I come here every other day for my coffee on my way to work & this place is either always 10 minutes behind, or you’ll find lipstick on your lid because someone took a drink of it & put it back & the employees pretend not to notice. I’ve had lipstick on my coffee (and my boyfriend’s coffee) more than 3 total times!! They also NEVER have blonde roast available so they have to do a pour over and make you wait OVER 10 minutes even when you did a mobile order!!! Ridiculous.

By far THE WORST Starbucks location EVER!I feel like everytime I go to this location, theyre out of EVERYTHING. Went there to get 5 items & they were out of 4 of them, lady who took my order walked off in the middle of me ordering, that place is just a mess.Do yourself a favor, save yourself the hassle & take the time to go to another location or go inside Target near there.

I’m so happy I live around the corner from this Starbucks. The baristas are so warm and welcoming, they truly brighten my day! I also love how they make their tip jars interactive through voting on stuff, it’s fun and I look forward to it every time I go through the drive-thru. I don’t even leave reviews, but I love this place so much I had to 😂💕

Friendly staff and made my drink correctly. The parking lot is quite small with not good traffic flow with the drive thru lane.

This location used to not be very friendly, that has changed. They are all so friendly now. However, if you order milk in a coffee they add so much it doesn’t look like coffee anymore, and when you request to blu have a muffin warmed they always warm it anyway. My muffin is always warmed no matter if I order in store or on the app.

Drinks are good but beyond ridiculously slow, makes it not worth it to sit in line for 1 hour for 1 coffee

It really depends on the crew thats working. Some days my drink is on point and they are super nice,other times my drink in not that great & they arent that nice.

I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks. It’s always super busy yet the workers manage to be so friendly and take a moment to be personable every time I make an order. They make a point to give a “how’s your day” before taking my order. Everyone here is great, especially Angel! Despite never seeing all of my face because of the mask mandates, she knows me by name and remembers my order!I hope someone at corporate reads this because she deserves something for her outstanding customer service. This store seems really well run and you can tell the staff like working with each other

I’ve been going to Starbucks almost every day for the past month because I am now addicted to the strawberry açaí lemonade. Workers are almost nice! The wait can be long but that’s what happens when there’s 20+ people in line! Be patient people or make your own coffee ;)

The reason I’m giving this location five stars is because Benjamin. this man puts a smile on my face every time i order we need more people like him THAT MAN DESERVES A RAISE. he’s super enthusiastic and is hilarious and just makes your day a bit better when he takes your order !! much love for my mans benjamin:)

I usually love this location however the drive-thru has been out of order for a couple of weeks and going inside is so crowded, Ive missed hearing my order. I hope things are back to normal soon.

Signs on the doors and in the drive-thru read Temporarily Closed and looked like a cleaning crew was inside cleaning and sanitizing. Had to go to Target to get a Peppermint Mocha fix.

As verizon employees we patronize our local starbucks but after Ive seen how they treated one my favorite person I would never come here. The drinks are awful. Super slow compared to other efficient Starbucks

I order inside grinde pike black only it took them around 13 mins until I received my coffee. As I was waiting for the coffee bc it’s was taken to long I set down with another elder lady bc she was waiting for her coffee also. So manager by the name mackinze i believe that’s her name came to us with unprofessional tone told us done set we where like we’re sitting waiting for the coffee if we it wasn’t taken that long we wouldn’t have set down to waitManagement need to train there supervisor and managers

This Starbucks is the absolute WORST location in terms of service. I have been to this location more than a dozen times and driven past each day and the line is always at least 15 cars long. The length of the line isnt so much customer-volume related so much as it is related to the complete and utter incompetence of the individuals who work here. The line will literally NOT progress and if you are say 5th in line, youll be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes for COFFEE. PATHETIC.

Only reason I’m giving this location five stars is because Benjamin put a smile on my face the way he took at my order at the drive thru. And I’ll speak upon the others before me because they were smiling/laughing as well. (In a good way!) we need more enthusiastic people like that to work at places lol!

I placed an order through the app and it said it would be about 18 minutes. When I got there they had curbside pick up CLOSED. I called and they said “we don’t have enough people working to have it open”. The drive thru was around the block and moving extremely slow. They would not let me cancel the order. They would not refund my money. The drive thru ended up taking AN HOUR and my two lattes were cold by the time I got them. Be aware that ordering ahead is pointless and you’ll be trapped into waiting around all morning for your order.

Sooo slow every day no matter the time or how many cars. You are waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru...so if in a rush I would not recommend..They are polite despite the slowness.

Awful. Stopping here cost me $22,000. It took 30 min and multiple calls to get a simple order of 1 latte. At that point was late for Fathers Day meet up with dad. Then, as I drove on the freeway to my dads house, a deer jumped out of the foliage in the ditch in front of my car, totaling it and causing a rollover accident with me and my dogs in the vehicle. If this Starbucks had made my drink even 5 seconds faster I would have been gone when that deer jumped out. Instead they make me wait half an hour as others who arrived much later collected their order. I should have just left but I had prepaid in the app. I will never go to ANY Starbucks EVER again and will share this story with others.

This Starbucks is always SO slow, even before covid so hard to use anything related to that as an excuse. I was in the drive thru for 16 minutes... one car would get their drink and there was a gap of at least three cars so it’s not like they had a back up of orders... just super slow. 😣 And they are just handing you your order with no covid precautions... no gloves or putting the order on a try/cup. Seems super irresponsible.

I ordered a warmed bagel with cream cheese. Took 20 minutes to get it. They made it right away but failed to give it to me until I had to ask repeatedly. I know there busy but the rest of my order came out fine.

This location is the absolute worst. The staff is incredibly rude and condescending. My drink is always made incorrectly and when I ask them to remake it they have an attitude. Ive been served the wrong drink multiple times. I was also told by Benjamin that I couldnt have whipped cream on my coffee.... i will not be returning Oh and I waited in the drive-thru line for 40+ minutes only to be told they wouldnt take my order because they were closed, mind you there were at least 12 cars behind me. Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

The amount of time you have to wait at this location is absolutely ridiculous. Been to many Starbucks locations and have never experienced the wait times that I experience at this one every single time I come. They are also always out of stock of everything and I only come in the mornings so not sure how that could be. Starbucks needs to better train the employees at this locations.

When you go to Starbucks to order your favorite drink (Extra large blueberry black tea lemonade with no cane sugar instead classic w/ 5 pumps) and the cashier has an attitude. First, they made the wrong drink which would have been no bid deal but the cashier was extremely rude. Then when they did the remake, she fills the cup with 3/4 cup ice. After a couple sips, the drink was gone. I’m sorry, but if I’m going to pay over $5 for a drink I don’t want it to only last 5 minutes. To deal with the attitude was the cherry on top.

Drive thru only without saying so on mobile order app. Thus an extra hot drink is extra cold. They remade it but wasted time and materials. Use the Target one instead, they’re not afraid to make drinks when u order them.

Very standard. Let me explain. The staff is nice and the place is clean; thats to be expected. However, you pay way too much for just a simple drink. Their specialty drinks look so good on the picture, but they seem to leave out the part where you leave the drink sitting there for 10 minutes, and the cream curdles and the $8 drink is so un-appetizing you throw it away. Stick to simple drinks.

I only go to the Taylor location & I always use the drive thru. The staff is always friendly no matter what time of day I go. It can be a little slow but that’s any Starbucks you go to. I’ve only ordered one food item from there and completely hooked! Egg white, spinach & feta wrap.

Over 15 minute wait inside with no other customers and still no drink. I had to leave and waste $4 on a tea because I couldn’t wait any longer. DO NOT GO HERE unless you have an hour to spare.

I came here two days in a row for hot coffee. The first day it was cold and I had it replaced (it was hot the second time). The next day it was cold and I just took it home to microwave. Shouldnt have to microwave a hot coffee.

Great tasting coffee, pleasant staff, and lots of areas to sit in the open floor plan. I like the setup of this Starbucks in particular, and the lighting is great for studying and talking with friends.

Always go there for my coffee, good customer service and very friendly.

I love the atmosphere and the awesome coffee drinks. It is a place that I can sit and relax and enjoy my coffee without being stressed out about home life.

Great place with great staff. They were having technical difficulties which caused us a longer wait but they definitely apologized and rushed my order!

The drinks are standard and the cafè is clean as expected. The service however is so slow. I watched 1 person ask for a refund because she couldnt wait any longer. I placed my mobile order @ 6:56p and didnt walk out of the store until 7:26 and that was after I asked where the 2nd part of my order was.I hope they hire more help for this location because they need it!!Great drinks but be prepared to wait for it :(

I wanted to give a shoutout to Grace at the Taylor, Michigan location. With the crazy times we are in she was a joy to have at my barista through the drive-thru.

I asked for two large drinks & I received two small drinks.

1 star because I had give something sat in drive thru 15 mins only to be told when I got to order they close at 5, it was 5:04 I was in line before 5:00 they need to somehow let people in the drive thru know that they close at 5 do we don’t waste out time it was probably 5 cars ahead of me also that wasted there time also

Took forever to get a drink, there was a ton of people behind the counter but only one person prepping the beverages. Also when we did get our drinks they were not correct.

This locations drive thru is slow no matter what day or time I go there. It doesnt matter if the drive thru has a long line or not. Whats the hold up EVERY SINGLE TIME?

Most incompetent,rude,condescending staff you will ever have to deal with. Don’t even think about going here before work because you’ll be late. They can never make your drink right and if you get a drink with no ice they only fill it up halfway.

I am a Starbucks Fan but except of the price range it doesnt feel like Starbucks at DTW airport. Just frozen pastry. The cheese danish taste like dough. Anyhow the nice lady exchanged it to a chocolate Danish. Still not fresh and crunchy but that all what they can offer.

Sorry for coming in 3 minutes before close! The barista was happy to help with our late-night caffeine needs even though it looked like everything was cleaned and shut down for the night. I dont like being that guy, but I she insisted that it was okay to order still, so I got my sweet mocha and enjoyed every bit of it.

10 employees. Took 3 employees to find one box. Very unorganized. Yes Im still sitting here waiting on my order . it is 5:05pm dec 26. This place is unorganized. No management.

Used to come here often, gave up because with the quality lately, McDonalds is a better option. Money isnt the issue, the prices are fair- until it comes to the quality of a product. At least McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts and Tim Hortons can serve a hot cup in the morning. I dont get much cream, just 2 in a large, so it isnt the cream amount chilling my cup. I dont understand how you could mess up the basic needs of hot coffee: it being hot. Thats all I ask and this is the 4th day in a row its been cold. Back to McDonalds twice daily. Get it together.

The staff is pretty good.. There is a lot of parking available.. And the service is quick.. You can also choose to sit outside and enjoy the coffee..

Worse drive thru ever!! I’ve been there 4 different times and theres either a sign saying “drive thru not working” or it’s working but after sitting in line for 10 minutes NOT MOVING you just leave and go to Tim Hortons where there is rarely a wait and if there is you are in and out. Get your staff moving. Shouldn’t have to wait this long.

Staff is very friendly...but they need to staff more people this is the only one on my way to work and just to get a coffee it takes 20 min because they are always extremely understaffed..and this is every day!! I am starting to drive out of my way everyday because the one in Lincoln park is so much faster
