Although this store just sold out of the part that best suits my particular needs, Shawn took time to look at my vehicle and explain which part would work best and why. Furthermore, he mentioned other places nearby where I could purchase the part. Im impressed with the honesty and professionalism of this store! Knowledgeable and willing to serve the customer regardless of a potential sale.

Noticed my car was starting to hesitate when I tried to turn it on. Stopped by this location and received five star service from Shawn, the manager. He installed new battery and checked the alternator for me as well. Efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Tony needs to stop treating customers like his making them a favor. AAP its my favorite place but Im wasnt used to this lack of service coming from Michigan. I rather go to another store even if its far.

Shawn was awesome and stepped in when another employee told me they didn’t replace motorcycle batteries. Rolled his sleeves up and helped me install it too. I highly recommend this shop for the knowledge and customer service.

Employees are extremely rude and make customers feel very uncomfortable i went in to get new windshield wipers and was initially ignored by the associate the employees were unable to explain basic questions i had about the different products

If you see an item online in stock, call to verify its actually in stock. Seems these stores dont have the best inventory system and often its not physically there

I needed a car battery right away because my old car battery was showing signs of corrosion and The car was not starting up. I only had that day to get it done. Called around local auto repair shops and they were too busy. Stopped at Walmart Auto center and it was a 2 hour wait. I pulled into Advance Auto Parts of Tarpon Springs. No wait, fair price, had a new battery installed in 10 minutes. I also got a new battery for my key fob. Great Service!

Was in a pinch to find a specific car battery and AAP came through. Called ahead to Tarpon Springs store and while not in stock offered the option of delivery same day or would find one at a nearby store location.

Returned a battery that was under warranty..got a new battery and balance of 3 years on the warranty. Great customer service.

What can you say advanced Auto parts

Went to buy a battery for my 06 Accord and a very friendly and energetic young man helped me cant remember his name but he made my shopping experience a good one helped me all the way was patient with my questions and installed my battery for me he was friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and most important paid attention to my needs 5 stars all the way... (the young man had gauge ears with black and white silicone gauges hopefully this works so he can get recognized kudos.

Tried to charge me shipping when they ordered me the wrong part. Had to call corporate to get sent a 6$ check because the district manager number posted at the door goes to a disconnected number.

Always has exactly what I I need in stock, very helpful and friendly staff. Always makes my shopping experience very pleasant.

So I had 2 batteries the first one was 1 year old the 2nd was 2 years old. Both batteries are under warranty. I took them in they said both had to be replaced and both are under warranty. Do you have your receipt sorry no I dont . I can look you up ok . There is nothing under you account. I buy parts there weekly and I have a corporate account with them. Well with out your receipt I cant do anything... so long story short dont buy from advance. My company has closed or account with them and will no longer do business with them...

The staff there helped me with what I was looking for although they did not carry that light bulb I was looking for they did help me right away service was great thats why Im giving them a four and a half star rating

Always great service the professionalism is unmatched Im in at least once a month for parts and supplies for my 2007 Mitsubishi. They are always willing to go up and beyond whats expected great staff good price, the speed perks are a bit finicky but its always a bonus two thumbs up for this store👍👍

I called in to check pricing for a new battery for my kids car. I thought with Advance being a national chain they would be trustworthy so I sent my daughter in to have it changed out. They then pressured her into buying an additional “needed” special coating for the terminals. It is of coarse a BS high margin up charge that is not needed. I called them back to let them know I didn’t appreciate the used car sales tactics on my kid and they were very unprofessional. Said that it was already applied so they couldn’t do anything now. Also made it clear that they are coached and required to try to sell such things by their company. Then tried telling me that newer cars have more problems with corrosion. Crazy how the last battery we put in lasted 3 years and had zero corrosion without the secret Advanced Auto Parts coating. I’m using it as a lesson to teach my daughter about add on scams and to use it as a sign of where not to do business. It’s not even about the money, it’s about using misleading information and pressure to up charge people that don’t yet know better.

Great service and staff Karyn and Jim stayed late to replace my battery so I could get to work the next day.

Extremely rude and unprofessional “Doug” lied to me about the core policy claiming I had to bring it back in the original packaging and told me that’s the only way he will take it I called customer service and they told me I could bring it in any box or bag and I came back after confirming and he rudely eyed me as I came in and said where’s the original box and I told him I called customer service and they told me I can bring it in a bag then he told a coworker to deal with me I also was the only customer in the store and they had Atleast 5 employees standing around talking and it took a while before one moped his way over to finally help me

Very helpful & knowledge staff with parts I need for my daughters truck. The young lady spends time to explain & help. She is a great asset to this store as well as the young man from Hudson or Spring Hill. Love that they both know so much about trucks & even my Nissan Rogue.

Convenient location and was in and out with a new bulb in less than five minutes. Seemed a little cleaner than most auto parts stores as well. Will definitely visit next time I am in need of something automotive related.

Had a battery that got drained by alternator belt issues. It wasnt under full replacement warranty but still pro-rated it instead of just selling me a new battery, they checked and let me know they could charge it for me. A lot of places would have just sold me what I didnt need. They were courteous and professional, charged it and sent me on my way, very happy.

Older employee & red hair manager very rude & unprofessional... After informing them they lost a sale due to their being unprofessional & rude, I was told I was trespassing since I didnt make a purchase & he would call the police ( like tarpon PD would waste their time. Im sure they wouldve laughed at the employees) Filed complaint with district manager & will continue up the chain until satisfied, and after my experience I will continue to pursue this matter.. Treating customers like criminals since you were not capable of doing your job is unacceptable especially when a manger is close enough to hear & get involved but never once attempted to deescalate the situation, which would have been very easy to do..

Pretty good auto parts store. Has the essentials, you know: filters, oil, washer fluid, coolant, brake fluid, wiper blades etc. Helpful if you ask for it.

Its so awesome there that no matter what problems you have that the men in there will come out they will connect a battery for you they will show you what to do there so respectable and its an awesome place to be able to walk to when your car gets messed

Terrible customer service whatever guy was there on 6/18/19 at 730pm was so rude to us when weve been coming here for well over 5 years for car parts and accessories told us that we dont look familiar and treating us like complete garbage. I will find your higher ups and get you out of there I promise.

Bought a battery while on vacation and took advantage of free installation since I did t have my tools. Manager performed the install himself, was very considerate (and quick), with high attention to detail (cleaned the battery posts, hooked up power to car so it didnt lose settings or reset time).

Staff was very helpful. Store was clean. Definitely the better of the Advanced Autos in the area.

Never again!! Want it cheaper, maybe... Want it to be a quality product that they stand behindand have customer service? Go somewhere else!! One star only because I cant give zero.

Maybe new staff... spent a LOT of time trying to upsell the people in line and thus creating a lo g wait and a bigger line. It was like he was reading the script... so long and slow. And the other help was busy fixing wiper blades outside, so it went on and on like this review!!!
