Not as clean as it could be. It also seems more important for the staff to talk to each other than help customers. It was a disappointing visit. You cant make money without customers.

Need more registers open, as with all Wal-Marts the lack of open registers is frustrating. But you know Wally world 🌎 is always a bad place for customer service.

Its Walmart what else can I say. Youll have some interesting views and a possible alien encounter if you stay long enough. The store manager is awsome 👌

Just left this Walmart I usually I dont believe the hype of Walmart having nasty employees but this time in particular Im sad to say that I had to witness it for myself. An older lady was cashing me out I had cans on the bottom and offered to help her flip them over without saying anything she pushed the card into my arm and started flipping them over herself obviously winded I asked her again would you like some help as she continued to ignore me...

Always find what I need, plus some! Great place to browse around in all you want to.

This guys needs to keep their shelves stocked. I was trying to get some frozen fish and 99% of the stuff were out and the shelves were empty.I even tried to see if they have any back stock but the associate I asked told me there’s none and only what they have on the shelves.

The store had clear aisles they wont cluttered with a bunch of boxes which was very nice the staff was great and check out was very quick quite happy

This Walmart has pretty much everything... a big variety of products if you consider that Tarpon is a small place... I am satisfied with the quality they provide and everything looked fresh and clean... I enjoying shopping there very much... also the staff is very friendly and kind...

Very unhappy customer service manager was very rude I wanted to exchange a hair dye that was dying my skin I think it might be defective ringing up at about $9 a box I had two boxes still on the shelf over there and they still wouldnt allow me to exchange it the manager (Detra) acted like I was bothering her instead of her showing me the courteousness to a customer. She didnt let me speak she just came up said no and walked off the lady at the counter Cynthia was very apologetic as you can see product on shelf

Ive gone there and at different times I have found some shelves bare. Hard finding things I would normally find in a regular Walmart. So far the staff Ive encountered have been friendly and helpful and have tried their best to help me find whatever it is I am looking for.

Lines were long But had a awesome checkout person and it was fast.

Always out of Fresca lately 😔 and haven’t seen Ring Dings in a while too. Other than that I’m usually in and out quick. The girls at the front are very nice.

A very average Walmart. Too small and way too rough of an environment. However, there is a pharmacy at this location that actually has okay service. I suggest the Palm Harbor Walmart if youre willing to make the drive over there.

Most of the time when I go to this particular store they are of stock on what I go for. This time they had the items I was looking for. Maybe catching them in the morning helps.

Not a big store. Has limited options in everything though the yarn selection is better than many of the stores and it has fabric/sewing sections as well.

I happen to really enjoy Walmart, as a single mother the prices are very helpful and just a tip if you download the Walmart app you can go to the stuff thats on sale at Walmart scan it and if it says its cheaper online they have to price match on sale items scan it with your app if its cheaper online take a screenshot take it up to the counter and say you have to price match🤔 💯. youre welcome 😄 Happy shopping 💸💸💸💸

Clean and well stocked. Had trouble paying checking out. It took a couple of minutes for chip card approval. Other than that little hiccup it is a nice Walmart.

Danielle at self check out went above and beyond for me. I ran into an issue at the self check out register so she grabbed the receipt for what I had already scanned and then scanned the rest for me at her register. So kind and helpful, she should be an example for all the cashiers. Always a joy to interact with her.

Cashiers incapable of lifting 24 packs of coke.Cashiers stand around chatting while registers are unattended. Pharmacy seems helpful.

My biggest issue with this walmart is the stock. It is a much smaller store, but so many empty shelves. I have placed orders for pick up that get cancelled because they do not even have the item. And when you walk around you can see a lot of stuff missing in the aisles. I would say whoever handles inventory needs to be retrained or replaced. Other than that, its a walmart, so you get what you mostly expect with a walmart and the crowd you expect.

The inside of the store is cramped, but like most Walmart establishments it has most of everything you need. There are signs everywhere in the store that concisely point you to where you need to be, and the store is always on top of stock with its products. Walmart has always had a great price to quality ratio standard when it comes its products, and despite the space limitations of the store it manages to keep its quality high and prices cheap. One major critique of this place is that it is not very suitable for the current COVID climate that we are in, and so if you are weary of transmission please do not enter this place.A fantastic alternative, however, is the curbside pickup that Walmart has excellently implemented. The process of loading up my cart, paying, and picking up groceries from the store has been streamlined to the extreme here. The no curbside pickup is fantastic, and your items are already picked up and loaded into your vehicle by the employees, this process takes minutes and is immensely satisfying. There are plenty of curbside spaces and customers are gone in minutes, so the chances of having no curbside parking is extremely slim. Would highly recommend using curbside during this time, and for the foreseeable future.

It is what it is. Just dont fall in love with him any one product because that ensures that it will disappear never to be ordered again unless you want to order a case of it!

Supposed to be open 24 hours but thats too hard for a multi billion dollar company to do. Incredibly inconvenient

They want you to wear a mask unless you agree to get a poisonous injection. Also they spray you and your cart with poison like cattle upon entry. I told the manager and she didn’t care at all and said that’s what they are told to do from corporate! This is disgusting and should never been a thing! I’ll never shop here again.

Every person i have dealt with in the customer service area are just awful. I guess they feel high up in the retail world.But the cashiers are always nice. Store seems decently clean, i never notice messes.

Shop here often. I am frequently surprised by how many things they have in inventory. Very nice people working there.

Store is great for your basic trips if you just need dog food or a few food items. Normally a lot less busy than the other Walmarts but they also have a very limited selection of most items due to the small size. Curbside pick up is quick and the cashiers are awesome.

This is an older type Walmart, smaller and dont carry things the newer ones do. Lines at check out registers are a mess.

Good but looks smaller than the rest of Walmart Supercenters.They have an extremely rude customer service assistant/supervisor that, instead of asking politely, yells and commands! She needs to be trained on what customer service really means and on how to respect others.

The shelves look runshacked, and I think this store should reduce their products list because the space is not enough to cover the full collection, and restocking is not fast enough apparently.

Bought a bike for Christmas for my son, the bike gear had issues. Went to return the bike, customer service didn’t not ask me how I wanted the refund. She Did the refund back to the card I had purchased, which I had closed the account. They couldn’t do anything about it. They have the bike back and now I have to go call to get my money back!!!!! Please train your employees better Not to cause more headaches to your customers!!!Now my son has no bike and I don’t have the money!

Small Wal-Mart by comparison to its neighbor in Palm Harbor. Other than convenience, I would go to Palm Harbor most days.

Greeters are supposed to be friendly? Not at this Walmart. Been that way for awhile there.

Very tiny isles, dirty store, not much variety - couldnt find what I was looking for, and terrible customer service. I asked someone for help trying to find the item I wanted, and he mumbled something I never could hear after asking him to repeat himself twice, he didnt show me where I could find what I wanted, and though he did find someone else to try to help, the guy he handed me off to told me that what I wanted was on isle 10, then left me, and when I got to isle 10, it wasnt there either... terrible service! Ill go to Target, pay 3x more, but I know that if I ask for help, Ill actually GET help, and the store is clean and organized. I guess you really DO get what you pay for.

Had an angel pay it forward today as a kind gentleman bought the toys my children were trying to figure out how to pay with their allowance. It made both my kids cry with happiness. Im so thankful!Oh, and the associates were moderately helpful.

Walmart has and always will be a place I frequent. Maybe the employees can be up and down depending on where you go but this is a good location. Stocked and clean with good customer service.

I hate that they treat everyone like thieves asking for receipts on the way out which I think is ridiculous bring that they have like 100+ cameras watching our every move + alarm sensors on the way out. I understand if someone is suspected of stealing then they should ask for thier receipt but asking everyone is obsurd! Everyone doesnt steal... Some people actually pay for everything in thier cart!

They keep raising the price of food everytime i go and i used to go all the time.

One star only because this by no means a Super Center and the fact that they have labeled it as such is a total lie, and misleading!! . This is one of the smallest Walmarts I have ever been in.Selection variety and inventory is sparse and very limited and its easy to walk out of this location very frustrated! I will note however that the staff at this location are always pleasant and helpful.The Walmart a few miles south in Palm Harbor off US 19 and Alderman Rd. is double the size. Youre better off shopping at that one.

I shop at Walmart because I love their prices and Im lucky to be a quarter mile or so away so if I need something its just a few steps away. And I love the prices, Publix is right across the street I dont go there much unless its something that Walmart doesnt have. But I love their prices and I dont love Publix prices I think theres thieves I dont know why everybody shops there I guess they love to throw their money away LOL.

Everybody loves Walmart. There is something for everyone there.

All in all a good store, just a bit smaller then the typical walmart so not as many options on some merchandise.

It is Walmart. Never an associate around when you need one. They have everything but nothing at the same time. Also, having people sign up for government sponsored financial assistance during orientation means they know they pay poverty wages and refuse to do anything about it but get richer. Really, why do I still shop here?

Great shopping center. Smaller than the other Walmart’s in the area, but I know I can run in and get out without a hassle.

Dr. Roose is absolutely fantastic. shes very good at coordinating when you have multiple doctors & multiple health issues. would highly recommend her if youre struggling with your health or just for a really good primary...I will say however when it comes to prescribing any type of medication, shes always prescribes the minimum if any.I appreciate that to an extent.& I hate a having to take pills on a daily basis but when you have multiple chronic illnesses this is often the case to some extent. this can sometimes be an issue.But as shes very intelligent & compassionate. Takes time to listen and talk and will point you in the right directions. This makes her very worthy of being your primary care physician if you need one.

No one answers the phones when I call. If someone does, it disconnects, or I am on hold for two hours. All Wal-Marts are like this.

At this location, staff not very good. There are a few that are very knowledgeable and helpful. However other locations I would rate much higher.

As we all know whatever you need to go to the Warriors World very nice people have to take care of you and you find exactly what you need in line place

This is the only Walmart that has a limit on trading cards so I drive out of my way to buy a box of Pokémon cards on Friday when I know the vendor is stocking shelves since it’s the only store I seem to be able to get some from. The manager saw me and another group of people waiting and just told us he wasn’t going to allow the shelves to be stocked because of us. I drive an hour out of my way so I can get my hands on cards because scalpers at all other stores wipe the shelves before I have a chance to buy some for me to play with. This is ridiculous, there was another man with his 2 kids waiting and everyone left disappointed. So pathetic.

It is Walmart in a busy area but safe. All the typical services and retail items. Recommend checking on-line to see if they have any special items in stock before traveling to the store as inventory can be un unpredictable.

I have been doing curbside pickup during the pandemic and have had great service. This store is always on time and the curbside employees are outstanding. You should allow them to receive tips especially during Christmas.
