying once it leaves the facility it cannot be brought back for embroidery. Im upset because i was told one thing on the phone then another person says another at the actual location. I called and spoke with Carmen whom was amazing! She was very nice and somewhat calmed me down. But i just dont think its right to have a new employee all by themselves if they dont know the rules and regulations with the scrubs n stuff merchandise.

Here is a new review:I walked in and was greeted by Jennie and Angelica. I was in there for an hour and a half. I made several requests and none of them budged. From the walk in to the check out, everything was smooth. Jennie was very elaborate about what they didn’t have and what they did have. I was in there for my nursing school uniform and they ensured I had ordered my items in the right size and that I was comfortable before purchasing. No upsells and I was not rushed. Horrible! I called before I drove the 30 mins to the store asking if they carried maternity scrubs. I was told yes. I get there and they carry ONE brand and only THREE sizes and in ONE color! They weren’t even displayed in the store they were all “in the back”. I am so mad I drove the 30 minutes to this store for you all to basically carry nothing. I will never shop here again!

One of the employees was extremely rude to me while doing a return. Theres a way you act while working in customer service and her attitude was clearly not how you act when dealing with customers.

They are great to there customers and have the newest scrubs. I always shop here.

Not helpful at all. Sale associates would not help when asked. In addition they continued to chat or stock when I was trying to check out. Stood there for at least 10 minutes and never even acknowledged me. Never coming back would give them no stars if I could.
