Great sales team, willing to help you and to answer all of your questions went above and beyond of what I was expecting. No pressure sell at all, made an offer but unfortunately we couldnt come to an agreement. Only complaint I have is that there are credits that make the price of the vehicle look more attractive if you qualify for them. (Trade in vehicle and finance with dealership).

The first time, in May, I dropped my van off for an airbag replacement. The van sat untouched for the entire weekend.The service manager did apologize and offered to discount the service for a future date.After a month, I finally got it back in the shop. Its important to know that they told me it would take 3 hours.After 7 hours I had to call and see what happened to my van. Same thing as last time, they didnt touch it!They held it overnight, and said it would be done.Guess whos airbag light is still on????

The worse customer service, too they present false information regarding warranty and coverage. Tony Lang is the worse, rude and is a liar..

Ferman chevrolet sales and service is great. But waiting on phone for 30 mins for appointment is unacceptable.

Went for a service check. Although they couldnt replicate my issue, the attention was good.

I had my wifes Chevy Cruze towed here after some car trouble. I brought it on the weekend and left the keys in the drop box for them to look at it monday when the service department reopened. I was notified Monday morning about my car. They worked and ordered the parts quickly. Since this is during the COVID-19 my service representative Tom let me know that they where having a discount to help everyone out during this pandemic. This very kind gesture took my cars multiple problem bill from $700 to $580. I am extremely grateful for this company. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. I will refer friends and family!

Never bought a car there. Drove in unannounced with low tire pressure, and they took good care of me. Now I know thats not much, but when I buy a car the service department is a big part of my decsion. Go talk to them.

The place is clean and well maintained. Service is good and they stay on top of things.I doubt youll be displeased if you choose to have them work on your car or sell you a new one. Theyve got a great waiting room with plenty of seating plenty of coffee and pastries and lots beautiful cars to look at if youre going in for service be prepared spend some time in that waiting room because an oil change and tire rotation it will take an hour 1/2 however they do is safety inspection on the vehicle and they are very thorough mechanics under warranty there is no charge for their service and they are competent and very polite I give them 4 out of 5 stars if their service was faster they would get 5 out of 5
