Im so glad Taos has a Dollar Tree! I think this one needs to hire more workers though because the shelves here are often empty and things need to be unpacked. But I guess when prices are so low, we cant really expect the store to be pretty too.

Zero stars!! Horrible. The clerk didnt even acknowledge my presence. No greeting no thank you, no acknowledgement what so ever. When I walked out the customer in front of me said what horrible service!! I agreed. I spent close to $60.00 at a Dollar Tree! Please train your staff. The clerk was a young, tall heavy set man.

Stopped in this dollar tree and was approached by a young kid -store associate who rudely told me I needed a mask to be in the store. I have absolutely no problem with that, after just being in Walmart and Albertsons where it wasnt required, Ididnt know it was a prerequisite for this store. With a handful of things I was asked to leave....when I asked if they had a mask to provide I was told no. Poor customer service....if this is a managements decision than they need a better plan of action.

The store has gone downhill since Christian is not managing the olace anymore. Young staff violating mask mandate with masks below her chin, playing LOUD music on her phone. They sell earphones there, why not use them? I walked out tonight, didnt buy a thing.

I love this dollar tree store because they are always stocked up on their items and always have seasonal items. My go to place for holiday decorations.

This is the third time Ive tried to shop during business hours and its closed. At least the slightly creepy handwritten closed sign is comical.

I enjoy shopping for knick knacks there all the time so affordable😊

This place leaves so much to be desired. Unfortunately, the store is chronically understaffed which leads to unreliable hours and an inability to serve the community. This store is regularly closed when the posted hours say they are open.Currently, there is a line of six customers waiting to get in and the staff came out eating chips to tell everyone they aren’t opening until noon today.

Why closed at 6:27pm when the sign displays 9pm?Witnessed dollar tree steal 50 cents from an old woman today who paid in cash, coin shortage was the claim. No offer of store credit, just taking extra from customers without apology. They tried getting me for 65 cents but I went to the vehicle and got change.Its bad enough the store smells like body odor, now they are taking a little extra from customers.I wont be back.Consumers beware.Update, bad body odor smell seems to be a constant in this place..

Always find more than I went there for. Unlike some other so-called Dollar stores, everything here really is $1. Store is reasonably clean & tidy (not that easy in snowy winter, muddy spring), not over-crowded shelf rows, adequate staff, enough parking, good location. Getting so I start my weekly shopping trip here for the basic items, then off to other places for more expensive items.

Well I love the dollar tree stores but why would a written closed sign be up during open store hours 10 other cars came and left due to this.. Bad management and staff

I save at least 2 dollars a week on 7 day candles alone. Dollar tree is 1, smiths is 1.49, Sids 1.89....I love saving money.

I think the customer service at doller tree in Taos is the worst the manager has a bad attitude and isnt friendly at all and also allows a few of the employees there to.do the same ..The bathrooms are always out of order because there broken. Its a shame the building is new and the restrooms are always like that.

My dogs love the frozen Ribeyes. We call em popsicles at my house .
