Great Mechanic, Great Prices(didnt feel like I was getting ripped off), Shop Very Clean, I am now a Customer for LIFE!!!!

Took my GMC Acadia to fix A/C.. First time going there for anything.. They charged me $975.00 to fix A/C, on Aug 8. After getting car back i had to take it back 3 more time before they realize they had to replace a hose and charged us another 300.00 Aug 26.. Im sitting in my car as i write this with my newborn granddaughter and my AC doesnt work!! Its super hot and we just lost out on $1300.. Horrible place to try to fix your AC!! Dont waste your money here!!!!

Came in with a broken down truck today. Although we werent able to get the truck to drive-able condition (we took a gamble), I am very impressed with the service I received today. Not only are they fair and honest, they are genuine. They even called to make sure we got home okay after leaving the shop! Thank you for your humility, you rightfully earned two loyal customers today.

Lack of communication...High labor pricing for non sense my advice there’s alot of mechanics in Tampa downtown area Got me a price on spot for brakes and rotors replacement just for 80$ in comparison to 220$ by this place ! when I was trying to reach out again to the mechanic he won’t answer or reply my text to work out the price as I wanted to keep aword I gave it to him.acting like cardiologist lolAlmost double the price ..Don’t go there until you make up your mind and do the math.

After a long trip in a crowded vehicle, we got a flat tire and rolled into the Garage Club. Craig and Paul were so helpful and kind. The tire had to be replaced but they put on my spare so I could drop my kids to family then return for a new tire. While I was gone, they got the wheel all ready to put on - so the process was quick and cost was reasonable. Thank you all!!! Highly recommend!

Went in there for a bad thermostatTook them about 2 hours to diagnos the problem was told i have no leaks that my thermostat was stuck openWent back the next day to get thermostat fixed only to find out it was a head gasket issue so we go from a 100$ problem to a 1500$ issue. Also found out shortly after that i definitely have a leak and they unplugged my radiator fan im guessing they hoped i would come back to get that fixed alsoWRONG... Avoid this place like the plagueWas charged an hour of labor while the guy was in the lobby talking the Entire hour !

DANGER DANGER DANGER. Absalute worse place to get mechanic work done in your car! The staff comes off nice and carring but they will screw you over good. The prices a negotiable but the work is so shady! I took twp separate cars there for ruetine repairs and the owners mechanic over charged me did not fix the problem and cause major and expensive damage to both cars. This is unbelievable but true. Im tempted to take legal action. They are very shady and because they come off as nice and will say anything to avoid doing the actual work needed. They fixed a problem in one of my cars then a week later the same problems presents and I get second opinion. To make sure yes it was the same problem. I was told the work should be under warranty by the second mechanic so I take it to garage club and they say not the same problem, a third mechanic says it is, garage club took my money and did not fix now the job is costing me 10times as much because more damage was caused and I broke down o the side of the road on my way to work DANGER DANGER DANGER car almost in flames! Also destroyedmy second car they worked on for me. They ruiened parts that did not even need work or replace and put in salvage parts that now the dealership will not work on my car because of that and it cost me over $1000s to get fixed with seperate mechanic plus the money the Garage Club charged me to devalue my cars blue book value by thousands of dollars. DANGER DANGER DANGER if you value your safety, your car and your money DO NOT GO TO GARAGE CLUB!!

My car was taken to another mechanic to do a few things which were not indeed fixed ... after spending nearly 700$ I found this place where I had previously gotten my oil changed ... I needed a new serpentine belt due to the loud and embarrassing squealing lol I had the staff change my belt and the squealing continued ... at this point I was devastated dumping money into my car and not having time between both jobs to get it done immediately ... Mr. Craig at the garage club came to my job, picked up my car, fixed the belt & dropped it back off by the time it was ready to head over to my second job FREE OF CHARGE ... THANK YOU SO MUCH I APPRECIATE IT MORE THAN YOU GUYS WILL EVER KNOW & Mr. Craig thank you so much for your BEYOND great customer service !!! I will recommend the Garage Club to any and everyone seeking ANY mechanic work !!!!!!
