I met with Gene months ago when we were buying our house and I had no idea what I wanted and what would make the most sense for our new home. Gene walked me around the store and showed me everything and gave me his suggestions! Due to Covid, everything has been so backed up in every industry so we were panicked it would take us a while to get our flooring in. Gene was amazing and came to measure our floors when we did our inspection of the new house so we would not waste anytime! Carpeting was available very shortly after we moved in and his team did a great job! The vinyl floors I wanted came back with a timeline of 26 weeks which is basically next her and I panicked! Gene walked through the whole store with me pulling any sample that looked similar and we put them all on the floor to see the differences. He helped me find another option that I loved that was available in a few weeks! His team literally did my entire house over and everything looks amazing! It truly looks like a different house with the new flooring! Gene is very professional, friendly, and his pricing was lower than everyone else we looked into! I would highly recommend using Gene Hardy Flooring!

We couldnt be more happy with the professionalism and the expectations that were met during our renovations. Gene Hardy flooring has done 3 jobs for us in a timely fashion, new rugs, new kitchen vinyl tile and our loved glass backsplash. Their accountability is top notch, and we would highly reccommend this company to anyone who is looking to have some new installations done. Office staff is personable and always there to provide assistance in whatever it is you may need. Installers are knowledgable and trustworthy. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed!

Gene Hardy flooring is a great shop. We used his company several years ago and were very pleased.For this job, Gene came out to measure the area for carpet on the stairs. We visited his shop to select carpet. Great choices. We received the quote in a very timely manner by email. He is going to do the work. We are very pleased. Ive owned 3 homes, had plenty of renovations done, and this was the worst company I ever had to deal with...________________________________Ive seen your response to my review...what you have said is not the truth at all....I was more than patient when it came to covid issues ( ordered materials in March...waited until June for installation, which I DID NOT have a problem with!).It was the manner in which you conducted business, you would call me to tell me the materials were in and when I planned for you to come (rearranging my day(s)....to find out you were mistaken. This happened several times.You called to let me know my carpet was in, set up a day, we emptied 3 bedrooms of furniture, to find out FROM THE INSTALLER that you only had enough carpet for 1 room..2nd issue,When you called to tell me my stair treads were in, the installer arrived, HE told me the treads were not stained. Another delay...non covid issue....Lastly, you kept changing the date for the installation of the vinyl flooring, telling me it was in, then telling me you were mistaken sometimes the computer tells us its in, but its really not....Also, the reference to your brother being in the hospital for covid....I called his phone, NOT AWARE he was even in the hospital, he responded to me!!! I made it very clear that I didnt want to contact him because of his covid issue, he told me to call Eric from then on, which I did!!!So, everything you posted in your response is an UNINFORMED response.Next time, listen to your customers to hear the truth....

I gave it five stars because the laminate floor guys were so professional and wonderful.The guys who installed our vinyl plank flooring did an phenomenal job and did it in two days! Floors look amazing. The guys made sure to ask questions and answered any of our questions as well. They were also always on time and did a great job cleaning up. We had a little issue with the ceiling falling onto the floor and they took care of it right away . Very very very professional. On the other hand the guy who did the recarpeting for our stairs was very unprofessional. He arrived at 11 am and didnt start the new carpet until 3 hours later.It took him 3 hours to rip up the old carpet. On top of that he complained the entire time he was here and I had to call to have him put his mask on since my parents are older. He was not happy when that happened. It would have been nice of he didnt complain the whole time he was here. Yes I would recommend hardy flooring to others.

We recently completed a total remodel of our master bath. We had several companies in to look at the project and to give us a quote. None of the companies we contacted made us feel comfortable enough to invest the money this was going to cost us. Then my brother suggested we call Gene Hardy Floors in Taunton, MA. Within a couple of days, Gene came out to our house and immediately we knew he was different. He looked at the project and said, This is a piece of cake. He was friendly and knowledgeable as we discussed options for our bath. Nothing seemed to constitute a problem as far as he was concerned. We visited the store in Taunton to pick out our tile and Eric directed us to Ferguson Plumbing for the fixtures that we would need. Once we got started, the project went very smoothly. From Anthony who did the demolition and the tile work (he is an incredible craftsman and a terrific human being!), to the plumber (Mason Plumbing and Heating), to Brian of Signature Glass, we felt that we were dealing with some of the best professionals in the business. Gene, was always available to answer any questions we had or to give us an update on next steps for the project. He gives new meaning to the term, customer service. He made the project worry free for us. Now we have a beautifully updated master bath with a gorgeous walk-in shower. We could not be happier! Thanks to Gene Hardy for his guidance and support, Brian of Signature Glass for his expertise and workmanship, and a special thanks to Anthony for his incredible craftsmanship. He is truly an artist and one of the nicest young men weve ever had working in our house.We are happy to recommend Gene Hardy Floors for your home improvement projects!
