Very professional staff who handled my purchase. Could not have asked for any more.
I recently needed to have someone look at my old chevy truck as my engine light was flashing. I looked around, and could find appointments 2 weeks out, or I did not even get a return call. Town & Country took me in about 3 business days. As they said they would, they called when they found the problem, gave me a quote, and asked if I wanted to proceed. It was not a hard fix, and it was very affordable!! I was delighted, they could have said anything to me!!Plus, they treated my truck like it was new, vacuumed it, put plastic on seat and steering wheel. Everyone associated with service department was extremely nice and helpful!! I will go directly to T& C for next issue!!Jeana
They went out of their way to help me. I was just passing through and my battery went dead. They took me in just as if I was one of their best customer.
They are always straight forward, honest, make you feel at home they dont forget you. When you walk in they always acknowledge you
The service receptionist did a great job getting our problem solved. Our soon to be flat tire was fixed and we were on our way in a short time. Very happy and appreciative of the service we received. Thank you!
I recently traded in my Ram 2500 for a Nissan Titan XD . Andrew my salesman was great I highly recommended working with him, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The finance manager Jonmikel made the transaction go smooth and in a timely manner. The sales manager Raul made us feel like family it was over all a great experience. It felt great to shop local. Thank you Town & County for the great experience!
Very friendly and professional. Work done in a timely manner at reasonable cost.
They are hard to work with an it dont seem like they have very much experience.
The buying experience at Town and Country overall was superb, low pressure, informative, and truly a pleasure. Town and Country took the time to answer all my questions over a two week period (I am a new Chevy truck owner and had many) and for the couple they couldnt immediately answer they would seek out the correct information. When an accessory I wanted from GM was no longer available they found an alternate source. Most importantly, they are honest and dont play games. They made me a great offer the first time and never once tried changing numbers or values or fees, etc., something I kept experiencing in negotiating with other dealers. Truly recommend giving these guys a shot.
Quality of service was very good including customer service
The GM Raul Vigil is every helpful and knowledgeable on financing your vehicle the rest of the guys are also great 👍 thank youWe purchased 3 vehicles in 3 months ! My wife and I are happy we did .... highly recommend best deals is Town & Country Chevrolet of Taos, No one can beat there deals! from Española, NM
Everything was fast and they did a good job the only down side is they forgot to put my oil cap on my car. Luckily I didnt work to far away. They called me to go back. Luckily I didnt have a long trip planned.
Everyone was friendly. Michael our salesman was fantastic and JonMikel was great as well!
When I told them I was upset that a scheduled maintenance of transmission oil change at 45000 miles was not performed when I brought my car in for regular oil change, my Service rep said he would alert me of upcoming recommended service in the future.
Andrew & Raul in sales were easy to work with- even if it took me a week and 5 test drives on 5 different vehicles. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Andrew & Raul go above and beyond to make things right and make sure you walk out of the door in a new vehicle confident and happy.Glad I was able to keep my money spent in town and not compromise price or service in the least bit.Highly recommended. Thanks guys.
I just bought a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer a few weeks ago. Firstly, Chevrolet has built a fantastic new Blazer. I will always try to support local and Town and Country Chevrolet is fantastic. Everyone was knowledgeable and really handled my buy in a timely manner. I did not have to wait or be overwhelmed by excess warranties. Probably, my best car buying experience.
The experience was great. Everyone was polite and made sure I had everything I needed.
Great place to purchase a vehicle, sales department and management make sure customer satisfaction.
I went to Town and Country Chevrolet in Taos. They fixed the wrong part. I bought the new part because the mechanic said he would put it i free. When I got there Driving 84 miles they said the mechanic hurt his back and the only way I could get the job done was to pay another mechanic. What a rip off.
These individuals are incredible. Friendly staff all around that made our test driving and purchasing very easy. Will return here the next time we need something. Highly recommend this local dealership. Thank you for being professional and fun to work with!
Just wish there lube tech knew more about desiel service
Looking at the used vehicles, so far so good. I better not complain, I am alive!🤗 Im going to be optimistic and trust in God My Lord 💟💟💟💟💟
They did the service while I waited and in a covid safe manner.
Great place to work and do business. Everyone who works here makes you feel like family. My grandma will not buy a vehicle unless it is from here. They serve new and loyal customers with great care! Highly recommend!
My experience with the team at the dealership was all conducted remotely in an effort to assist my mother in finding the right vehicle. We got exactly what we were looking at the price to fit our budget. Thank you Town and Country.
I took my 2017 Toyota to Friday motors to get an oil change. After I picked it up it wouldnt even get out of the driveway. I asked the service advisor to have the tech check it because it was sputtering and giving me multiple warning lights. The advisor told me that it was running fine after the oil change and I would have to make another appointment In order for them to check it. Of course, I got upset. So I talked to the service manager who wasnt very helpful initially. Long story short the tech had left the mass flow sensor unplugged and that was causing the issue. You would think that after an hour-long oil change things would be done correctly. All this aggravation would have been avoided if they would 1- do the job right the first time, or 2- have the tech look at it right away.this is not how customers should be treated. I learned my lesson and will be servicing my vehicle at Toyota of Santa Fe like I have all the other times before. I wanted to contribute to a local business but sometimes its just not worth the stress!
The guy whom made my key for GM vehicles he was great but the technician side they didnt want program the key and two key fobs because they said they didnt have time to do it because they are leaving already but I did call before got here and made a appointment with girl at desk it was made at 5pm and thats when techies said they dont have time do it I dont understand why they would have me come in at 5pm then if they wouldnt program my key and key fobs made make trip from Sanford Colorado just drive all this way for nothing I would never come here again because there technician suck big time
What a great new car dealership in town! They have a great little Mercedes Im interested in!
Quick,efficent, friendly and couteous
Absolutely wonderful and friendly people here. Very helpful in all my questions and concerns. Great place to get a new car or preowned car.
Fast n friendly
Excellent experience buying our new Trail Boss. Helpful, informative, and attentive.
Came here a year ago (what can I say its taken me a while to get through my to-do list and write this review) and the service was so good I had to come back and give them a review! I was on a road trip with my friend and our catalytic converter broke. We were panicking and nowhere else in Taos could see us before the next week, by which time we were supposed to be far across the country. But the woman at Friday Motors agreed to squeeze us in. And then, when it turned out there was more damage than we thought and they didnt have the part on hand because of how old the car was, she contacted multiple places before finding one that could overnight the part and we were able to drive off the next evening. They were also extremely hospitable and helped us get a rental car at a discounted rate to get around town. Definitely would give five stars and recommend to anyone!!
Just checking the vehicle selection they have
Very few employees wearing masks inside
Great customer service
Raul n mike are amazing customer service
I was very satisfied with the service and the fact that the issue was correctly identified by Friday motors. The next time Im in Taos Im definitely relying on them for my out of state needs.
This place is a JOKE!! Better off going to the city, it will be a lot less hassle. Ive been working on a deal for a month and a half and they keep on with the run around. I will not return!!
Service plus! Had emission control issues with our GMC during road trip. Diagnosed in minutes, drove us to town to have lunch while doing repairs, picked us up 2 hours later. Super, friendly, helpful staff.
Great place to go.
The girl that works in the service Department was very nice and helpful.
I went for a tire rotation and oil change since I had gotten one of those coupons from smiths and they broke my hood latch. Their excuse was that we had a big guy working on your car. After they made me drive around for a whole week without having access to under my hood they fixed my latch but they ripped some flap from under my car and left it hanging for me to tape it up. I will never go here again and will discourage anyone to give these people money. They do a horrible job.
Very friendly staff and very helpful
They were friendly helpful and amazing
After they decided they couldnt finance me, they avoided me and my calls. It took me awhile before I figured it out. Took same trade in with same credit information to Automax in Albuquerque. A few hours later I was driving a 2018 Ford F150 XLT home enjoying that new car smell. Save yourself some time and go see Lori at Automax Albuquerque.
I bought a used car from them with the idea being, if they are trustworthy enough to sell new cars and service others, then I can trust them with used as well. It seems like a very well put together business and family owned always helps. Their website had some pictures of the car I wanted and said the mileage on it, but that was about it. The pictures had lots of sun glare and were quite blurry, so naturally the next step was to contact a salesperson and get some more information. I emailed with a bunch of questions, and my response from Paul Martinez was no words, just 7 more photos and the scanned Carfax. Fine. I learned more information about the car from those, and why there was so much sun glare on the cover photos. The front and the back had been bumped and paint was chipping off the bumpers. Fine. Not a perfect car, but I figured that would help me with the price. I responded again asking for some history on the car, how they had acquired it, whether they did any work to it, and so on. This guy was not much of a talker it seems and just said that they had lots of service records(that turned out to be a lie), and immediately cut 20% off the price of the car. Yes, 20%. Quite strange, but I still wanted the car. I decided to make the six hour trek down south and get this done. I notified Paul I was heading down, and told him when I would be there. When I pulled up to the dealership the car was sitting right outside of the dealership, and Paul himself came out to greet me. All was looking good and then I was handed the keys to the car...Only three of the doors unlocked when you pressed the button. Thats a small detail. Fine.Three headrests were broken. Small detail. Fine. The bumper was worse then in all the photos but I knew it was damaged coming in. Fine.Tires were next to bald. The drivers seat back did not adjust and was stuck way back so you were practically laying down if you leaned back.Oh, did I mention the airbag light was on?Yes, they were trying to sell a used car, with malfunctioning airbags. I was wondering why this car seemed to get no love here and I believe thats the reason. They just didnt want to fix any of its problems, even though they have their own service department. Just plain lazy.So Paul and I are talking, we head inside and talk numbers. Im feeling a little upset about how I was told nothing of this cars faults, even though I have repeatedly asked about the car before driving down. However, I think I can fix everything and a good price cures all wounds. Paul was completely unhelpful with price. Now he get gets on the phone with the Ms. Friday herself, and now we can have a real discussion. Now, I have a good price. They really want the car gone and everyones happy. I go to JonMykels office to pay. He is the most helpful, kind, and happy person in this entire dealership.Alls good and Its time to head home. I had to drive like a granny due to the bald tires, and now that I was driving for an extended period of time, I saw that the car wasnt getting up to operating temperature. It had a bad thermostat too. Have you ever replaced a thermostat on a M119 engine? Not a fun job...But all in all, just another shady used car dealership story, right? Not quite. Heres the main reason for giving a one star review. Way back at the beginning of my first email, I asked about service records. Paul told me there were records, and that they would have them in a few days for him to show me. That didnt happen, so I asked again. Well have them by Christmas. Came and went. I said screw it, and went down anyway, and Paul said Theyll be here when youre here. Well I arrived, and they still werent there. When I bought the car, I was told they would be mailed up to me. Three months have passed. and nothing from them. I have called several times. Nothing. A complete, well thought out lie. They got me with that one... Now Im stuck with the car with zero history to back it up. Buyer beware...-Jackson Goodwin
I am not your normal get in line and pay and dont ask any kind of questions and be ‘happy’ type of person, thats not whats happening anyway a majority of the time out there anyway for myself and others as we get pushed around in capitalism. And i couldnt even get a fresh baked cookie there while waiting cause all their punk younger mechanics came out and stole them all! I could use a cookie right about now.so One senior mechanic didnt know how to properly remove a inner axle retaining Snap ring. I had to go back there and help them after i heard them banging on my differential for over 45 minutes with to small of a slide hammer for my HD pickup part. They damaged my differential case in the process and then down the road my four wheel drive wouldnt disengage properly after that. I had to walk back there to stop them and they went and rented an HD slide hammer to pop the ring. We got it on the first shots, as i helped to properly stabilize my differential and hold it on the bench. This is after hearing him all the way in the show room banging on my differential for 45 minutes! Getting no where. the manager took a small Small percentage off the bill, but i should have taken them to court for a new differential . They damaged the differential case with fresh chips and scrapes as a saw it on the workbench and sure enuf my four wheel drive stopped disengaging properly up front. Im sure they can fix plenty of stuff well i just dont trust these guys anymore After that, they screwed up another repair on this truck too. I want a damn cookie im going back there, just better beat the junior mechanics to them.
Id prefer to support a local business, however, our family wont be purchasing a third vehicle from here. Poor customer service.
Excellent sales and service! Best in Taos...
