Love this place and all the women there but David has let me down time and time again. He just doesnt know the products hes selling. Spent way too much money here on stuff that didnt work because of his lack of product/hair knowledge. Hes nice and patient but thats the bare minimum. Good store other than that.

Well! Dear employer! Please, teach your employees a good manners! We came to the store at 5 pm it was closed, but online it says working hours from 10am to 6 pm. We just wanted to ask something but Instead of give us an answer the old lady who was inside the store(employee) started yelling “NO”!!!!l 5 times! Excuse me! I am not at your house! So rude and unprofessional! I will never be back! Bye

Always come here for my beauty supply needs! It looks small but Ive always been able to find what Im looking for. Every time Im in here the same delightful man helps me. Today I was annoyed at myself for being an ounce short of developer and having to go back to the store and he was so pleasant it made me forget I was annoyed in the first place! He also helped me pick out a new color sealer after the one Ive been using for a decade was discontinued.

Sally Beauty is great! They have so many things beauty! From hair color to nail polish, the prices are great. High quality products!! If you sign up for the beauty club they will send you free coupons!! This location is very nice. The employees are very friendly and helpful here!

Great customer service today. I didn’t get the name of the young man who helped me name.. but he was tall with light lavender hair.I was really impressed with his knowledge to help correct my hair color and his patience with other customers.2 thumbs up!

I love this location specifically because the man working there is SO helpful and so intelligent about the products. I cannot remember his name unfortunately but if he ever stopped working there I would be super disappointed because he is very kind and has helped me soooo many times with hair colour it’s amazing. I’ve been to other locations but this is my favourite one. They have great products I love coming here.

Great place but some people are not very helpful there

Got some hair dye for my gr. She was being s princess and nearly cried over her purple hair dye being out of stock, but the lady st the register saved the day with another brand of a very similar hair dye color. Big ups Sallys

We were just there about to spend about 300.00 dallors and one of us need to use the rest room and was told no go to walmart it was an emagancy so we didnt not buy most of the stiff we were going to buy we wnt to walmart for most of it

Terrible customer service, almost as if its a bother to them you came in to shop. I even knew what I wanted, told the lady, but she seemed more concerned with stocking.

Love the store manager David. Very professional and friendly, I would just go back to have a conversation with him.

Whomever is working today - Sept. 14, 2018 is extremely rude - I called to check stock on a product, was left on hold, ignored, and when I called back I was hung up on twice - what happened to plain old courteous customer service?

When you need hair color that is already mixed this isnt the place to buy it.
