Was having a ton of trouble with a car that came from sea level. All the mechanics were booked solid and the prognosis was looking pretty bad - but Rose saved the day, by suggesting an $8 fix that seems to have solved the problem completely. Very grateful for her wisdom in recognizing that it was a simple and common problem, with an easy fix. She saved the day in more ways than one!
HORRIBLE service by Rosa and Cherokee management. Rude, angry looking, they seem like they hate life, that job and you! ZERO customer service skills with a side of lets go outside to fight. Its apparent that they will hire anyone with a pulse. Go to elsewhere if you want to be a valid customer.

AutoZone.. enuf said. Easy to find. Construction will make it a little bit difficult but you can cross the road safely in an out of the place.
After 2 days working on my car, spending over 200$, one employee named Sol or Sal..short skinny kid was an a$$, very rude. All the other employees were very helpful, but because of one person, Id give no stars.
I would give them 5 stars but I was given the incorrect parts for my truck. I even had to pull up the part on my phone because they couldnt find it on their computer. Maybe need to update their system. Other than that, very nice employees.
I wish i could have given a 1/2 star. Do they not have any training in this store? Im told they have a desperately needed fuel pump when i called at 10:17 am. They placed it on hold i was told. Day goes on i get to Taos amd they actually dont have my fuel pump. Bad inventory? They blame the computer? Why would one not physically put the part to the side and know you have it before you even tell a stranded customer it is there. Poor training management and all around just poor customer service amd even worse of an inventory system obviously. Another lost customer. Too late to get elsewhere. Thanks

Employees at this Auto Zone were NOT wearing masks, directly going against the Governors health order. When I asked why not, they said theyre a privately owned business that has choices. THIS IS A RISKY PLACE TO SHOP & POTENTIAL HOT SPOT FOR CONTRACTING COVID19. Ive already reported them to the NM business non compliance hotline, but for the common good of our community, I would avoid shopping there until they consider the health of their community in a real way.
I went in yesterday (8/7/2020) and not a single employee was wearing a mask, nor did they seem to be enforcing the state regulation that customers wear masks. I then went to OReilly Auto Parts, where everyone was wearing a mask, they had tape and ropes to ensure social distancing and they were really helpful and friendly!
Got a window tint kit and applied it myself. also a fob remote with syncing.Theyre limited to customer servicing outside the building.
Friendly help full staff. I dont know anything about cars and they were able to answer all my questions, in a friendly manner.
Decent store. They had several portable air compressors which is what I was looking for. Need to keep in mind that buying the cheapest is not always the solution to be looking for, really is more my fault as opposed to theirs.
I visited this location yesterday everyone had masks on, probably due to the new manager, which I may add am thrilled she is there!! I will be going back to the store for my parts once again.
Store is clean and organized.Their employees are not very helpful.We had questions about our auto and they went sure. I had to ask the young man to look it up.We are regular AutoZone customers and usually we get outstanding service,and wonderful employees who helped us find product not just point and say Its over there.We think these employees need to be instructed in customer service, product information and use.

The first employee I dealt with was very helpful and understanding. I had to return later in the day to request some help with a battery and I have never been more insulted! The older gentleman wearing the “store manager” name tag was rude, condescending and basically called me a liar and then proceeded to argue with me about “when” I purchased the battery which had nothing to do with the issue at hand. He called me a knucklehead under his breath from behind the counter as I left the store. It will be my last visit to Autozone in Taos.

I went to another auto store, they sold me the wrong wipers, so they flew off my windshield while I was driving. I went to AutoZone. They not only sold me the correct wipers they slso put them on my vehicle!
Sales associate OBVIOUSLY didnt want to install the new battery I was purchasing for my 04 PT Cruiser. I offered to remove the air filter box myself (1 screw) so he would have access. He was surly and argumentative throughout the entire process, then proclaimed the installation complete although battery was loose when he finished (I realized when I reinstalled the air filter box). I went back into the store and asked him to do it right, then realized he hadnt put on a plastic piece that goes between the battery and battery tie down. In fact, he had left it sitting on top of the engine, and it would have bent the hood had I tried to close it. He wrongly informed me that after market batteries wouldnt fit the car, so I told him to reinstall my old battery and give me a refund. He fled back into the store and sent out another associate who had no trouble installing it properly. And, it fit! If I could give less than one star, I would. There is no excuse for rude, untrained staff.
Packed store two guys; one old, bitched and complained every time a customer asked him any question, and a young guy who is trying to do everything himself. Its be great if he had someone actually working with him.

Had a burnt out directional light and after stopping at two other business who could not help us, we ended up at Autozone. We bought the bulb and asked the young man waiting on us if they had any mechanics who could install it. They don’t really have mechanics but he said he could if it was okay with his boss. His boss was okay with it and in a matter of a few minutes the bulb was replaced. When we asked what the charge was, both said no charge. I found that unbelievable. We were most grateful because one place told us they could fix it if we left the car all day. Another said if we got the part they could do it sometime in the afternoon. Because of the people at Autozone we were on our way in less than fifteen minutes...thank you Taos Autozone.

The worst autozone I’ve ever been in.Staff:-Incompetent about any thing that has to to with any knowledge of vehicles and Parts.-Constant “Bad” attitude with no sense of customer curtesy.-Had no clue about the part (Which I even brought in) and where to even find it it what to do with it, SMH.-Did not offer any extended help even though they wouldn’t find the part I needed-Condescending attitudes-Rude-inexperienced-Not customer friendly or mannered in any customer salesmanship-Did not demonstrate first hand knowledge of simple automotive parts and heavily relied on a computer which failed to accommodate my needs.Store:+Clean+Plenty of parkingThe staff made my visit absolutely “bad” to put in one word. Only one person (didn’t get a name) was really “into” his job and was the only one that apologized with good manners, so kudos to the “one good guy” at the Taos Autozone. Never going to this auto zone ever again, just gonna go to a descent auto part store where staff I’ve known for years and never had a “bad” experience. Go support local auto parts store not this “disenfranchised” pathetic excuse for a franchise of auto zone.Recommend: Midas, AC Delco (online)

Low price auto parts. Sometimes they need to order things from Santa Fe but the truck only runs on weekdays. So if you order a part after three in the afternoon, you wont get it till Monday around noon... just a heads up for those who tinker on the weekends.
