This morning I called with what was an emergency for me. I have a very old irrigation system on my house that we no longer use. It has no power going to it and has been dormant for the 10 years we have lived here. I woke up this morning to hear it turned on and pumping water somewhere on our property. I had no idea what to do because the unit itself had no power. I began calling irrigation companies looking for any help I could get. The owner of the company answered and informed me that like all the others he was completely swamped with work and was not able to come out today. What he did do was take the time to talk me through how to stop the water from continually pumping. He had me take some photos of my equipment and send to him while we talked. He then directed me to remove a wire that controls the unit and the motors communications which turned everything off. There was no charge for this but I was so grateful. Its rare to find someone that is willing to go above and beyond these days and especially do it for free. If I ever have an irrigation need again I will DEFINTELY hire this company and I highly recommend you stop your search now and call this company.

Braedon and Kyle came out a few hours after I called. They were very friendly and didnt try to up sale. They did a fantastic job getting my system back up. I purchased a new pump and motor at a fair price. I highly recommend this company. Thanks!!! John Hall

Super helpful on call before making me make an appointment. My issue was super easy but he gave super clear safe instructions for checking my pump to just clean debris instead of charging me for a visit.Even when I couldnt figure it out he offered to come in next day (a kindness I wasnt expecting for a Sunday morning) and check it out. Turns out it wasnt needed so all he did is save my day and win my favor for all my future well pump needs.I might need a sprinkler system hooked up in the future so these will be my guys.

I was having problems with my sprinkler system covering my yard and the pump working properly. Braedon came right out on a Saturday morning and got my pump back in working order and replace two of my sprinkler heads and on top of it he was very knowledgeable and gave me some education and tips on how to keep my system running efficiently. I can’t say enough about this company and if you need any help with sprinkler systems they’re definitely a go to.!

Every other company has been booked up for weeks, they told me they where really busy but got me squeezed in on a saturday. Re did my shallow wells and did an awesom job.Will definitely use them again

Glen is the ultimate professional. He truly has a passion for his profession. He and his team installed a 2 zone system for me in one day, and it works perfect. We used Water World Irrigation when we bought our house in Palm Harbor. Glen came out and checked our system and got us up and running . We later used Water World to install an irrigation well Both times, we got great service! Nice to have a guy we can depend on!!!! We highly recommend this company

Glenn left my house, fully aware that my water softener was leaking, brushed it off and said the leak wasnt a big deal. The leak turned into disaster. I wasnt satisfied that he left, fully knowing there was a leak and now, an out poor of water- Its not my responsibility to teach integrity.

I live in the countryside . Have a well. Last Saturday it suddenly stopped pumping . No water. Called pump services but couldnt get hold of anyone. The only one that called me back was this guy. But I realized I live 70 miles north of him. He asked me to send him some pictures of the pump and guided me over the phone how to fix it. it worked. What a guy!!! What a professional!! What a service!!! . ( And did it even for free ).

I used to use another irrigation company until i came across this company. You can very easily tell the workers are very skilled and knowledgeable with what they do. I found their prices to be quite fair aswell

Called and they came out very fast and prompt did great work the workers can explain any issue your having and they were quick and did everything right ... Would and will most deffinantly use them again and would refer them to anyone!!

He was more interested in selling me a $600 pump than answering my question...How much for a rebuild kit? He finally quoted me a price of $200 for the parts and online they are less than $60. Condescending attitude.

Ive used this company about 4 times in the past 2-3 years for my summer home in Florida, everytime they’ve shown nothing but professionalism and great quality work. Theyve put in a new pump and wells for me as well as other service calls. Prices are always fair.
