Stay away from this location new manager Christa is extremely rude and nasty to customers. She really shouldn’t be in the customer service business. It’s reallyy sad because I have been coming here for years, won’t come back until she is gone! I would like to thank Colleen because she was nice and helpful unfortunate she has to work with someone so cold.

Blonde that works here is very helpful, insightful, and pleasant, with wonderful customer service skills; incredibly considerate.Supposed store manager Shelly is the complete opposite of everything listed about the blonde attendant. Ungodly rude, no sense of compassion, not a shred of customer service skill to be found, combative, demeaning, and clearly runs potential business away. I have worked at several Salon Centrics across the state and have NEVER interacted with a worker with such a terrible attitude.On an unprofessional note her attitude could be described as desperately needing to get laid.I would suggest turning around and leaving this location should you walk in and see a long hair brunette at the counter. Check out Dearborn, Monroe, Ann Arbor, Livonia, it literally any other location should you find yourself dealing with this disrespectful c*nt.Here’s to hoping she gets laid so she can loosen tf up!! 👍

Updated:They used to be amazing. As of late they seem to never have everything I need in stock. Unfortunately now I have to go out of my way to cosmoprof to get what they dont have. The store is way to small and it is uncomfortable to shop there now.Always have what i need and friendly helpful staff

I am so sick of going into the store and having to wait in line for 20-plus minutes because there is only one register and one poor lady working. It is ridiculous that their computer system is so outdated that when people are buying large amounts of things that you have to scan every single individual item and wait 10 seconds in between each item for it to register in the ancient computer system!!! This is not a place to run in real quick if you need something on your way into work because I cannot tell you how many times Ive had to put back what I needed... And just leave because Ive stood there for 15 or 20 minutes and I need to get somewhere. Update your computer system it is 2019!
