Oscar and Alberto went out of their way to help me find a part for my kitchen faucet that I had been trying to find for a couple of weeks. They figured it out in 10 minutes! This Ace hardware has more inventory than the other in town. More selection and a friendly, helpful staff make this the place to go for your home and garden needs. A beautiful selection of knives and Leatherman tools as well as John Deere garden tools make this place my go to.

So covid conscious as another review put it, that they put my medically vulnerable father up front at the entrance day after day to deal with maskless people yelling at him, etc. And then when he contracted covid and died they were so covid conscious they didnt report it at all. And after he died, the people up front rotate again instead of being the same medically vulnerable person day after day. Sean, the store manager, is at best guilty of neglectfully causing my fathers death, and thats the most generous interpretation. He also contracted covid au one point and did not report it. Curious how many other cases have come through Ace that never got reported.

Definitely the best place in Taos for lumber, plants, and and hardware needs. It’s on the opposite side of town from me, and that’s the only reason I ever go to the other stores in town.

Went there to get a few things one I noticed The yeti sign So I wanted to get a big yeti ice chest they didnt have any. But they had everything else I needed. Friendly staff.

This trip was very disappointing. Spent over $90 in garden dept including three 20 pound bags of mulch. No one was available to help lift the bags for me. No public restrooms available either.

Very covid-conscious. Sometimes its very hard to get help--especially in the paint department. Overall not as helpful as the other Ave Hardware in Taos.

No customer service skills at all

Cecile in the paint department REALLY went out of her way to help me. I live in AZ but had read an article about some colors of paint popular in Taos for blue front doors. She took my phone number and called me back within an hour with 4 of the most popular colors that I could take to my local Ace Hardware. THANK YOU for the wonderful customer service!!!!!!

Good service nice people find most anything

We recently moved back to Taos and have lots of projects at home and our business the staff at either of the Ace Hardware locations have been more than helpful. Cant go wrong going there. Im going there this afternoon for another project.

Great plants in large nursery, lots of hardware, fixtures and paint. Birdseed and feeders, snacks, and cleaning supplies, including non toxic Mrs. Murphy brand. The specials are always a pleasant surprise. Lumberyard. Very personable and helpful staff. They even carry the Big Green Eggs!

I popped in right before they closed, within 3 minutes of closing time. The staff were very friendly and did not rush me. They helped me find what I needed and got me checked out with smiles on their faces. Very pleasant experience.

It was good, but i think the people at the check out counter should have stools to sit on

I love our Taos Ace Hardware stores. They are always there to help. I had to go 3 different times today for my clients and each time someone was right there ready to help.

This a proper neighborhood hardware store. Great selection, great service and competitive pricing.

Good shop hardware but bit price high. But problem watch out of parking too little space. Last year ago my car hit damaged was parking but flee who hit car gone! I am not happy was new car only 2 month then repair cost $1000. But later I saw another person hit parking car not good space too little space. But you need far parking safe close store Verizon.

This is the big Ace Hardware on the South side of town. Lots of gardening supplies, hardware, building materials, canning supplies, thermometers, solar lights. Just lots of good stuff.

Love these guys. Theyll chat, answer questions and even tell you if you can do better somewhere else. Great selection of what you need.

Huge selection and excellent service

This is the largest Hardware & Supply store in Taos New Mexico. You can find gardening electrical Plumbing a large Lumber bricks landscaping stones plenty of tools and helpful staff. Lumber can be delivered and repeat customers are mailed rewards discounts. Also in late summer this location always has a 50% off sale on trees.

The staff is great about answering any and all questions. Lots of summer plants and building needs. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

This is my favorite hardware store in Taos. Easy access, plenty of parking & a knowledgeable staff thats consistently helpful in every department. I seldom leave here empty handed. If somethings not in stock, they can usually order it for pick up within a day or two - very important in a somewhat isolated community. Also, if you need a spare key cut, ask for Chris!

Being an experienced Gardner uprooted fromLA and transplanted in Taos, I feel like I’ve gone from Kansas to Oz! “That’s a horse of a different color!” The folks in the Garden Center are a wealth of info! I never expected such knowledge from a hardware store garden center! Looking forward to their Spring classes and anticipate getting great stuff when the seasons change.

Adequate offerings, especially for those looking to do surveying work. Wish the facility was larger with more to offer, but Im talking from a city slickers perspective. Hopefully, this can upgrade later on as the town grows.
