I recently purchased a home that had a Wagco retractable awning. About a week after I moved in I discovered the awning had a broken retracting arm. I called Larry and told him my problem he came out to look at the awning that very same day. He told me he had installed my awning back in 2002 and my particular awning was no longer in production, but he would try to locate the broken part. A short time later Larry was able to locate the broken part and had an installation crew out the same day to repair my awning. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of Larry and his crew, and the reasonable cost of the repair. I would highly recommend Wagco to anyone looking to purchase an awning.

I purchased an retractable awning with several years ago and then had it recovered. I also had a motor added! I noticed less than a year later that the installer broke off a support arm on a roller. I called Larry Sheets (The Owner) and after sending multiple pictures that he requested he said, that’s an old awning we get new parts imported every couple of years, I don’t know if they’ll fit.He then said he’d look into it and I waited almost a week. I contacted him back and his response was, “What do you want me to do about it?”How about fix what YOUR INSTALLER BROKE!Local company that screws over local customers.
