Worst customer service ever. Needed 4 pieces of foam, gave me a 2 week date for pickup. Called for my order was rudely told I’ll call you back and he hung up. Never heard from them again. I would order on the internet before ever going there again.☹️

Purchased a couch with incorrect cushions, when searching on line I found Florida Foam in tarpon springs that actually can replace the cushions original foam. I needed a foam that was both dence and firm. The owner johnathon found some foam and allowed me to test it out. The foam for my back cushions were not as firm and the seat cushions. We ordered the foam and within a week I was sitting on my couch with cushions that no longer became crushed. The appearance of my cushions with the upgraded foam make my couch look like I feel it should have looked from the place it was custom built. While speaking to the gentleman who did the replacing of the foam on my cushions, he said, because of the firmness it was a very different job. I never caught his name but he did a fantastic job. I would never go anywhere other than Florida foam for any of this type of work. From ownership to subordinates I truly couldnt be happier from the product they delivered. Owner and operator barely present. Took forever to even get an estimate let alone to finally have our foam cut and prepared for pickup. Trying to get them to communicate any details with us was a challenge. I would not recommend using this company. If I had it to do over again I would use anyone else even out of state if I had to.

Good service, clean and fast work

It has been a while since I ordered, but their service was so outstanding I thought it was high time I shared. I ordered 5 foam cushions for my sunroom sofa and loveseat. They were cut perfectly, I live local so they even delivered the cushions themselves. I did cover them with waverly outdoor fabric and they look great.

Could not ask for friendlier people. We only needed a few small pieces for a project. They went to the scrap pile - pulled out a few pieces and gave us a deal we could not refuse. Would definitely use them again.

Florida Foam had all the materials I needed for my upholstery project. The prices and service are great. I would recommend them to anyone doing upholstery work. A great selection of stock pillows, both foam and down filled too.

UPDATE: the store has sent the orders and Im pleased with the product. Now, how about refunding the shipping?UPGRADING TO 3 Stars.sorry, but this place is a wreck. two orders later, one was misplaced and the other was all wrong. Not going to dis them entirely, because the email responses were rapid and apologetic.. Step up your game if you want a better review FF&US.

I ordered two custom pieces of foam for a pre made case. Both arrived at the incorrect size. I attempted to have them fix the issue and get me what I ordered. Couple waste of time back and forth emails to now no communication. If you want to throw your money away, this is the place for you

As a follow up to : Rob Romans review, yes he is correct there were some issues as we had a management change over, and the last management team did indeed charge for orders and/or not fulfill orders, but Rob has gotten his order now and all issues have been corrected, as we corrected all issues with any orders and we are back now to 5 star service !as we have always had for the previous 16 years !!

The owner reached out and offer to assist in making the complaint right. I delivered the mattress to them and had it back in a week and it was corrected. Complaint, corrective response; I am satisfied. Thank you Jonathan.

Would have posted a negative 5 star but theres none .i got scammed took my money on an order i placed. a week later ...phone disconnected, eviction notice on store door no longer in business no way to contact .im going to file a police report so if anyone else got scammed i suggest the same. !! UPDATE!! About 2 months later from this review got in touch received my cushions so i will give them a second chance

Do not waste your money I ordered foam for my loveseat and it was cut incorrectly the wrong size and they said they would refund my money they gave me $12 back then they refuse to answer their phone they would not answer whenever I would call and yes they were friendly but I’m not looking for a friend I was looking for someone to cut my phone correctly don’t waste your money
