Owner Was Negative When Talking About Our Ability To Purchase The Only Car On His Lot That We Were There To Look At..We Were Told The Car May Go To Auction, If We Left A Down Payment To Hold The Car We May Not Be Able To Get Our Money Back.The Car Was A 2018 Jeep Compass The Ran Great, But Just Needed To Be Cleaned Up..We Were Told That His Mechanic Was Not Around And The Car Had To Be Sent Out To Another Lot For A Mechanic To Look At..Just A Whole Line Of B.S....

They sold me a car saying it has a clean title I told them I did not want a car with orange title . and while having so many problems with it found out it has a salvage title ! They lied to me and still sold me this car

Purchased a car here, instantly realized they weren’t forthcoming with what was completely wrong with the vehicle. I didn’t sweat it because I had heard it was hit or miss with this lot! My car ran okay for a little and had a few issues, now it has the major computer glitch from the accident it was in BEFORE I purchased from them! Planned on selling it to someone who had the money to put into it. Got an offer from someone who knew cars and could fix it, I notice there is a lean on my title though, I’ve paid the complete total for my car. I call to have them fax what I need to my mechanic in order to move forward with selling the car. The tone of the receptionist told me I wasn’t going to get anything done with them, but insisted she would take care of it. It’s been 2 weeks, and I’m VERY frustrated because it’s really not that big of a deal or process, I didn’t rush them, just unprofessional and rude! No one wants to travel into a public place during a pandemic especially when it’s as simple as typing a few sentences over a machine.

I was trying to work with them on buying a vehicle for my work. Ill be the first to admit the boss was dragging his feet, but I wanted to get me out the door price. I came down drove the truck and told them we wanted to purchase it. I left my business card and had call them twice as things were progressing slow with my boss as I mentioned. Unfortunately they never contacted me and sold the truck even though I said I wanted a price so I could bring down a company check. They wanted me to come back and sit down and talk about it. I said I dont need to come and talk I want to come down and bring a check and purchase. Then with out any notice they sold it. Oh well I guess they didnt want our company check.

I have two major repairs (on seperate occasions) and Ive had my car for 10 mths, the salesman seem fair and honest with his input in purchasing my vehicle.

Wouldnt recommend this place at all. I went in to look at a vehicle and before test driving I asked for the car fax, the guy just showed me pictures of the vehicle before they got it, when thats not what I asked, he made up excuses on why it would take a min for me to see the car fax, he just wanted me to drive it, oh I cant print from this computer I asked AGAIN to show me, he reluctantly gave in, just for me to discover he was lying about this history of the Car, it wasnt just in a little fender bender, it was a salvaged title vehicle which means its TRUE that they are selling flooded vehicles and vehicles that were deemed totaled. I see why this place has bad reviews, dont even go here, they are liars

Here is an update on the truck I bought at Roadrunner Auto. After spending $2700 on repairs it is finally running. This is over half of the purchase price. If you are going to purchase a vehicle from this place, bring a mechanic with you or take it to a garage and get it thoroughly checked out.

Worst dealership ever. Nothing about buying a car was easy. It has been 4 months since I brought my vehicle and I am still dealing with them. From two dead car batteries with three weeks of buying led me to get the 3rd battery fitted else where. Then, after paying for warranty on the car, I received a letter from the warranty company saying the dealership never completed the payment of the contract so the warranty has been cancelled. They never return calls or emails and to get an answer takes days. It is painful. Do not come here.

On October 20, 2018, I purchased a used 2012 Volkswagen CC Lux for $7500 from Road Runner Auto in Taylor, Michigan. While I was there, they also sold me a GWC Warranty for $500. On October 27, 2018, I started noticing a burning smell, but as I am an inexperienced driver, and this is how my last vehicle was, I thought it was the smell of having the heat on high. For this reason, I did not get the vehicle checked out on this date. Then on November 7, 2018, a warning signal came on in my vehicle stating that the oil pressure was off. I pulled into my loan companys parking lot and my boyfriend checked the oil level. While he was doing this, he was unable to get a reading from the dip stick. We immediately drove to an oil shop and they made us aware that is had leaked 2.5 quarts of oil. Kind of odd for a vehicle I had just purchased less than three weeks ago, right?We filled the oil to full and drove home. Letting the car sit and not using it as a daily vehicle. We took it to my favorite shop in town on that weeks Friday, we waited because they said they would not be able to get to it until likely Friday. November 12, 2018, the shop contacted me and let me know that it is a major oil leak and that they are unable to tell if its leaking anywhere but from the gasket and that they would start there. This part and labor totals $600 and the next day I was made aware that GWC does not consider the gasket as a part of the engine, and therefore will not cover the cost. That same morning, I called the dealer to ask for all paperwork regarding that vehicle and why I needed it.He told me, It wasnt leaking oil when it left, which I find difficult to believe and he, in other words, told me they did not do a safety inspection before they sold me the vehicle and that they, just looked at it. On November 15, I contacted the dealership again asking for all the vehicle’s paperwork, because I had not received it and they told me they would send it to me. On November 16, I still had not received any paperwork regarding the vehicle. I had contacted them again regarding the paperwork and I was met with excuses about how, “The owner is hardly ever here.” And “I don’t do sales.” Although I was questioning how the shop was open if he was unable to do sales?(More will come later when we go through all of the recordings we have of communicating with this store).

WOW I WAS READY TO GO BUY A CAR FROM HERE BUT IT WAS A GOOD THING I SAW THE REVIEW ABOUT THEM SELLING FLOOD DAMAGED CARS BECAUSE I LOOKED UP THIS VIN NUMBER 2C3CCAAG6GH175773 OF THE CAR I WAS LOOKING AT AND IT ALSO HAD FLOOD DAMAGE. ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS I DONT NEED. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE VIN PEOPLE.

Check the VIN before you buy! I was ready to buy a car they listed as having a clean title. Looked up the VIN & it was really a salvage they had replaced two doors on.

Dont buy a car from here. I bought a 2002 trailblazer and I need a new engine after two weeks of driving. Go somewhere else but dont spend your hard earned money here. I would give the place no stars but you cant post without it. Smh youve been warned. Im $2300.00 in the hole with this vehicle and I still owe $695.00 Oh and dont buy a warranty! Theydont process them.

Sold me a car with a bad engine then when I told them about it they said well that’s why they gave me warranty and to get it fix and I didn’t have to pay for the month/ months that it was in the shop.but yet still repoed it for not payin the note when it was in the shop so I guess once the engine, catalytic converter, the over heating and Etc.. was fixed they wanted it back maybe they’re thinking they’re going to get more money for it now that it’s fixed not to mention the other issues it was so many things wrong with the car they sold me all together they make it easy cus they cars are not good cars.

I live in Toledo, OH and purchased a vehicle from this dealership in Michigan. I have emails and text message correspondence about the sale arrangement but unfortunately dont think I have written proof. The salesman by the name Motaz said that he would send me an Ohio title for the vehicle and when I received a Michigan title in the mail I didnt think it was a big deal. Normally a dealership wouldnt even send the customer the title theyd send it directly to the bank with lien on the title. He sent me the title, I had to go to the title office myself to get it transferred to my name and add the lien to the title which is risky to the dealer and bank, luckily Im an honest person. I had to pay for a VIN inspection no big deal $3.50 but then had to pay $496.28 in taxes plus the service fee to use my debit card $12.41, totaling $508.66. This is the most dishonest salesman and dealership Ive ever met not to mention unprofessional and rude comments made to me as the customer when I was only pointing out the truth.
