I can not recommend Prudential Alarm enough. They recently came out and upgraded my home with cameras and a more extensive system. They are quick to respond and send service when needed. Most importanly, when an alarm is triggered, I receive a call within moments of the alarm sounding. The response time is fabulous.

Detailed info given over phone - answered all my questions. In home estimate. Actually advised me on what I didn’t need. Gave many other security/improvement tips during home walk through. Performed all installation (second home service call). Walked me through how to use/operate all devices until I was comfortable. Low pressure sale. Very knowledgeable. Excellent value on cost of products and services. High ease of use.

Drew and Kirk were both top notch. Got us what we needed with zero pressure or unneeded upsales. Kirk did the installation as if it was his own house. Very carefull with everything and cleaned up what little mess there was. Highly recommend them for all your alarm/camera needs. Ive never left a review for any business before, so that alone says how impressed I am with this company. Kirk also took the time to set the app up on my phone and stayed longer to make sure it was working perfect before he left. Also everyone I delt with for the entire process spoke perfect English. Prudential Alarm has been the best I’ve seen in this business. Their staff is on time, they show you everything they are doing. They double check the areas and clean up everything before they leave. Within 24 hrs a person from the office will call you to make sure you are happy with the service and to let you know that you can call them at anytime if your having issues.

They were a referral from a colleague at work. From the get go they were responsive and on point and very professional. Drew came out for the initial call on time and made the process easy and did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. Tony from the installation crew was also on time almost to the minute and also very easy to work with. Polite and professional and went above and beyond to go Home Depot to get a part I needed outside of their normal equipment to make it all work. So far they have responded QUICKLY to every call and answered every question. Very affordable and highly worth looking into.

Be advised...most of the reviews here are from management and current employees. There are far better solutions to protect your loved ones. I broke my 5-year contract which was rather expensive and it was worth every penny. Please make sure you do research before choosing an alarm company, it’s an important decision. If you do decide to go with this company, make sure that on any sliding window they put the sensor in the middle of it vertically, not on the bottom horizontally. They will try and sell additional sensors by not installing them correctly.

We had a series of break-ins at our property. Were a small non-profit trying to do good, which can make these kinds of scenarios even more damaging. Jay immediately stepped up to the plate offering an entire package (building alarms, cameras for our building and for a large farm operation, 24-hour monitoring services, motion detecting, onsite guards until the work was done, etc.).The service techs were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. The overnight guards were experienced and strategic. The turnaround time was faster than we couldve asked. The fact that they quoted us a monthly rate lower than what we were paying ADT solely for building alarms is awesome, but when you take into consideration the additional services were receiving, its mind boggling.Were looking forward to an ongoing relationship with Prudential. I was with an alarm company since 1998 (the 3 BIG Blue letters), rates continued to increase and they never updated their equipment. I changed to Prudential Alarm a year ago, lower monthly rates, new panel and sensors, plus I added 4 cameras to the house - - excellent service and I love the app to view the house anytime / anywhere.

The Prudential Alarm tech was experienced and professional, he upgraded all my equipment upon installation, the tech also installed a sump pump alarm which gave me a huge relief for my wife and I.Ive referred Prudential Alarm to several friends and family and all have been satisfied.

Friendly guys, clean install

Bad experience with these guys. Vastly underquoted, didnt return calls, bailed on appointments, and the installers showed up late. When we were assured the cameras would be installed by the time the store opened, WE were blamed for being in the store while they were installing! One of the cameras was even installed upside down. The cameras are pretty cheap in quality, but at least it got finished. Spend the extra money and get professionals, its not worth the headache.

I would definitely recommend prudential alarm to any and every one Ive had a few alarm companys in the past who didnt provide half of what prudential offers with higher cost all in all LOVE IT!!

Prudential Alarm was installed in our home the week we moved in and I could not have had a better experience with their whole staff. From the sales specialist Drew who walked out home to the technicians that installed our camera everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. I had a baby soon after moving in our house and having the Ring was such a life saver. We always had deliveries of flowers, furniture and gifts and I could talk directly to the delivery guy when dropping the package and tell him exactly where to leave it even if I was in bed with the baby or out at one of her many doctor appointments in those first months. Also the one time we accidentally set the alarm off because forgot to turn it off before we let our dog out at 5:30am on a Saturday, the cops were there within almost immediately and we had to apologize for being sleep deprived parents! But just imagine if there were an emergency?! We would have been totally fine and the person would have been caught because of Prudential. So all in all I’d refer Prudential alarm to all my friends and family!

While driving on the Lodge THIS morning on my way to work, I was coming up behind the Prudential Alarms car in the passing lane. As soon as I caught up, they moved right over from the passing lane, allowing me to ride on by and make it to work on time. They even were forced to slow down a little behind the car in the middle name. They made the sacrifice for me!Thank you, Prudential Alarm car. If you treat strangers on the road with that much courtesy, I would imagine your clients get twice as much.

We made the switch from a competitor about two years ago. We have alarm and cameras through Prudential Alarm. When our ISP changed our IP address, the guys at Prudential were out the next day to correct the settings in our DVR so we could view the cameras away from home. Nothing but great service from these guys.
