Went to Tavares location on Wednesday 4-7. The guy training a new employee had horrible people skills. Asked him a few questions and he would shrug or respond with one word. He should not be at the counter. Wood was very wet. Quality of the wood was terrible. Warped, huge saw marks and unusable knots. We went through half a pile to find wood that wasn’t split. They are more expensive then Lowe’s or home depot so why go there? I never will again. If you want subpar wood that sits outside all day in the rain with rude employees at an inflated price then this place is for you.

Got some tongue and groove board 1x6x12 here and it was way better than Lowe’s or Home Depot

A great place to do a fire inspection

The workers are arrogant, did not want to help me or the customer waiting 15 minutes before we got there. They refused to give me prices or a price list. We had to wait outside and their attitude was that they were not going to help a woman. It made us wonder wth they were doing in the store by themselves....with no other customers other than 2, who, despite the quarantine being lifted, they were pretty cozy not wanting customers into the building. Very odd. We felt like we were interrupting their personal bedroom.

Get a handle on your door shop. Some hinges not bedded properly, most prehung door trim WAY out of alignment, 0 reveal to 7/16 reveal on a casing leg, header too long or too short, Staples missing the jamb...get a grip! I bid the work and should not have to re-do what has already been paid for. Your taking money from me, the installer that has to make your product look good

So I went to the location in Tavares Florida on 04032020 at 0930. Wow what a way to treat customers, not friendly at all. Seem to me that the guy that helped outside was not happy to see me at all. I know times are hard with everything going on but be nice would hepl also. I wanted to find out more about Wood and other materials for house on building. Would not let me walk in . And the thing is NO ONE was in the store. Yes I will never support this company..

Ok finally giving this place a review after 4 bad experiences. The guys in the store were rude and unprofessional. Wasnt any other customers around. We interrupted their personal conversation and they didnt want to help. And they didnt. How does this place stay in business. 4th time Ive been there with same attitude. Seemed Iike they were discriminating due to my work clothes and those boys didnt want to get their pretty little hands dirty.

Terrible service. 3 Lazy employees. We were obviously a bother. No other customers in the store, one waiting on a refund outside the store. Wouldnt give out prices or a price list. I never see cars in the parking lot, drive by there daily for years, finally stopped in thinking they are finally going out of business. Sign says they sell to public but I think they discriminate against whoever they choose.

Friendly atmosphere, manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. Store well organized.

Lots of room to move around, door dock is around the back. People were friendly and unloaded me quickly.

Avoid this place. Terrible service, ridiculous store policies. I can’t believe I’m going g to say this but you’re way better off at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Terrible customer service asked for help with window pricing and was told oh those arent for sale, theyre only diaplays Obviously they are diaplays, I want pricing information! Then as Im writing this, sitting in our vehicle, a guys gonna come to the window giving us ridiculous quotes. Smh. I wonder why there were no other customers in there...

This location, the sales representative and manager made a choice to handle my sizable purchase and project with Pettiness and Disregard. I would not advise anyone to use this company based on how they handled my situation which could of have been resolved. I am open to removing or editing this post if any effort is given on their behalf to amend their mistake.

Unprofessional customer service;I ordered material, paid for it and left the plant. Couple hours later I received a call saying that they want more money for the material I ordered and paid for. When I said no on the phone, they told me to go back there to get my moneyback. I had to drive almost 20 miles to get my money back. When I got there they voided transaction. They could it before I went there. Basically they punished me for not paying more money for the same order. Waste of time and money.

Where to start fork lift driver dented the trailer and didnt set the wood all the way down we went to hand load it and it fell on my foot about 10 peices of 2x6x12 and broke my toe insurance is handlening the trailer but they still havent said one thing about my foot usually I have nothing bad to say about this place but today was not handled correctly in my eyes

Current Employee and would shop here for supplies even if I wasnt...best pricing and wide variety...if you cant find it they will make it to fit whatever your needs are.

If you buy something from one store you cant take it back to any other store but the one you bought if from. So I went to the original store but I didnt have the original credit card with me so they would not return the items. They are still running their business like its the 1970s. No wonder I was the only customer in the store.
