This is the Home Depot in Taunton on rte 140. I was in area, so dropped in to pay for credit card and get some ideas. Found great prices on barn door attachments and for battery operated ceiling fan control. I havent seen these at my new Wareham Home Depot store. This store always has great selection but it definitely helps to stop in at other stores to see what they are carrying in their stock. Highly recommended.

No associates working the checkouts, but they have 2 associates just standing there watching the customers do their own self checkout.... all set thank you......

Every department I went into someone asked if I needed help which is great because I did. I was able to find everything I was looking for thanks to their help!! They were very knowledgeable.

Excellent staff, helpful, quick to assist. Only down size is trying to shop with shift change and restocking/remodeling of isles going on. So far the best home depot i have been un!

Generally friendly and helpful staff, but once again cant find my item. Employee says computer says 8 in-stock, but cant find it on the shelf (a very common problem due to messy/unorganized shelves).

Home Depot in Taunton is not a place to go if you are re-doing your kitchen. I know because Ive been waiting for over a month and I still dont have 2 cabinets they are lousy at customer service, the people that work for Home Depot are totally not responsible at all, in fact I have even caught them in lies trying to please me Im sure and Home Depots delivery people are straight up stupid dont have anything in your driveway cause they will hit it.

Pleased as always with my visit to Home Depot. The store was clean and has the typical layout. The cashier tried to push the credit card offer on me usual. Overall a good visit.

I have never been into a store where so many associates intentionally avoid eye contact. I was in a great mood. Knew what I wanted and where it was (general vicinity) but all of the HD employees that I approached stared at the floor like they were looking for loose change. I tried to say good morning and the the ones I got a response from was the very nice check out lady.

What can you say? Its home depot.

Horrible customer service in Taunton. Went in to select a toilet and approached someone in the dept to see about ordering it in an off color to be delivered to the store. The employee had no customers and said he could show me what they had. I explained that I knew what they had but wanted one of the models in a different color. He insisted that we walk over to the aisle and look then told me that they only had white. Yeah. I know. I asked if he was saying he couldnt order one for me and he told me Id have to go online. I again asked if he was saying he COULDNT do it and he insisted thats just how it works. Ridiculous! Someone take my money....please! Went to Lowes and and got great service from Connor...toilet ordered...and happily spent my $300 there...along with another $200 in Christmas stuff. Thanks Lowes. You and Connor will be getting my business from now on.

Every time I shop at this store I have an issue. You can never find anyone to help you and if you do they have no idea where anything is or have any knowledge of the items in the department. Today I went to get lumber and underlayment and I went to where the app sait the underlayment was and the bin had something else. When I found someone to help he proceeded to go up and down the aisle even when I pointed out that they had a stack above that needed to be moved down. Then another associate told me he wouldnt take it down till I paid for it. Im done with Home depot and will shop at Lowes for now on. I have also closed my credit account with them!!!! GOOD RIDDANCE TO YOU HOME DEPOT!!! LOWES will be getting business for now on.

I love the workers at the taunton home depot the staff have always been so kind and patient with all of my crazy questions. Every employee working there tonight all deserve a raise for keeping up on all the info on products that are sold in that store and if there sold out or still available. But one worker did appear to stand out from the rest and she made my night. Her name is JENIFER and she cashed me out tonight with such a friendly and considerate personality she was extremely attentive and patient with all my crazy questions. My home depot RUN in Taunton this evening WAS probably one of the best SHOPPING experiences I HAVE EVER HAD THERE

In their app, if you are looking up a product it tells you how many are in stock. The workers told me if theres 3 or less left, chances are the # is zero.

Clean, efficient, and easily accessible . I liked the experience. Did not need help from anyone so perfect for the consumer.

Did an online order. The store called us and made a cluster @#$& of the order and the process. We went in to pick up the order. Dave at the desk gave us what they had. Then said they would ship is the rest, he said the charge would be added for the delivery to the house. Not what I asked for, I wanted to pick it up at the store and asked to have it shipped to the store. Then he said they couldnt fill the whole order because they dont have one of the items I needed (even though the web site said it was there). I asked when he would get one. He said we dont do special orders. But said another store has it, according to the website. I asked if he could call them and have sent to this store. Said he couldnt do that. Then I asked if he could call and see if was actually there, he said he couldnt do that. Ugh, then I said cancel the order being shipped to me. He said he would, then came back I cant its already being processed. Then said he would cancel the charge, then said (in the same breath) it would be easier for you to do it?? WTH. Suppose to arrive in one week, it had taken 2. Brought it to returns, didnt even open the box and the first question from the person behind the desk was there anything wrong with it. I just kind of looked at him for a second. I didnt open open the box it came in. I just said I dont want it. It then had taken him 20mins to finish the return.

Home Depot gets the job done. As you can see I needed to fix a drain at 9:00 PM and Home Depot was open to help me get the job done! The customer service is good here. People are always willing to help pick the right parts as I have been many times. Take the project to Home Depot for your repair needs!

Great place to shop but sometimes its very hard to find some people when you need help. I strongly recommend to put some help buttons in every Department in Higher One floor a person walks around in different apartment in be there for customers who needs help. Thank you. This location always has what I need, and even if something is missing it gets restocked often. With all the extra quarantine time everyone has this is a great location to pick up new supplies for projects, indoor ones or outdoor.

Ordered an air conditioner on a very hot day, placed order in morning and was available in a couple of hrs. Got curbside delivery. Everything went smoothly and Home Depot employee was very nice.

Great impression walking into the store and seeing one of the worst conditioned American flags ive ever seen. Im sure theres a tall enough ladder inside to drag out there and replace it. Overuse of the intercom system and loud in-store music makes it difficult to make a thoughtful decision and communicate with someone if theyre not directly next to you. Returns people are mostly non-engaging and give the impression that youre inconveniencing them when returning an item, versus trying to get meaningful feedback regarding the return, something perhaps the senior management, Home Depot corporate, or the manufacturer may want to know. A little bit of effort will go a long way here.

Every time that I pick up online orders or rental trucks, the front desk staff are very personable and helpful. The group of people that work at the front desk should be commended for all the work they do for the customers

I absolutely love the depot. If you pay attention to some of the sales and tax-free holidays and things like that you do well here. They are very straightforward and if any product doesnt work as advertised they have no problem refunding you. I find them to be fair and decent to deal with. I like them enough that I bought stock in them a few years ago and it also has paid well.

Easy to get what youre looking for. When i went there i grabbed what I was looking for and i went right out. The self check out was fast and easy. Overall everyone there was super friendly and its a great place to go to.

They arent as busy as some of the other stores I frequently shop, which is great, however the staffing shows it and my wait for someone to cut my limber seemed excessively long. Once the team member in lumber was finished with his current task, he did take time to precisely cut my lumber to my requested length even though I know precise cuts are not guaranteed. I was impressed with their selection of products I needed for my small DIY projects around the house. I do recommend this location and the team is very friendly and accommodating. Just go when you have plenty of time, in case you need team assistance, you may be waiting quite a few minutes.Willettes Optical Paradise Approved 👍
