The store was fairly organized. Found stuff easily. Staff and cashiers were pleasant. The only problem I had was w/ a manager who had an issue w/ me returning something. Had my receipt I had done a split payment and she told me it needed to be put back on my card. Id spent over$200. Only spent$40. on the card and she tried to insist that$50.+ needed to be put back on my card. When I informed her of that she acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me my refund back in cash. Maybe she was new. Definitely needs to be retrained in customer service. Overall she was the only personnel in this whole store that could make me not want to come back.

Decent. But did not like how many things were not marked on price. Did not buy many things because of it. No real big incentive to go back now that my gift card is gone

Several phone calls to straighten out the original girls mistake in spelling my name. Which made it difficult too find the order everytime I called to check on it. Thanks for your help Jackie.

Super clean. Small selection. Seems like Big Lots has gone further and further towards furniture and away from cheap food and drinks.

DO NOT PURCHASE FUNITURE ONLINE. SCAM. When you make a purchase online and the furniture says available ITS NOT. BIG LOTS will hold your funds for god knows how long. Then you end up with nothing. This company is trash for its practices. $980 on hold because BIG LOTS does false ADVERTISING on their website. Take your money somewhere else DO NO BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS.

Finding the occasional bargain--especially that item you passed up in another store because you just couldnt see spending the money--is good. Having an associate make sure their teammates had things covered, then find the items you drove miles to get in the storage room, is exceptional.

Big Lots have come a long way since the older days. More selections, highly competitive prices, great customer service for the most part. It does seem customer service is sometimes hit and miss just about anywhere these days. Overall I recommend Big Lots. The kind of store you never know what youll find there and purchase.

Looks great but upgrade Mgt is needed Wanted to purchase sofa, TV stand and nite stand.the furniture mgt.told me they had no sofas in stock at any stores and no longer make it I offered to buy floor model he gave no reason why I couldnt buy it,, so ikea got my $1,600...thats how my Fathers day went

Wide variety products at a fair price. Masks are necessary and social distancing. Store was clean and well stocked. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend this location if you are in area. It was just a great shopping experience all around.

They were the only big lots that had the couch we wanted. But really what made our experience was the worker named Ben. He was so nice, they were CLEARLY understaffed and need to hire more help for this guy. He was doing everything, but still checked us out quickly and efficiently, answered all our questions and was very kind. I feel so bad that big lots won’t just hire someone else because he should be more taken care of. Mans was holding the store together. Do better big lots and treat your employees with some more respect.

Your pricing has got out the roof. use to enjoy shopping there but you got to where you are trying to be in competition with others.

No black employees at this store and they arent friendly to non whites, actually disrespectful to you if you arent white.

If This is the new format of big lots they wont last much longer. The electronics area is pretty much headphones. No tool section. The previous location had almost anything you were looking for. This one is like shopping at a old doghouse gas station....you probably wont be finding what you were looking for. Because they dropped over half of the things that used to be in stock. Bye Felicia!

This review is not against big lots. We recently purchased some lane furniture from them. We brought it home and it failed in 2 locations within a week. The armrest broke and a board was loose and pushing through the back. I am a carpenter so I flipped it over to look at it from the underside and determined I could fix relatively easy. However I just wanted people to know that the furniture they are selling is of very poor quality. Most of the attachments (pneumatic staples) missed there mark. Whomever is constructing the frames of these needs a serious course in how to use those tools. As far as QC, apparently no one is looking at the assembly process. Buyer beware, buy at your own risk......

Ive been in a lot of Big Lot store but this store I was asst today was by feast the best one Ive been in. The staff was very helpful and very kind. I will be going back to this store in the future.

Have visited several times in person and each time have to wait 20+ mins for a associate in the furniture area to appear. Communication is the worst ever experienced- I get things are delayed due to COVID but I have recieved 2 emails now telling me to come pick up my order to only find out when I arrive that my purchase is not there. Upon asking when it’s expected I was told “I don’t know we will call you when it arrives ignore our customer pick up emails”

Although I love Big Lots, I am not happy with the service I was given today.There was only one person in the furniture department today which is fine, we didn’t mind the wait.However, we had someone else come to “help” us and had the BIGGEST attitude. After we pointed out which bed we wanted, she told us to go up front and tell them. So we did.When we told the cashier we were told to come up front, she took us back to the beds because she had to scan the bed. The woman who “helped” us came around the corner YELLING. “I already told them what to do!” “I told them they have to pay for it and I’d bring it to them!” Once we got back to the register I told the cashier that that woman was rude and she replies “yeah, and she’s a manager.” I feel bad for the employees there who have to deal with that very VERY rude woman.Ben, the only person in furniture today was sadly on break. If not I would’ve GLADY dealt with him instead. He was SO nice when you could tell he was 100% stressed.Ben, 5 stars to you!

Mainly went inside to escape the heat, but also enjoyed browsing as well. Store was clean and shelves generally organized except bargain areas, which are no fault of the store. Wasnt looking for any help while browsing, but also didnt see anyone beyond the registers had I needed any help.

The store was very well lit with spacious isles. I did not feel couped up like I do in some stores. The sales floor was very clean. The employees always looked busy, but not so busy that they were unwilling to help with a smile. I was quickly directed and escorted to where I needed to be in order to find what I was looking for. The cashier was very friendly and polite. The parking lot was also well lit and free of stray carts. A fine place to shop.

Peope were friendly, pretty clean. Furniture looked pretty good and the yard gazebos looked great. Only thing and why does not get 5 stars is it seems dingy and not well kept. I think its the floors or walls. They need something. Warm colors or a make over. Keep doing what you are doing though. Good experience.
