A great store! Well stocked with quality materials. The store manager Rick is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Same for the rest of the staff. Way better than any big box store. Also a great place to send you wife to pick colors.

Dyco product ruined my pavers Customer support non existent.

I Purchased paint and supplies from them five or six times. I Went out of my way to go there to buy a roller. I got there 5 min before closing but the doors were locked. The guy simply pointed at the store hours sign turned, then his back to me and walked away without saying anything. Thats pretty bad customer service and ended up wasting my time by having to go somewhere else to get the roller.

This is the only real paint store in Tampa. These guys have been in the biz for decades. Be nice.

I have dealt with Rick the manager for over 20 years. Great people a true paint store. Larry one of the hardest working guys. He gets orders out quickly and efficiently.

Apparently They don’t give out color books to people who plan to paint the whole house which is ridiculous. So if you are planning a projects I wouldn’t go with them. But I’m sure they’re able to sell you all that you want. Bummer

Called store to check availability since my store was waiting on a delivery of the Product I was looking for. I was quoted a retail price and told it was contractor pricing. Ben Moore has set pricing for retail and contractor that distributors arent supposed to stray from at the risk of losing distribution rights. So tell me what to bring if you want proof Im a contractor dont LIE about a price quote. Ill go to another Ben Moore dealer on principal alone before I walk through these DISHONEST DOORS too bad!!! Short & Condensing tone on the phone led to this review as much as the LIE. Took place 4/19@ 0830 if a owner would like to follow up! Thanks!

I’ve been 3 times and it’s like they’re afraid to mix Ben Moore paint. Quoted me one price and then changed the price. Couldn’t match the Ben Moore color swatch. I don’t think they’re properly trained.
