I had a great experience at customer service today (3/27/18) with Jessica. Went in to exchange blinds. Wanted to upgrade to cordless blinds. Didn’t have the receipt and Jessica took the time to look up receipt for me. Meanwhile another cashier was telling me because I didn’t have receipt I would lose my tax. Jessica was very patient and kind while other cashier was rude and gave no extra help at all. Like she couldn’t be bothered. If you had more workers like Jessica you would definitely have much happier customers.
The people in the Pro Dept are 5 STAR, I had a great experience with them. On the other hand I had been very disappointed with the customer service desk. Depending on who you deal with you could have a great experience or a really bad one. Some of the people at Home Depot go above & beyond, they are polite, pleasant, and helpful. There just needs to be more of them
