Store was clean and organized. Too much good products for me to get in and out quickly. My wife orders her business cards through here and they ate super quick to complete the order and contact us. Eric, in the print and copy section, helped me tonight and was super friendly and personable! I will come here for all my office needs. Great customer service!

This Staples location is a little bit smaller than some of the other locations in the area but it is very easy to navigate and their inventory is well-stocked.I had several employees offer to help me find something while I was there and the cashier was very quick and friendly. I enjoyed my visit here and would recommend it to anyone looking for serious office supplies. 👍👍

I’ve been coming to this store for a very long time to get printing material done. The only person that’s very informative on the job is a great, happy woman name Jennifer. Make sure you ask for her and it’ll be smooth sailing from there. I highly recommend this staples just because you have someone that knows what they’re doing.

Needed to print out some documents because my printer ink ran out. Tanya at the Tarpon Springs store was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient and explained the process and helped me when I had difficulties. She was an absolute pleasure which is rare these days

Do no use Tech support for Laptops, I bought my 4th laptop from Staples, when I went to get not in stock and initially told would have to go to Largo store, when I indicated I would buy else where, they agreed to transfer, I paid over $1,500 for laptop, back up, software and copy of files. Was never called when laptop came in, had to continually check. Laptop dropped off for copy(instructed copy, do not delete from current lap top), current Laptop was to be continued to use in business. When new laptop picked up with current lap top, told all good both ready to go. When laptop provided to copy started up would not allow access to files. Took back, some tech started working on it and locked it up. Bottom line the lap top they had no issue originally copying files now is trash. This laptop worked for fine until they used a remote service to copy files. I will never use Staples for Tech service and advise no else to use them. All I got was excuses and ended up having one less computer.

Today is August 18th and my third time in this location to observe no one wiping carts off, no sanitizer at the entrance, none at copiers or wipe pads, none at printing center counter nor cashiers lanes. This location continues to IGNORE THE PANDEMIC Rules by City,County and the State of Florida requires businesses in have these protocols in place for their employees safety along with customers. These past two weeks multiple times in the location just like every other week and nothing done. YOU WANT THE CORONAVIRUS VIRUS GET IT AT THIS LOCATION FREE OF CHARGE, BUT BE SURE TO PURCHASE THEIR OVERPRICED SANITIZER AND OTHER PRODUCTS THEY SHOWCASE IN THE STORE FOR PURCHASE. The customers do not matter here and goto Walmart in Tarpon Springs they have alot in the for their customers.

I had to have a form printed that I had downloaded into my phone. I thought you could bluetooth it to their printer, but they dont offer that. However, they let me email the form to them, and showed me how to do it, and then they printed it for me. They were so kind, and helpful, and didnt charge me for the copy. That really made my day . Very very happy with my service. Thank you!!!

Imagine if you can the worlds largest and most complicated printed set of documents that could be generated out of a company. Now imagine trusting that job to a complete stranger and trusting their skill to make you look good in a presentation. Tara, Jen, Daniel, Tim and store manager Charles, took amazing care of me, my companies needs and took the time to listen and really understand the process I required for this project. They were beyond professional and even stayed passed closing one evening in order to ensure that I made my deadline. They were calm, kind and understanding to anything I had questions on or had to change. I recommend this entire print team for any company or individual who want it done right and priced to be affordable. My experience with this store has been very positive for the 20 years that I have lived in this area. I will always drive to Tarpon Springs if I need something from Staples. The manager and staff have always demonstrated great customer service!

This store is fantastic. I drive 15-25 minutes (depending on traffic) to go to the Tarpon Springs store instead of driving 5 minutes to go to Office Depot in New Port Richey. The employees at this Staples location in Tarpon are always smiling and welcoming. As small as it may seem, having a good attitude sets the tone for every customer that walks in the door. I usually use the print and copy section of this store and one thing that keeps me coming back is the fact that they dont ignore me. Even if they are busy they assure me they will be right with me. It just seems that they take their job seriously and enjoy being there. Thank you for all that you do!

All the low star ratings here say the same thing. The staff is rude and offer no customer service. I got blown off yesterday when I went here to mail a package, and while there, an older gentleman was trying to use their copy machine... obviously he was getting confused and the mid-30’s woman that was there was viciously and sarcastically barking out orders to him. There was hardly anyone else in the stare... she wasn’t busy... could have taken a moment to help him, but just barked and shook her head in discuss.

If you expect customer service and a sense of getting the job done - need to drive a few more miles to Office Depot in Palm Harbor. There is not a sense of urgency - more of a get in line approach. My sense is that their compensation is not based upon doing their job - just putting in the hours. Other locations have a more client-focused approach. I could never work in first gear - but theyve got it down to a corporate culture.

This is my go to store for ink and office supplies. The store is laid out in such a way that I easily find whatever I need. The staff is frIendly and helpful, from the moment I walk in, to aimlessly wandering about, to finally checking out.If I want to save time, and I know what I want, I order it online - usually with a coupon I’ve received vIa email. This is the store I use to pick up online orders, especially since they have a designated parking spot for picking up orders.This is the best place to recycle husband’s used ink cartridges and my own. We receive $2 for each one, up to ten per quarter. Or is it more? Can’t recall. We usually have no more than 5 each quarter. We use those credits to get new ink cartridges or something else.Staples is excellent at matching prices on ink, and other items, locally and even online retailers. That’s how to get the best prices anywhere in your local store! You don’t need to go out of your way to get what you need for the lowest prices.I’ve also used the self serve printing area, when I didn’t want to print at home. When I was confused or needed assistance, staff was there to help me. Prices were reasonable, for black & white or color. It’s faster and easier to print here than at home.Remember to sign up for their rewards program to receive credit on recycled ink cartridges and to receive discount coupons in your email.

Quick to fix any issues - stuff is ready when expected - reasonably priced items that meet expectations. They are ready, willing, and able to make the customer happy and that is what good business is all about. Chris, you are a good man.

After a “refresh” on my older laptop, i lost some of my office programs. In a panic and not a tech pro, sent spouse to Staples to invest in replacement software. Joey the salesperson extraordinaire asked a few questions and figured out how i could retrieve it. He went above and beyond our expectations. Staples should be proud of this person. We are officially staples shoppers for life! Thanks Joey!

Chris at Staples really impressed me. I live in PA and my mother lives in New Port Richey. Her computer was crashing constantly. I spoke with Chris on the phone about buying my mom a new computer. He said before you spend $600, let me run diagnostics on her computer. He found a BIOS setting that was incorrect. He changed that, then did a virus removal. Her computer was fixed for $159. He could have easily sold me a new computer but conducted himself honestly and truly looked for the best option for us. Thank you Chris for being an honest business man. I now feel comfortable in having somewhere my mom can go and be treated fairly.

Beverly was above and beyond outstanding with her customer service. I didnt even know customer service like that still existed. Very happy!

Colton in copy and print is the best employee there! He is always very helpful, reliable, and he has a great personality. I love going to this staples location because some of their employees make the process of getting new supplies for our office or flyers an easy stress free task.

Tarpon Springs Staples (US19) goes beyond the call of duty as Tarpon Springs USPS could/would not print an Amazon return label. Horrible service, actually NO service orhelp from anyone in print shop. asked for manager to complain and ask for help and he WAS the manager. i couldnt get a single copy made. ridiculous!

Nothing fantastic. They have a rewards card which nice, but Ive never spent much $ there to know if there is much value to it to qualify or benefit from.Dislike: Advertising is misleading at least in regards to back to school season sales stating extremly low prices for the usual needed basic items. For example, pack of crayons for only $.01. Misleading. In the past, I made a special trip specifically for the deals being advertised, to find while checking out you must spend a certain amount to get that price. Ok, but in no ads do they mention this stipulation. They dont even insert that *, with the usual small print stating the stipulation. Not in their TV ads or circulars. This busy single mom on a budget was not happy. Waste of time shopping, and wasted gas for this special trip for nothing.

The Copy staff is extremely rude and condescending to customers asking for help. I noticed this when I walked in and when it was my turn I received the same treatment, the supervisor couldnt understand what I needed( Colton) and his underling Chris looked like a mess. I asked for their manager to complain about the extreme rudeness and was ignored. I would not come here if you need help, you will be patronized while being grinned upon. I would avoid this place if you need any kind of help. The other reviews that rate 5 stars are obviously fake. Buy a scanner, I made 3 copies from the self help machines- 78 cents, go to the library they will help you more.

Colton is the best in the Copy and Print Center. Hes quick, a multi tasker, and he has great bedside manners. Unlike heather at the other print and copy center in Clearwater who is so rude and disrespectful to the customer.
