Only place around I will go get ice cream. Very family friendly, clean and amazing customer service especially from Gabe he went above and beyond to make our experience there great. Definitely will be recommending to everyone!

We had to eat here at my daughters request. It was rich and delicious. A small twirl was very fulfilling. I couldnt even finish it all.

Had a wonderful experience the other night! Not a super long line but Abigail was super patient with my order. I came by to pick up some ice cream for me and my son however I didn’t know the menu well. Your employee Gabe (Gabriel maybe) was extremely patient and even helped us pick the right flavors. Excellent customer service on that young mans part. You’ve made a loyal customer!

I have never been to Twistee Treat before and was very excited to try it! There were so many options I did not know what to choose. However one of the employees named Callie saw I was having a hard time choosing what to get and decided to help me without even having to ask. I decided to get a chocolate shake and she made it for me herself. I had such an amazing experience and I will for sure go back and bring friends and family to this specific location! Thanks Callie!

When families stop for an ice cream at ANY ice cream shop, they expect to recieve quality products and at least professional services. This is the absolute worst ice cream store I have ever been to, which says a lot, seeings how I love ice cream and get it every chance I get. To start off with, the ice cream we ordered was given to us half melted from the start. I had ordered each of my children a small fancy cone dipped in sprinkles with sprinkles on top and than two custom sundaes. When I say that the ice cream was pouring off the cones, I literally mean that as soon as we were handed our ordered it started falling all over the place. The two cones lost almost all the toppings before we could even pull out of the drive thru. By the time we got out of our vehicle to eat the soupy messes, I had already worn more of the slop than my children got to eat. We ended up having to throw away the cones and just gave the kids our sundaes instead which were not in much better shape. So after wasting $20, we ended up trashing all of it while sitting outside the store because we had to clean the disastrous mess out of our vehicle just to be able to leave. That is not the end of the bad experience either. Not only did we basically waste our money, I was also made to endure getting verbally assaulted by the MANAGER of this store! She came out of the establishment and started to jump down my throat because one of her employees apparently passed it along that customers were being told it was drive thru only. So, I guess she assumed I had started telling people this when in reality we had been told this information from another customer. If it had not been for the group sitting across from us informing her that they also were told this information by someone else Im not sure how far she would have taken the matter. Never in my life have I been treated with such utter disrespect and hostility from a manager of any sort of establishment. As I have worked in various food industries, I know the golden rule when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction, the motto simply goes, The customer is always right!. I do not advise people to go to this place unless you want some ice cream soup with a side of harrassment from their management. If it were possible I would have rated this place a negative five star. I made sure to include the photos of the disaster. Please everyone, save your money and just pick a different ice cream store. 🤬🤬👎👎👎💩

Coming here for the first time i had a really good time and great help from a worker named “Callie”. She helped me with the large variety of flavors and found a new one i like with her help! I highly recommend visiting if you haven’t!

This is a great place to get a sweet treat at a very affordable price. Also, the staff members are very professional, courteous and friendly. Two particular employees who stand out from everyone else are Breon and Gabe. These two young men are exceptionally amicable, very courteous and they always make you feel as a welcomed guest at Twistee Treat. I appreciate their consistency each time I visit this location and, overall, they are excellent workers who should be considered for promotions.

Usually I frequent a Twistee Treat on the other side of Pasco, but the Tarpon location was worth the drive because their staff is so with it. Callie helped me out, and she was efficient, courteous, and went out of her way to make me feel like the best customer she’d had all day! She’s headed places…I’m thinking a franchise could be in her future!

Thanks to Gabe who has been extremely upbeat and efficient . My husband is having trouble swallowing so he’s been have a large shake just about every day the past couple months. Gabe now knows him by name. Seems to like his job.

Callie is so sweet, she made my family & I the best icecream cones! My kids really enjoyed her as she made jokes with them and made them giggle as she handed them their sprinkle covered cones. She definitely makes to drive worth it!

If you put anything under a 5/5 youre lying. This is some of the best ice cream youve ever had. The service is about a 4/5. Just depends on who helps you. I remember when they fist opened and there was always a giant line wrapping around the shop. I miss going here :/ I strongly urge you to get a twist :)

Ice cream was good however they made a mistake on my order. When asked where the extra topping was, it was replied that they didnt put it on. Instead of making a new one, they just dumbed on top... not a great experience.

Continues on a downward spiral. Ordered the Banana Split. Got no split banana. Not even one slice of banana... not even a hint. However this time, they didnt forget the nuts. I didnt noticed the missing split banana until I had already driven away and there is no way to call the local store just to let them know... one has to call corporate. What for? I wouldnt be posting this review if maybe the local store had a phone or better yet... get it right, take your time, its a banana split and they left the bananas out.

I just ordered a banana split with extra bananas and it was so huge and they said it only comes in one size boy did I treat myself. I only ate 1/4 of it and put the rest in the freezer it was so good, I cannot wait to finish it all but it will probably take me the next few days .It was amazing I loved it! I just cant believe how huge this Banana Split is if they are competing with someone they definitely put Dairy Queen to shame it is not only A humongous banana split it felt like it weighs 6 lbs.All i have say is wow I love Twistee Treat it also tastes great and it was awesome. I love that my treadmill arrives tomorrow so I can continue to eat these.😂

Convenient location to get good soft serve. Lots of toppings to choose from. The drive-through can be a little slow when they get busy, but theyll often have somebody walk the line to take orders.
