I go here all the time since it’s the closest store to my house and I’ve always had a good experience they are helpful and quick service when I was on crutches from breaking my leg they helped me to my truck with my items

I went in to buy slurpees for my kids. Tiny sign at register says cash only, they made me pour out my slurpee and throw it away since I didn’t have cash at the time- would have been happy to bring some cash back. Not to mention the lady working behind the counter was dropping f bombs and tons of other curse words about customers. Such a gross establishment. Wish I could give it 0 stars

Soda area and food area needed cleaning but I guess the cashier was to busy texting to work

Noticed multiple people inside are not wearing masks and the staff and managers say nothing to the customers who enter, will not be going back to this location, reckless and will be reporting this to the sheriffs dept.

Blond young informed me that this location only takes cash only for lottery because this location is franchise. I have stop a lot 7-eleven that is franchise and still took debt for lottery. I was questioning this so much because we in a pandemic where currency is short where people are using a debit cards a replacement for cash. Please help me understand. I dont know if I because I was an African American woman I dont know.

On 8/5/20 at about 11:45p.m., the cashier was incredibly rude. I asked for a bag and she repeatedly claimed to not understand that I needed a bag even though I had several items. After she finally understood that I needed for the items to be in the bag, she became quite irate. She needs to realize that cashiers are paid to be nice or at least non-aggressive.

I wanted some meatballs and went to a store. They said they weren’t making them. I called 4 more locations. For some reason they kept saying they aren’t making them on Sunday. This location was happy to make them and I bought drinks and ice also. Thanks.

The cooler is barely cold. They keep saying they will fix it but they never do. The staff is nice but having to come home and put your drinks in the freezer for a half hour before you can drink them is getting really old.

This location has shown much improvement. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars.

Terrible racist service from short heavyset Arab over cigarettes and coupons. He yelled in my face after 3 attempts to have him do his job. Be careful if dealing with the man hes dangerous and should be reprimanded or fired

Very clean and polite cashier

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not even exaggerating. The man working the main counter ran my debit card over and over again and told me it didnt work. I thanked him for trying and walked out super confused as I had well enough money on it for the purchase and had used it earlier that morning. I went to my car and checked my account and 7 Eleven DID in fact charge my card. I went back inside and explained to this man that he did charge me. He argued with me and then I pulled out my phone and showed him the charge. He looked at my phone for 1 second and continued to tell me he did not charge me. I explained to him over and over again and that I had proof. I demanded that he give me the item I purchased. He continued to refuse. I told him if he didnt give me the item I had purchased that I was going to press further action. He had the audacity to pull out his phone and start filming me and threatened to call the cops. CALL THE COPS FOR WHAT? YOU CHARGED ME THEREFORE GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR PLEASE. It continued to escalete and then he cowarded down and went into the back room. The other woman working didnt even try to help. I will never go back there. That man should be fired or repremended for treating customers like garbage, ESPECIALLY when the customer is in the right.

I’m a regular five or six other 7-Eleven the food at this location is stale and old every single time I’m here. Garbage belongs in the trash, you shouldn’t be serving it to your customers just because you don’t want to deal with food waste. Absolutely pathetic

Went in to pay for fuel. Went back out to pump and it didnt pump anything. So I went back inside and they said it would be refunded. Went to another pump, had to pre-pay again even though I had already paid. That pump worked but its been a few days and I havent been refunded anything. The second charge showed up as a speedway gas station even though I dont use speedway. So Ive contacted the station saying I want my money back and theyre now saying I have to dispute it with my bank. Theyre doing everything they can to not give me my money back. Avoid using any gas station along East Lake Rd. They are all bad. If this was my last $20 bucks they would have caused a nightmare of over draft fees. I will pay cash for gas from now on. These guys are jerks.

Manager is too cheap to turn the drink coolers to a reasonable temp.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This store has great management. Always clean and stays stocked.

It would be nice if Eastlake offered one gas station that always have their air pressure equipment in order, this place doesn’t either.

Manager/Owner, is very rude. Gas pumps are down. Carries very little product in this store.
