Casey and Jacob were both wonderful! They were knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly patient. One of my phones was difficult to transfer data over and they wouldn’t quit until they figured it out - and they each did it with the best attitude and they actually made it as enjoyable as possible. Some customers we’re pretty rude and they handled themselves as true professionals. Highly recommend!
Jacob was the man! I had an issue that couldnt be fixed without having to purchase a new phone. He was excellent in helping with the upgrade. My real issue however was not losing the years of Information photos and apps that I had acquired through the course of the phones life. I managed to lock myself out of the phone and it was prepared to do a hard reset which would have caused me to lose everything. He was very patient polite and determined to help resolve my problem. And even though we had a few obstacles, in the end he made it happen. On top of that he reevaluated my plan and saved me money. All in all he made my day. The folks at that store were awesome. Ms Marissa made sure it all went smoothly and it did. Again thank you guys very much.
Bought a Galaxy Watch4 Classic, around 4PM yesterday. Device was fully charged by 6PM. It did not hold its charge for even 12 hours. Should have know that by 10PM it was already at 60%. Only added 1 APP from the standard out of box setup. Never was able to workout with it, never made it to my 5AM wakeup & workout.Still had to pay for restocking and the screen protection on a device I know longer have. Will probably have to pay the $35 setup fee from Verizon as well.Not happy at all with this.
Excellent service they know how to take care of the customer there. When back to fix a issue with my phone they were very helpful. Will recommend my friends and family to come to this store. Great customer service here congratulations on well job done.

Not only did I get my phone issue resolved, I was happy to observe how the Verizon rep, Chad, made every customer feel important as each of us waited for our turn. He actually asked each person the reason for their visit and began brainstorming solutions. It seemed like he genuinely cared.

Honestly this is my GO TO Verizon spot! When I came in they were fully staffed and on top of things, not even taking into consideration the stop was SLAMMED. They helped me get everything sorted and I will most definitely be returning! Mgmt + employees are on point.
Completely nice when selling the Phone. Tell me it will be a $103 and change a month due to phone added to plan. Three days later a message comes in saying I owe them $194 and change So I call and Racheal answers the phone I explain my situation. Within seconds she replies in a rude tone well you just activated right. I said yes. Well there’s an activation fee. I said no one told me. Immediately we’ll sorry they did tell you,I’m telling you now. Horrible customer service. Will never step foot in there again. Now I’m stuck with a 200 dollar bill I wasn’t aware of at all. Wish I never bought a phone from them now. Should of stuck with T-Mobile for sure.
They must think it funny that the older generation (70+) people do not know what we are doing with new iphones. Well i didnt have a clue. I can tell you that Kayla was great. She assisted me in the purchase of a new phone, Transferred carrier, set my phone to my car, set up my account, & much more. Most of all Kayla was realistic in what I needed. I had not bought a new phone in 13+ years. I have had to visit them 3 times, but each time my account was serviced. I would strongly recommend this store. Oh, and the way the frosty was great.
Kayla and her manager were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Kayla helped with every aspect of the purchase and switching of carriers and even set up my vehicle with my new phone. She was very patient and friendly and really made the process easy and painless. I would very much recommend this store and these ladies for anyone looking for quality service for their phone needs and purchases.
Just wanted to say that this location had by far the best staff I’ve ever had at any location. Extremely helpful and cares about their customers. They went above and beyond and just wanted to say thank you for everything.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, my brother and I were getting a 6 line business plan. We ordered two phones which were out of stock, we were not informed they were in stock. We called an found they had arrived and verified that the other units we wanted to add to the plan were in stock, and were told yes. When we arrived at the store we were told they were out of stock. We worked with a young lady Kayla who was amazing, she attempted to help us, but when it came to setting up the business plan she needed here manager to assist. At this point we were now there well over an hour and past close. The manager had been assisting two other customers and was relatively rude to both (one was told the systems shut down and he couldn’t process payment, the other was told her orders for phones weren’t there and he wouldn’t jump through hoops if it wasn’t a solid sale) they literally had every excuse in the book. Covid, phone systems down, and back order due to apple those two customers let’s unhappy. When he finally got to us, we asked if he could get us the quoted price on the 4 new lines and the additional two phones we were bringing over. Wesley was rude and refused to quote the price for the plans and said that we would have two come back after waiting for nearly two hours. We asked if he could just quote us the price and start the process and he refused cause it was now after closing. We said that he was not providing good customer service and asked why he or his employee didn’t tell us this? He said it was going to take two much time, we let him know we waited nearly a month for our phones and had been trying to resolve this, he said nothing could be done about that. We told him he was not providing good customer service and all we wanted was to resolve the issue we had been dealing with for a month and he said that we could leave his store and he would cancel the phone orders we placed. Mind you this is four phones(we were told were all in stock and sold out from under us) he was rude and this is very disheartening that Verizon allows this to be their representation. Pathetic!! Tons of over selling and lies. Wesley should not be in customer service, period!

There are never enough employees in the store to acomodate needs of the customers. Yesterday I waited 25 ms in line until I was seen. The employee apologized for the wait but unfortunately the screen protector I have been waiting for for my LG thin 8 phone was not in the store. I have been waiting 3 weeks now. This item was ordered 17 days ago and still at a Michigan store location to be shipped. Unacceptable to this loyal customer of 15 years
Go see assistant manager Halie ! So so personable and nice! I normally keep the same phone for 3 years as I hate switching it over and dealing with poor costumer service. She however held a new iPhone for me and made the switch so quick and easy all with a smile on her face! I may get a new iPhone every year now if the switch could always be this easy !
After purchasing my 11 Verizon iPhone from another location. They would not help me set it up. Of course I did not tell me this as I was purchasing it. After much frustration of trying to set up the phone myself, I went to this location in Tarpon Springs. Haley was so helpful! She was so kind to me and completely put me at ease! She saved me from returning this new phone and switching to another provider. Haley has wonderful customer service and more Verizon employees should learn from her! Thank you Haley!!!

I ordered an iPhone 11 in mint green but they ordered me the iphone 11 pro in midnight green but i really wanted the iPhone 11 in mint green and I called them and the manager Rachel turned around and ordered me the right one. She is a very good manager and she should get a raise. She is very good at what she does and me and my family will continue to Shop at that store. That is my favorite Verizon store in our area. Dont waste your time here if you need help or service for your Verizon products!!! Brought in my Verizon iPhone that had gotten wet. After accessing my account, the service rep never mentioned that I had replacement insurance on my plan. Instead, told me there was nothing he could do but offered to sell me a new upgrade that would cost $150 max up front and add $27 per month to my service plan. ( I have his notes) I asked where I could have someone look at my phone to see if it could be fixed. He suggested the Apple Store in Tampa that is over an hour away. Never mentioned a perfectly good repair place in the same mall!! I left and went on-line with Verizons very helpful service rep, received my replacement phone on schedule with instructions to return the old phone, minus the battery. Went back to this same Verizon location and asked them if they would remove the battery. The same guy, along with someone named Chet told me it could not be done and refused to help. They were both remained sitting at a table visiting with each other and never stood up to talk with me. I left and once again took care of the problem myself. I would rate this place a zero but the process requires at least one star. I cant understand why a good firm like Verizon would allow this type of place to represent them.
Went in because my iPhone screen was lighting up or making noise when I got notifications but Apple Watch was. Racheal and Dominique were amazing!! Turns out it was a simple setting in the Apple Watch app. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone. And tell them Dan sent you! :)

I had the best cell phone shopping experience of my life today with Brandon Lacey as my rep at Verizon Go Wireless in Tarpon Springs. Brandon went above and beyond to accommodate me with my four-year-old and one-year-old in tow. He provided exceptional customer service and helped me with some promotions. He patiently answered all of my questions, was kind to my restless children, and assured me that he would be there to help me with any future issues. I have been a Verizon customer since the late 1990s as it has best network. Recently been using the Tarpon Springs store and receive the best service! Even when I had any issues with the phone, Mason would think of creative and most economical solutions for my needs. I definitely will use the Tarpon Springs store as my Verizon go-to.

Ive been in this store several times and Im always greeted by smiling enployees. This is easily the most welcoming location Ive been to and Im sure Ill be back time and time again. I saw a bad review below and Im not sure if it was old or what but they had the exact opposite experience I have. Mason has always been very helpful with what I need and has my best interest in mind, I never feel like hes trying to force me to buy or sign up for something I dont need. I will always come to this location as long as hes there.
I went in ready to buy a new phone or charger for my cell phone. The phone is old but works fine. The wall charger just died.The agent told me that I would not be able to buy a charger that it is 5 years old. If I could buy a charger it would be about $40.00.I just bought one on line with shipping for $13.00 - with shipping. So the information he gave me was wrong.I was ready to buy a new phone but they could not sell me one without my account password. All I wanted was a phone, I did not want to change the account or anything else.They told me that they have to use passwords because they are so big. Well I have never had to use a password to buy something at McDonalds or Walmart and they are both larger.The guy copped a real attitude that it was perfectly reasonable to require a password to buy something. All he had to say was I am sorry that is the way the system works. In stead he seemed to enjoy pointing out how big they were and it was my fault that I did not know their password. (Sorry I have important stuff to keep track of).
The stress level of purchasing a new phone can be up there with buying a new car. But with Dakota and Joes knowledge and experience, this purchase was easy. I pass by 2 other Verizon stores to get this one; no pressure and a great staff. Thanks again!
On Saturday, October 17th, I had inadvertently locked myself out of my phone and couldnt figure out how to get back in. I stopped at the Verizon store in Tarpon Springs thinking they might know a trick to get back in. I explained my issue to Rep and he spent over 2 hours trying to help me even though it wasnt a phone issue, it was a Google issue. He called Verizon tech support. He called Google support. He enlisted the help of the other employees at the store and he did it all with a smile. He went above and beyond the scope of his duties and provided the best customer service Ive experienced in years. The world needs more people/employees like the ones they have in tarpon Verizon

Oh my gosh, I cant express how grateful I am to Racheal at this location. My Moto Droid, which I had for two years KEPT malfunctioning, I mean almost bi-monthly. It happened again, was over the warranty and I definitely cant afford a brand new phone. She didnt even attempt to get me into something I didnt feel comfortable with financially. She told me my options, set up my new, affordable phone and even got me a bottle of water. She was incredibly knowledgable as well as personable. I didnt walk out of there stressing!!!!

I was having issues setting up my new phone so i went to verizon to fix it. The sales girl was outside hanging out with her friends which is obviously more important than her job. Because when I told her what was going on she tried to tell me that my brand new phone was probably on somebody elses plan. When I explained to her that it was a brand new phone she didnt refuse to help me and as soon as I left she went back outside to hang out with her friends. Very very unprofessional I need up going to the Verizon in Palm Harbor and they were able to fix my issue no surprise there.

I have had Verizon for 15 years and never experienced any of your sales reps going the extra mile to assist a customer. This young man needs to be the trainer for the rest of your Verizon reps. THIS IS THE BEST STORE IN THE VERIZON SYSTEM!!!!! They are knowledgeable and, when they dont know the answer, they get on the phone and find the answer for you!!! They have never tried to sell us a new phone that we didnt need, like the Palm Harbor company store!! They treat all of their customers professionally, laugh a lot and dont act like your questions are stupid (unfortunately, I think Ive tested that one!!!). I just cant recommend them enough, if youre frustrated with your service, go see them!!!

At the Palm Harbor store I was told I had to pay full price for a new phone because I would not give up my unlimited data plan. Kevin was great and helped me with my trade-in and a bunch of accessories! District Manager Jason even drove to another store to pick up my Rose Gold phone that they didnt have in stock. And THEN, Kevin and Greg hooked me up with not 1, but 2😱, iPads during the back-to-school tax-free weekend special! Just $10 a month more on two plans!😁#verizonwirelessrules
Bad Experience with this store. My I phone 8 plus microphone went bad after 7 months. I bought a warranty and insurance at the time of purchase. Well went into store and they told me to call 611. Went home and did that and Verizon never called me back. Went back to the store and spoke to RACHAEL the manager after tech verified phone was broke. She said that since the camera lens had a crack it voided the warranty. I said, the MICROPHONE is bad, just fix the MIC and give me the phone back like it is. SHE SAID, corporate policy, not ours, I cant do that. I said how much is it going to cost me for another phone. She said $199.00..... I walked out with my broken phone. FORGET BUYING A WARRANTY because they will find a way out of it.

I was lied to about prices that I signed for by the manger and assistant manager. I paid for accessories and plan packages that I never agreed to or was explained. They were thrown in the bottom of my bag without me seeing. When I went back to return these 4 days later they had me locked into a 25% non refundable plan. When I asked to cancel my plan within the 14 day gaurentee they told me there were multiple cancelation fees and I would have to finish paying off $650 phone. Christopher and Bryan were both dishonest. They put on a good sales pitch that sounds like they are doing you a favor but end up paying a lot. And have you sign agreements without showing you the computer screen. I have never felt so taken advantage of by a sale. I went to a different store in Holiday, FL who was appalled by Christophers selling. The new guy Travis was super helpful and returned everything for me. Do not go to the store in Tarpon Springs or you will get ripped off.

Went for help to strengthen out my phone. I had loaded some images and g as messages, that were bringing up annoying ads. Could hardly answer my phone in time, so m as my ads to swipe thru. Attendant was very pleasant and fixed my phone in less than 10 min
