I called Jerry because I was having a problem with my remote. It was stuck on mute. I didnt know what to do, after having tried to fix it myself, so I made the phone call to Jerry. I spoke with Jerry on the phone when I called. He was so helpful! He help me troubleshoot over the phone with me and actually was able to fix the problem. I will definitely call him in the future for any other audio-visual system needs. He was very, knowledgeable and was certainly above and beyond with customer service. A+++++.

JF did an excellent job on my security camera system we had it installed and it has been working since we had it installed any time weve had any problem we just call Jas and they tell us exactly what we need to do we can also view it on our smartphones any time off away from the house I would highly recommend jail for any of your electronic home entertainment services
