After several attempts to buy a generator at 2 different places, we ended up at Northern Tools. A sales clerk not only asked what we were looking for but went above and beyond answering all our questions. She got on the computer so we could see it while I compared it to Amazon. Not only did they beat the price but they service them right there. She printed out the information. Let us be so we could make a decision on which one we wanted. Upon picking it up, they loaded it in our truck for us. Every person we came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a nice change from what we had been through at other stores.

This place has a huge variety of things you dont think you need until you see them on their displays. Very nice clean and organized store. Staff is friendly and the store is easy to spot from the main road. Prices are very comparable with other tool stores.

Was there killing time and looking at tools while kids were in a homecoming event. Staff was very helpful. When the kids called to be picked up at a different location the staff overhead and said those roads dont meet and helped me find where the kids were. They also had a good price on 5 gallon buckets

I purchased a 12volt pump that broke after a few uses. I had had extended warranty so I went in to exchange it. The assistant store manager Shauna made my exchange process very unpleasant. Definitely wont go back if I dont have to.

Beware of ordering things that have a guesstimate date, I waited almost 3 months for an item!!!!! Also, a lot of things are the old saying You get what you pay for. You CANT GO BY REVIEWS on items, I did n the tarp I spent extra money on was a piece of garbage so I wrote a review n they wouldnt post it!!!!!! All their reviews for the item were ONLY GOOD ONES posted 2 n 3 years ago.

Ordered a product for in store pick up that was advertised as having 1 available in stock at this location and paid for it online. Drove 50 mins to pick up only to have them bring out the product that was thought to be ours and said it had to be paid for, which it already was. Turns out it was someone elses that WASNT paid for that had to be picked up and they had no other of that product in stock when my card was already charged. All they said was sorry and the money should be back on my card by end of day. How do you save something that isnt paid for and I purchased the last available in stock online? Wont be coming back. Displeased with service. Waste of time.

I walked in as two people were leaving and dont think there were 5 other people in the store. I wandered up and down every. single. aisle. looking for something in particular and not one person could be found to ask for help unless I walked to the cashier in the front of the store. This is the 2nd time for having a poor experience.

The most disgusting store I have ever visited. The staff is rude, racist, unfriendly and downright full of it. A good advice? Never shop at Northern Tool, make it your mission to get these people out of business. No wonder the lot has like 2 cars shopping there. They do not accept returns on defective equipment, and the employees in store are especially rude, one lady even took off her COVID-19 mask to spread the germs and yell at us of how unsatiafied she is with the pu. Do not shop here, period.

Friendly and helpful staff. Decent prices on sales sometimes, but mostly off-brand stuff. Usually plenty of parking. Note that only northbound traffic can turn into their driveway, and traffic leaving must go north.

Its a nice clean and organized store.

Unfortunately a very bad experience.I bought their generator took it home only to find out it leaked gas and did not sustain a constant output.When I returned the generator and asked for a refund the manager said it was office policy for me to take it to their service.This was after I had spent a total of $500 and 5 hours driving back and forth.This is their office policy on how to treat their customers for buying their equipment that does not work. I wasted more of my time trying to get their product to work in the first place.Their manager showed total disrespect for my time and was so abuse I had to take out my camera phone and start recording his abusive behavior.After which he calmed down and gave me my refund.Obviously I do not suggest you buy your products from them until they change their refund policy.

I called asked for a price of a refill of 10 cf acetylene tank they told me between $19-$25 for a refill I got to the store and the total came to $54 I was not happy and I walked out with out buying. But at least they had a tank available but they dont check to see if its a full tank or empy with a gadge like other places.
