Generally a good experience loys of shelves were missing the more common items we needed, presumably due to supply shortages

Their drive up window is so nasty you cant read any of their posted signage. It takes ten minutes a week to clean.

Good afternoon, To whomever it may concern, I would like to bring to your attention for technical support on the website. That there is a issue with browser not browsing to upload a resume.Never thought I would miss the Good Ofashioned in person application experience.

Called in for a rx and was asked when I wanted to pick it up and I advised noon. Had my dad go pick it up afternoon and he was told it wasnt ready yet give it an hour. He drives back to the pharmacy only to be told they dont have the medication have to come back tomorrow. Terrible customer service. Street pharmacist have better customer service than this place.

The first time I had seen Dr Feiner he had written me a prescription to be filled by CVS, Tavares. A person assured me they were taking care of it. It was not called in. It took two days to get a needed prescription. The second Time I saw Dr Feiner was on 4-27-20 and he had written another prescription. I informed the front desk of the previous problem and they said it would be called int o CVS after 3:30 pm. It was not. Today is Thursday, 4-30-20 when I called the office to find out what happened at 1:30pm, no one was able to discuss the issue with me, so I had to leave a voice mail. 3 days still no prescription.

Not happy with CVS cutting pharmacy hours—But the pharmacy staff in this store is outstanding. I have found that they always go the extra mile. When I went their for my neighbor-post surgery-pain medication-they filled the script immediately.

Dropped off my VA prescription on Friday they said no problem ready tomorrow then go to pick it up only to have the pharmacist say they dont recognize VA doctors as Doctors. Thank you not calling me

Horrible customer service. Waited 5 days for a prescription transfer to Tavares from Altamonte Springs. Called every day to check on prescription transfer..was given a 3 day supply of only 3 pills! I take the pills twice a day! Got severely ill without them...stomach pain, insomnia, diarrhea, back pain and nausea! Just called Corporate and they said a pharmacy supervisor would be in contact with me to rectify the problem...

I had gone to the doctor and the doctors office sent over my prescription for a heavy duty antibiotic. I called the store and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was extremely sick with COPD complications. When I got to the pharmacy the curt women at the drive up window said they had just received the prescription and it would be 15 minutes. She said I could come in and wait. I told her I couldnt suffer the walk into the store with the condition of my lungs at the time (extreme phlegm and coughing.) I told her I would park right there in the parking lot, within view, and gave her my cell number to please call me when the prescription was filled. And hour and 15 minutes later, after suffering so, and needing to be home in bed, I went around the bldg. and back to the drive up window. Same clerk was there. I asked her whether my prescription had been completed yet. She said yes. I asked when, she said she had called me. She absolutely lied, because there was no incoming call to my cell and when I got home there was no call to my home phone. I find the majority of the people who man the window to be abrasive and uncaring. I have switched to Walgreens in Tavares and hope for a better situation there. Couldnt get worse.

Pharmacy not very observant or convenient. They dont open early or have an early drop off box inside.
