The store was nice and clean. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. However, they were professional, fast and efficient with my phone issue.

I went to this store with a pairing issue with my Apple Watch. The representative sent me all the way to the Sanford repair store without even trying to help me with my watch. The Sanford store fixed my problem. It is now working, but I’m dissatisfied because I didn’t have to waste time and gas in the first place. Thankfully the repair store fixed my problem.

This tower transfer means I get no service. Im stuck in a contract I cant afford to get out of. With work, school, and a job I cant make or receive calls. Now Im paying money for something I get nothing out of. I suggest going to Verizon. I would if I could afford it.

The Tavares store was awesome unlike the mt dora store which was no help at all. The nice young lady at the Tavares store was very helpful to my wife and I figuring out our cellular phone needs.

Taylor went above and beyond to correct a service which was originally setup incorrectly at another location. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

Fran and Latisha are both LIARS. Do not do business at this location... I dont recommend TMobile as a provider either.I am a public school teacher. Both Fran and Latisha swore that the first responder discount has been extended to teachers, but it was a very complicated process of setting our accounts up in my father in laws name (because I was a Sprint customer), then days later we would easily switch the account to my name for the discount. It was not an easy process... it took several phone calls to TMobile customer service over the span of a few weeks, each involving waiting 1-3 HOURS on hold EACH CALL just to be told Fran and Latisha lied to me about teachers being included as first responders. STAY AWAY

It was decent but they no longer repair phones since T-Mobile bought out Sprint.

This store has very bad service the employees dont know anything and they are not able to explain the situation that arise from trying to upgrade a phone. They dont even wear name tags so you can not even complain to a corporate office. This is the location in Tavares Fl.

So let me explain my 3 stars. Employees are amazing !!!. Know several of them by names and have spent alot of money with them over years. However the new merge is not all cracked up to be as T-mobile claims to be. Not only that but my existing contract I signed with them being the samsung flex plan has always allowed me to upgrade every 12 months and only have to pay my sales tax which is never been that much and then walk out door with new phone. NOW!! Sprint will not honor the binding contract I signed with them without paying a massive upgrade fee and deposit because I have always had the newest flagship device and now if its over 700 I have to pay that difference:(. Not cool at all and cant except that. They offered me a plan that I have followed and now that its time to upgrade they wanna try to change rules on me. !!

First of all, if there was a lower star than 1, I would submit that.The WORST customer service I have ever received. False advertisement. Asked for the Store manager, Fran. She was so rude in terms of letting me explain my POV; she would not listen. Made trips to the store almost 3 times a week to resolve but they call me in saying they will resolve and do not have the competency to solve an issue. Dont waste your time here folks, go to the corporate store.

No Clue what the differences between Corporate & Non-Corporate Stores are. Sprint needs to figure that out & then educate their customers!This lil store was very helpful! My S7 of 4yrs died in a catastrophic way. I had found a Refurbished S9+ online & my next task was to find a new SIM Card.This Sprint Store on Burleigh Blvd had exactly what I needed. They Installed the Correct SIM Card, Switched Phones on my Account & Activated my Phone. Took all of 15 minutes & only cost $22.Super Happy, Luving my New Cellphone!P.S. Ill Never Lease Another Cell Thru Sprint!!!

Steve, the assistant manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. He took his time explaining the financial terms of my new phone and helped to sync my phone to my car radio. I was impressed with his patience and I definitely recommend this store!

The workers in the store were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with a phone that I bought off of Facebook marketplace that was not working correctly. I even ended up staying close to an hour later than the store was open. Highly recommend using this sprint store!

Upgraded to Samsung 9 Note and picked up a lovely tablet for free and pay minimal service monthly. Sprint reps especially Kori were super helpfull! Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this sprint store for years now. Wonderful service Fran is such a nice lady and they try you help you out as best as possible. It is your normal sized cellular store with about 6 employees, but they try and get to you as soon as possible while keeping a orderly line. I will keep coming here for as long as I have sprint

I had a bad day of someone stealing my phone I went to sprint to find out what my options were, I walked up to a gentleman by the name of William he reassured me what my options were and what we can do about my phone as we spoke about my options he showed me different the phone styles and when he brought one out he told me The lavender color phone smell like lavender and silly me I smelt the box needless to say he made me laugh and I felt better afterwards but overall I had a great experience with my loss at the sprint store in to varies thank you, Willam in Tavares

Friendly staff and helpful enough but when I stopped in to set up an auto pay through my business credit card 6 weeks ago I was assured that everything was set up and the next bill would run through the business credit card. Low & behold now I have a past due bill. Lack of follow thru cost me too much time and aggravation.

The manager does her absolute very best, but the poor cell reception in Kentucky is pathetic. In September when I needed it the most with hurricane in my home state of Florida, my service in Kentucky was the very worse and Sprint is a provider in Kentucky. Just a few miles from Lexington my service was none existent. I was hospitalized in critical condition and couldnt even check on husband in Central Florida. After 13 years I am ready to switch.

Most bizarre experience with Tavares Sprint store. I called in advance to insure they had the phone i wanted to purchase. They did. I went to store and waited about 30 minutes to be waited on. I confirmed with Raymond the Sprint representative that i wished to pay for the phone in cash. He refused the sale telling me it was Sprints policy that to lease the phone only. He suggested that I lease the phone and simply pay it off in full on the next billing cycle. I said no, i would like to purchase it today. He said Sprints policy did not allow an outright purchase. Not true, as confirmed by Sprint Corporate. Bizarre! Fortunately, there are more and better stores to patronize. Update. i went to the Palm Plaza Sprint store in Leesburg and was able to purchase outright my new I phone. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have been using this location for all of my Sprint issues, services and purchases. The employee are great and knowledge both in the sales and services. I highly recommend them!

I thout all was good until i got home. I upgraded 3 phones. Once home i realized only 2 of the phones were activated and one phone had the wrong charger. I got I phones and im not sure what kind of charger was in the box. I called the store twice the first person i spoke with made it seem as if i was lying and i just called and spoke to the manager and the same with her. but she did offer a used charger with no end piece. Really!!!

Took the patience and time to go through the many options avail to us till we were happy.

She took the time to explain our plan and options. we were let to believe that we buying the phones in the Leesburg office only to find out that we were in a least on the more spemcer phone.
