Super clean shop, people that work there are extra friendly. Jordan was our tattoo artist and he was absolutely great. He did a fantastic job on a tattoo and had awesome positive vibes. He made the whole experience enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back to get more ink there.
I don’t necessarily want to call this a bad review. I just want to say that the pricing they offered me was absolutely absurd. I went to three tattoo shops in a day asking a quote on an arm band tattoo. Nothing intricate, not saying its easy or anything either. I will say straight forward. Anyway. The quote I received from the girl at the counter was 400-500$. Which to my clearly untrained self still seemed unbelievably high. So I went to two others and was quoted 200. The choice was obvious and i got a perfectly done tattoo. Again not necessarily a bad review. But...cmon.
Me and a friend came here for piercings and we loved this place. Very clean and professional and very nice staff. I got my vertical lebret pierced by matty and he did such a great job. I love it.

I called this business to find out if they did VCH (genital hood piercings) whoever answered the phone said yes they did, that I could have an appointment the next day at 2pm with a female piercer, I asked the price and she clearly stated it was $60 with the jewelry included. Since this was such a great price I booked the appointment.The following day I go in to find out that my appointment hasnt been booked at all, okay no big deal, when asked what piercing I was getting I discreetly told the woman at the desk (seeing as there were other people all around) and she spoke rather loudly about it, then went to tell the male piercer that I would be next, I explained that I was supposed to be with the female; next the female piercer comes out and asks me what piercing so I once again discreetly tell her a hood piercing- to which she says something about piercing my Fupa area- two completely different areas by the way- so now Im slightly concerned, but, just reexplain. She says she will be ready for me shortly, now Im putting my information in the system and the woman checking me in asks what I was quoted, I tell her $60 she says thats completely wrong and that she will check with the piercer how much it is. The piercer comes bombing out from the back room speaking VERY loudly about genital piercing, I think she said genital 3 times as loudly as possible before I had a chance to ask her to lower her voice. Now the piercing is $200 which is $80 over every other place I had called. I explained that I was fine with it, money wasnt an issue, but that they should certainly find out who answered the phone considering now we have found many mistakes, (no booked appointment, wrong quote) they tell me anyone who is there answers the phone so they would have no idea who it was and werent very concerned with it. Okay fine?... now Im waiting over 20 mins and the male piercer comes out and asks if he can help a couple guys who walked in the door- whatever they said to him Im not sure but he responded with an attitude and well i dont know i just walked out here. Then approaches me and asks if Ive been helped- I tell him yes. Now he asks me with what, I tell him Im all set and that Im waiting for the female piercer, to which he responds ohhhh, youre the VCH huh. I waited a little while longer, pretty shell shocked and uncomfortable with their customer service, or lack thereof, and finally made the decision to leave since I really didnt feel like getting my vagina pierced by someone with a clear attitude.Im far from a prude but I definitely think this could all have been handled so much more professionally.

Got my nipples pierced and it was my first time at this shop. They were nice, private, and efficient, making the whole process comfortable and without extra pain or hassle. Im picky about things being in-line and even and I am very please with how my piercings look. Definitely would recommend them. Worth the drive.
I am one to understand. But when your a mother of 4 and placed a deposit for an artist, but due to all that is going an artist doesnt work there, and the drawing hasnt been done.Your deposit is refundable. As services agreed upon havent been completed. I have called for a month now almost daily. Just to continue to be told I will let the owner know,I am unable to help you,I see the owner here soon,I agree if nothing has been done you should be able to get to receive a refund, the owner isnt a crook. Yet a month passes and not even a single phone call. Or text message. Its really frustrating and sad to be honest. The lack of communication upon someone whom has been given a lump some of money with out the services being done . You would think a refund makes since and is more then applicable. The run around is beyond unprofessional and is sickening. Seem to have nice people employed but I would make sure you are careful with placingdeposits for future projects.
I called ahead and asked if i could do a walk in for a tiny tattoo on my finger, and the guy sighed and shook his head and told me he didn’t wanna tattoo anyone because he was (and i quote) “tattooing all day.” which i get, but, #1 why say you can do walk ins when you can’t? #2 it was pretty embarrassing and i ended up having an anxiety attack because i felt kinda humiliated. #3 if you’re working with people for a living, aren’t you supposed to have good people skills? idk. very uncomfortable and unprofessional. will not be going back

Got my nose pierced here last weekend. I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who was very friendly. I had some questions before getting it done and he answered all of them and made me feel very comfortable. Kaitlin did the actual piercing. She was Also very nice and made me feel at ease. She recommended upgraded nose jewelry which was great advise as this piece is very comfortable and i dont even know its in my nose (flat back)! It was done very quickly. She had also sanitized the equipment in front of me so I know they were clean. And the studio was clean and clutter free. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing to check out Dream House ink. Im going to go back and get a tattoo on the winter. Prices were decent, service great, clean inviting studio.

I was a walk in customer from out of town looking to get a cartilage piercing replaced. I had long wanted a sparkly constellation type piercing on my lobe. Once I met Kaitlin, I decided to go through with both options. My piercings are beautiful. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Studio was clean and professional. Would definitely return when I am in town!
I had the best experience when I went to get my nose piercing from here I never got it infected and I wasn’t allergic to the stud the gave me. Everything was clean. When I walked in to get the piercing done the utensils they were using were clean and were secure in a package that hasn’t/wasn’t used by anyone. The worker was very nice and helping. Would highly recommend to anyone to get a piercing or tattoo done here.
Walked in to get some piercings redone and came out with my very first tattoo. Loved every minute there! My artist was amazing and didnt mind me talking his ear off the whole time. Great experience and will definitely be going back when I decide on the next one I want to get.

Got my first tattoo here! The staff was awesome and really helped calm my nerves. Not only did the artist explain everything in detail, the owner of the shop also sat and talked to my brother and I for about an hour while we were waiting for our work to be drawn up. Very detailed after care and expectation of how everything was going to go. Fantastic shop and definitely would make the 15 hour drive just to go back and get another tattoo done by them! I am from out of town and wanted to get my forward helix done, after some research I found this awesome place with great reviews! I called, made an appointment, and got right in. The place was SUPER clean and everyone was super nice! Art did my piercing and it was quick, painless, and looks great! Definitely recommend this place if you’re from the area or out of town. Just got my long awaited Cheshire cat tattoo from Julian. It is absolutely beautiful. Julian is the best, he is a very professional talented artist. I will definitely be back to have Julian do my next tattoo. I really cant say enough about how happy I am with his work
On Sunday I visited Dream House Ink to get color done on a thigh tattoo I started with Julian last year. The staff at Dream House are so kind! It was my first time visiting this particular studio, and I was welcomed by everyone in a very friendly way. During my session different people checked in on me and asked me if I needed water, which I found incredibly thoughtful. The studio itself is immaculately clean and well kept. And Julian is incredible! His work is phenomenal, and I personally very much appreciated the way he talks through techniques he employs and explains things he will do before he does them. It definitely illustrates his superior skill and ability. He also has a very light touch, which makes a huge difference when getting a large, intricate tattoo. Highly recommend!

I have never done a review before but I feel like I need to for this place. This is the best tattoo place I’ve ever been to! The workers were extremely friendly and the customer service was great. I got my nose pierced by Duke (I think) and he made sure I was okay and comfortable. I’ve had my nose pierced twice before and I hated it but this is the first time that I love the piercing. I am so so happy!! Great prices too!
I got my vertical labret pierced by Kaitlin a little over a week ago and I must say it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had getting pierced by anyone and I have been getting pierced now for almost 10 years. I HIGHLY recommend Dream House Ink for all of your body art needs! They have an enormous selection of jewelry and all the piercings are done in a sterile and private environment. 10/10 will return for any further modifications.
I’m on vacation and one of my piercings started showing signs of infection and this happened to be the tattoo/piercing place I went to - and I’m glad I did! From the moment you walked in you could see the cleanliness of the facility and on top of that, the staff was wonderful. They evaluated the piercing, decided I just needed a longer post, and sold it to me along with a spray to help the infection. They were very knowledgeable about what had happened and assured me I would be okay. Although I can’t speak for the tattoos, If you want to get pierced somewhere with very nice, experienced, and professional staff, I would 100% recommend coming here.

I recently went in to get my left nipple pierced with a friend. I did not have an appointment but called ahead to see if I needed one. There was almost no wait time to get the piercing other than learning about the procedure. Jamie did my piercing and was really calming, making for a smoother experience. The piercing was pretty painful, but apparently my nipple required a bit more oomph than usual. Everyone was friendly, and the aftercare instructions were detailed enough to put a first time piercer at ease. I will be returning for a check up and jewelry replacement in the future! :)

My husband, son and I got our tattoos at Dream House Ink. It is not only clean, but everyone is very nice and the owner is wonderful. Our tattoos were in memory of our daughter so he made sure they were perfect and told his artists that the tattoos were very special. If you want a tattoo I highly recommend this place especially if it is your first tattoo like my husband and myself.
I Just got finished getting a mind blowing piece done by Julian, now I say this about all of my tattoos but its the best one yet. Julians eye for detail and mind full of creativeness makes for a unique piece of art every time. The shop is also incredibly clean, bright, and open which is not typical of your normal Florida shop. Not to mention they are also fully updated with iPad portfolios and no paper consent forms, everything was done electronically which is awesome! As soon as I was done with the tattoo I already started planning my next with Julian. Definitely check this shop out if youre in the area, you wont be disappointed.

Got my septum pierced here. They got me back super quick and had plenty of jewelry options. The piercer was experienced and gave me very clear aftercare instructions. I definitely recommend this shop, and Ill be back for more.

After reading the positive Google reviews we decided on this shop. My niece and I went in on Thursday (1/4/18). I had previously submitted an inquiry via the website and after no response we called to find out if an appointment was needed for a nose piercing and consultation for a tattoo. We were told nope just come on in. There was one lady working when we arrived. We asked about the piercing and the addition to or cover up of my current tattoo. Every question she answered with I need to call the owner. In hindsight this should have been a red flag but she was a nice personable person. Deciding to move forward with the nose piercing she went and set up. Everything was seeming to go well. The needle went through without really any pain. Then she tried to put in the ring and spun it and spun it. That hurt and I was now bleeding. She stopped and said I cant seem to get it in and I wont charge you! Seriously.....she raved about her services prior to this. And of course you wont charge me you havent provided the service I wad here for. She said if I came back in 2 weeks she would do for free. Why would I want to come back after this?!? I left very disappointed. I would have thought after my experience I would be contacted by the owner or someone to make sure all was ok or to apologize for the situation but Ive not received any correspondence. Needless to say I wont be returning and am disappointed in the representation of the shop that evening. Maybe leaving someone alone who doesnt know pricing or make decisions is not a wise business practice.

Well me and my wife stopped into this shop to get another tattoo. And at first seemed pretty cool. And we got a family tattoo for sister. Mine looks like the guy cut the pattern out of my arm as well as my wifes color didnt hold and looks the same as mine not Happy at all and when trying to call no answer and asks for an Access code. I even tried to contact on Facebook and nothing.
I had an UGLY tattoo that I wanted covered up and boy did Christian do the job!!!! Love it! Everyone was very friendly, professional and were sincerely interested in making me proud of my tattoo. Christian did several drawings and came up with a beauty that worked perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone especially if they want personalized treatment. Thanks!

Went to get my 13 year old daughters ears pierced. I called ahead to see if we needed anything. There was no mention of having an ID for her. When we got there, we had to drive back home to get her birth certificate. I dont have a problem with that rule, but it would have been nice to know before we left the house.The guy who pierced her ears did a really good job, but his after care instructions sucked. The instructions werent very clear.Then, a few days later, my daughter broke out in a horrible rash, she was allergic to nickel and they used crappy studs. I guess I should have asked about the metal in the studs, so Im taking part responsibility, which makes 2 stars instead of 1. This is a mediocre place at best.

Made an appointment, dude showed up an hour late. Then sat in the chair for another two hours until they figured out he couldn’t do the tattoo. Lost $$$ on deposit for my appointment. Still waiting for them to “call me back” after they promised they were bringing in someone from “ink masters”. Save your time, go elsewhere

Most over priced tourist trap I have ever been to. I have tattooed over 15 years and worked at 8 shops and this shop and its discriminating owner will highly over charge you for low quality work. I highly recommend that you stay far away from this scam artist owner and studio and so-called tattoo school

Good experience and clean...JANUARY 2021 UPDATE! ...😊🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 still but wanted to give an update for my recent visit.....I have been here twice now, once for my belly piercing and the other just yesterday for my nose piercing, both went excellent. They are welcoming and help you feel confident and comfortable about your procedure. The first time their was a woman and this time when I went I was seen by a really cool guy with cool facial piercings. If memory serves me right It was Maddy or Matty or Mannie lmao. Anyway he did an excellent job and even put my choice of music genre on to play in the studio to make me feel more at ease and ready to do tha thang lol ...both times its been very clean and each used absolutely new tools and jewelry opened in front of me after they washed and gloved up and properly cleansed the areas of choice to be pierced. This will be my only choice for any future piercings and my soon to be scheduled tattoos I also want done. I actually plan to get a sleeve and the tat on my back fixed so I will be spending much more time in the near future! Definitely the place to go for tats and piercings 100%. Thanks yall at Dream house Ink! Great work!

We started out to get my daughter a tatoo! We met with the owner to discuss options and design. He was very helpful and he and Mike created the design for my daughters forearm. Well my daughter suggested that her stepmom get a tatoo as well which let to my wife urging me to get my cover up tatoo that I have been wanting to get for years ! They were very happy to accommodate us and by the end of the day the three of us walked out very happy with our new tattoos !The staff was very friendly the shop super clean and professional . I would recommend these guys 100% !
