They repaired my 2016 Dodge Journey. The first visit to pick the car up I seen some issues. But they had no problems correcting them and getting a hold of the insurance company for the additionals. The second time the car was perfect and everything was great. The body and paint guys were awesome and the staff was helpful too. Thanks

I came to Ferman Collison due to a woman hitting my Nissan Xterra and that’s who her insurance company picked. Dave was great, very professional and great with communication, he kept in contact with me and gave me an update every day on my vehicle. The work came out better then I thought and there detail department made my car look brand new again.

Ferman Chevrolet Collision of Tarpon Springs did a fantastic job on my daughters BMW. They were already aware of my claim when I phoned them the morning after the accident. Mickey and Bill were awesome communicating with our insurance company and they kept us informed of the progress along the way. The body work is immaculate and the service repair was done quickly and efficiently. They are an organized, thorough and friendly team and I would highly recommend them for any body shop needs you have.

Our insurance company sent us to Ferman Collision for a repair to our RV. I called to confirm with Ferman that they knew this repair was fiberglass related and on on RV. We arrived for our appointment and we told they do not service RVs at their facility. No one bothered to notify us that the appointment had been canceled. Total lack of communication.

I had to bring my car back 3 separate times. That was already frustrating. The last time, the service advisor was snooty with me and tried to say something was normal wear and tear when it was clearly not. The manager Mickey ended up taking over my file and getting everything taken of. While I appreciate him stepping in and attempting to smooth things over, my main issue (which was expressed greatly) was that as a customer, we expect some kind of quality assurance check in place. The customer should not have to point out things that were on the estimate and that were not done, that there was still visible scratches, and parts not lining up correctly. And to have to come back a third time to get everything taken care of. Its just disheartening because I expected so much better.

I have taken my van to Ferman Collision Center for many years when any body work was needed. I have been very satisfied with the quality of work that I have received. The staff there are always professional and I feel very trustworthy. I would not take my van to any other collision center.

I have had nothing but positive things to say about the Ferman Collision center. I have taken numerous of my BMWs there for body work and have had no issues. I am the kind of person who washes his own vehicles every week because I enjoy it, I personally detail my own cars before my new cars get delivered to me. I have never been able to recognize that anything has ever been done with my vehicles after the work... which is rather amazing.

I was recommended by a friend to get my vehicle fixed here. I called them up and they told me I could come down anytime for an estimate and repair. After going down to them, we agreed on a price and time. They fixed my vehicle to like new conditions, were friendly and did the work faster than I anticipated.

They painted my 2005 Dodge Magnum. They did a fine job, on budget and sooner than promised. Matt Bransetter was my team leader. He also installed new head and tail lights that I purchased. I highly recommend them. Remember, you get what you pay for...... 😁

Awesome work - After a truck ran into the car behind me & pushed me into the car in front of me my Suburban needed a make over. It took a little longer than originally estimated but when I got it back it looked better than it did when I bought it (from the same dealership for a great price 5 yrs prior). It recently rained & we noticed a little leak at the rear hatch. I ran by the Collision center, they did a water test, found the issue & fixed it in a few minutes.

Poor service, appear to border on incompetence, with no quality checks. Had a hit & run driver hit our Lexus GX470 in the right bumper and crushed it totally along with the quarter panel. When I picked up the finished car, the lower panel on the right side had not be repaired and was barely hanging on. The excuse given was they thought that panel had been damaged previously, which was absurd given the strength and area of the hit. They took the car back a few more days, and finally went to pick up again. The new lower panel was NOT PAINTED-- it was band-aid flesh-color plastic. My paint job is Pearl White. Matt at Ferman said it was a replacement part that should have matched but of course no one inspected or checked it at Ferman. So I leave the car a few more days and finally its ready the 3rd time for pickup. Paint and repair took 2 weeks for what should have been 2-3 days. Guess what? After going home, there was a 4 x 4 inch abrasion on the other side of the car where they had scraped off a paint sample to match it, of my perfect Pearl Coat paint. 4th trip back to Ferman, while they buffed out the scraping theyd done.

Absolute NIGHTMARE. We were in a rear end collision which caused quite a bit of rear body damage which they did okay on, but more importantly, damaged the frames and hinges to driver seat and passenger driver seat. They returned my vehicle with both of the seats rocking back in forth with a very slight ease of pressure. When I spoke with the gentlemen in charge of my file (Matt) and questioned him on the safety concerns of returning a vehicle to its owner that has broken seats and not noticing his response to me was less than adequate, he was under the impression it was normal on a Dodge since chairs that rock or have play are normal on other makes he is used to..... They said they test drove it etc. and not raising a brow to it is absolutely alarming to me in the utmost degree, especially because I have a family and children who would be occupying the vehicle.I went through the inconvenience of another rental and took it back and they fixed the front seat and supposedly the back. Got it again only to find out that the back was still rocking back and forth! Im not a pro in this field but smart enough to know that seats wouldnt ever have that much play in them.. I said enough was enough and called Amica to complain since they are comfortable charging them over 10k and producing unsatisfactory results even after they were communicated with and had the opportunity to right their wrong.Amica said I can bring it anywhere I wanted, so another inconvenient rental and loss of time away from work.... I took it to WestCoast Collision in Tarpon Springs who heard me out and did an excellent job! Should have brought it to them in the first place..... Glad its over with.... What a HEADACHE!!!!
