Anyone who knows me knows that I love this place. I started working as a collector and worked my way up to store manager with this company within my 15 year tenure. Alot of my friends and family shop there. The prices were fair and customer service was outstanding. Somehow over the years, this has changed. Prices are still competitive but customer service is lacking now. Its actually an amazing company at the corporate level but locally, theres room for improvement.

I like buying furniture there. I had a problem with my refrigerator which was solved in a timely and professionl manner. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of merchandise. I recommend this store.

Purchased furniture and it is falling apart. Chairs peeling and are suppose to be leather thread poping off(stitching) told them they suppose to pick it up to repair and no show purchased a bed at the same time and I had to put it back together because it fell apart and they never came to pick it up for repair when I finally speak to akmeone different they tell me thats not covered in the warranty ....really...so I have to pay for ragged funiture ...I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FARMERS FURNITURE AGAIN ....NEVER...worse experience ever!!!!!

Rates are to high got approved for 2000 call credit paid first month bill and balance was close to 4000 can’t make partial payments either

Called me told me I was approved and to bring in my info and all, when I get there I pick what I want then they call me to the office and tell me they changed their mind on wanting to give me credit and sent me on my way
