I was having car trouble early in the morning on my way to work, and the staff was ready to help and even let me in a few minutes early before the store officially opened. Pauly at AutoZone was off the hook great and so was his assistant! They not only found the batteries that I needed they changed them for me in my key fob to my intelligent key still allows me start my vehicle from inside of a store and get into an air-conditioned vehicle before I have to drive. I give these guys accolades on any praise I can consider.

Didnt get the name of the guy but service was fantastic. My Italian sports car wasnt listed on the computer so he hand measured my existing battery and then searched the inventory measuring each battery in the Gold 3 year warranty inventory until he found an exact fit. He then flawlessly installed my new battery. Cant get that kind of personal attention many places these days.

The auto zone in tarpon springs on 19 has amazing and extremely dedicated and helpful workers. I personally dealt with Karyn, I hope I spelled her name right, who was very knowledgeable and even showed and taught me quit a few things about me and my wife’s cars that helped me very much in figuring out what the issues were and what to specifically look for and how to fix it. I strongly recommend this auto zone if you need help like I did.

Manager very rude to my husband had a flat tire he asked for help and the manager said go ask advanced auto for help and that cant leave his car there which he wasnt going too. Meanwhile other employees helping customers with tire jacks ect even a employee in store was like why cant we just help him and he yelled at his employees. Im a buisness women and thats not how you do buisness nor get customers.

Had a great experience at auto zone today. I purchased a 5 year car battery 3 years ago. I would not start my car. They looked up my purchase on their computer, took a look at the old battery and replaced it with a new 5 year battery. The whole process took about 15 minutes.Thank you for the great, quick service. It started raining on my way to work, so I turned on my wipers, and the drivers side wiper decided to break. I stopped at Auto Zone in Tarpon Springs and got a new one.Justin C was outside putting on another ladys wiper. When he was done, I asked if he would please install mine as well. He was so kind and gracious. I felt bad that he was out in the rain and offered him a $5 tip, which he refused, stating company policy. If I ever need parts again, I will definitely be back!

I had the best customer service I have ever received in any store here thanks to manager Michael! Very kind and helpful! I arrived at the store when it was raining because I needed a new battery and although it was raining the gentlemen there still tested my battery in the rain and took care of me. They didn’t have the battery I needed in stock at this location but manager Michael called holiday location to have them drive it right then to the tarpon springs location! In the rain they replaced my battery and I was able to make it to work! I am very thankful for such incredible customer service! Thanks guys!

I went in to trade in an item that I used and brought in my gaming system asking about a screw I couldn’t get out, which they DID NOT need to help me out, my any means. The customer service was GREAT and they were very nice and meshed well with their customers. 5/5 for sure!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Kayrn for providing wonderful assistance. In spite of the unusual circumstances we are living in due to the virus, she was prompt, friendly and courteous and made me feel welcome in spite of the social distancing rules. Auto zone is lucky to have her along with the other employees. Not only did she install my windshield wiper blades quickly she answered the phone slightly after hours, Ironically so i could acquire her name to write this review. Keep up the good work we have 6 vehicles in our small fleet and will gather the rest of parts from autozone for sure.

Love this Auto zone.Went in yesterday to buy a clicker for my truck and “William” took care of us.Not only did he take the time to explain how to set it up with my truck to get it working but he came outside and hooked everything up for me..Addressed a horn issue I’m having n how I may want to get it fixed.So helpful..Not to mention as we were leaving I saw him helping an elderly lady rt next to us w an issue she was having.He was so patient and kind with her.That 15 min experience set the pace for our great Monday after Super Bowl! My go to spot

I usually never have problems but today was some of the worst customer service ever. I buy tails lights and ask a worker to replace the light. He asked me to wait until he finished with another customer but that customer turned into the next 10 and they made me wait 30minutes and never even replaced the light.. Meanwhile the whole time they make me feel like Im being impatient when I was here 15 minutes before the other customers even showed up. I will never go to tarpon again, I suggest you go to holiday their workers arent lazy.

Its an established organization/franchise that operates on set principles. In such I find it is the people that operate it make the difference. I like the people that have been working there and it seems their tenure is long as opposed to turn overs. The REWARDS program is a feel good little return on shopping at one locale=loyalty pays off! I find almost everything needed for vehicles in this inventory and the quality of the merchandise above average with reasonable pricing. They have worked with my grievances swiftly and completely in a satisfactory mannerism on ALL occasions. Been shopping there 4yrs.

Wonderful wonderful service. Blew a hose on my car and was 4 miles from home. As I just moved here I have no tools and 1 car and I am no ones mechanic! They had the parts let me borrow some tools and showed how to replace the hose and how to burp the system. William is a god send!Many many thanks!
