Garbage Service. It’s like you’re bothering them when you’re trying to get supplies. Spoke to three different representatives that make you feel like you’re a hassle. Horrible service. Basically, the representatives are pay check collectors. Have waited since the September 24th and still nothing.
They never have supplies I need for my premature 10m old. Nose canulas for infants, face stickers, the list could go on. I always have to call & have them send the correct kind & amount of oxygen tanks. Some reason they can never keep the order the same. Blows my mind. My son has to be on oxygen 24/7. I was suppose to have a delivery yesterday but the guy wouldn’t get to my home until really late at night & therefore he couldn’t come. So I asked if he could come the next day & he said yes just call the office. So I called & of course they didn’t have the supplies I need and they can’t deliver because they won’t be in my area. So now I have to wait another week. Luckily I have JUST enough tanks to last. I shouldn’t have to worry if my son will have enough oxygen to last until then.If you can go through another company, I would!! This place is a joke. There’s always something wrong. No supplies, can’t get oxygen tanks when delivery was already scheduled, bad regulators. You name it.
Waiting months for a device with no communication. As a healthcare professional, this place is not operating in an efficient or ethical way.

Outstanding customer service! Sarah and her supervisor went beyond the norm. After a frustrating stressful day dealing with insurance and red tape with no success, I received a call on Friday at 4:45 to let me know that a new CPAP had been approved and that it should be delivered Monday. I am grateful beyond words. Thank-you!
Buyer Beware. They are by far the worst company I have worked with. I tried contacting them (many times), only to get passed around via their voice response system. If you need them, try call the billing number. They will answer that line, but will offer very little help. In other words RUN and find another provider. As I write this, im still on hold.
Staff have no idea what they doing . No knowledge about product and over charging patients as co pays .Be carefull.
Mask didnt fit and no one would help with the return process. So now I have $150 mask that doesnt fit and appears Im stuck without help. Order your supplies elsewhere.
I visited the Tampa location and it was a joke and a waste of my time. I am hearing impaired. I cant use their website since every way to contact this health care company requires a phone call. I went there and was told to call this number and call this other number AFTER they were informed of my hearing disability. Not one person at this location tried to help.
I am a new customer. The first oxygen machine thy brought in to my house straight off the truck malfunctioned immediately and had to be returned to the truck. Then came the second machine that came into my house. It had a terrible odor and, kind of like a burning smell but very rancid. I tried to fill a cylinder and before I knew it it was full. Unfortunately the gas in the bottle was unusable because it tasted so bad I definitely think it would have made you very sick to use it so I called the company again. The man came out and exchange the equipment and gave me a new bottle and hose and nasal cannula, the man came the next and in addition to the new bottle and nasal cannula he brought a new machine..... which DIDNT work properly, it makes a loud clanking noise and it wont fill my oxygen bottle. I also had to be exposed to 2 different workers, during the Covid-19 pandemic. I that was the third oxygen machine. I called and complained and he brought yet a fourth machine to my house, this time a newer black unit. That machine seemed to work fine and I filled an oxygen bottle from it. However, when I installed the provided regulator, there was a malfunction and the gas escaped wildly, and not through the regulator at all.. Memorial Day weekend and they said they could not come out until Tuesday to rectify the situation. Unfortunately over the weekend I developed a severe illness and had to go to the hospital. I got ready to go to the hospital and tried to use the portable tank but the regulator malfunctioned. That is not a good position to be in a broken oxygen bottle regulator on your portable bottle and you need to go to the hospital thats two miles away but you dont have oxygen... I have cancer and I dont want to be exposed to more people than nessecary. 4 bad machines in a row, and a malfinctioning green tank top regulator.Thist oxygen company is dangerous. They are supposed to supply equipment that you can bet your life on. The employees did not even wear protective equipment until I ask them. I mean come on theres an epidemic going on no a pandemic theyre FIRED!!
I just got off the phone with the billing department of Apria Health care. This is one of many many times I have tried to figure out what I am being charged for 2 pieces of equipment. I call billing and talk someone from the Philippines, Some I can understand and some I dont, But the results are always the same, nothing was accomplished, I just Wasted about 50 min of my time. Im so Frustrated!!! Its time to change companies!! I had a regulator because of my respatory illnesses and the machine was costing my insurance company 1250. Per month, It was broke fore 6 months or so, When I called to have it repaired it took 6 months of phone tag plus lots of time being transfered from on department to another to finally get it fixed!! Im done with this hog wash of a company!! I switch insurance companys and now I have to pay 20 percent.I was billed 180.for my portion.This was during the part of the six months it was broken and couldnt get it fixed. It cost 7200. For nothing, Me 180. For nothing!! Cant get help to get a well deserved refund !! So Frustrated!!
