I placed an order via online; The Pink Coconut Boutique 18 days ago. To date I have not received further communication beyond the email; “Order Confirmed” on the status of my order, let alone shipment. Which I am suspecting has not happened of course! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Within the last week I have emailed twice requesting a shipping status of my order. No reply. I have tried to call twice w/no answer & no voicemail is set up preventing me from leaving a message. I have also sent a message via FB Messenger awaiting a reply. To date NO ANSWER through either avenue to reach them. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but after trying to reach out through every means possible and unable to reach anyone. The fact that I still have not received my purchase left me to resort to this no where near positive review. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and that this issue is resolved ASAP! Thank you!! I truly would have rather this been a positive review on their service and product, unfortunately it is obvious that I cannot leave one at this time! 🤨

I went into today for the very first time and the owner was super friendly and so helpful. I love that small town shopping experience. Will definitely we back to shop in her store. She made me feel comfortable. 😊

Ordered two things off this site the first one came looks nothing like the picture and still haven’t received the second one which was supposedly shipped seven days ago but there’s no tracking on it.

I ordered a purse a long time ago & I haven’t received it; the phone number on there is disconnected. They sure did get my money right away! What’s up w/this company??????
