We just finished a whole house replacement of our windows. The house is over 20 years old and the window refurbishment greatly improved the overall look of the house. The care the installers provided was just like they were working on their own house. The design discussion originally done with Greg at the Ringer warehouse opened our eyes to using full picture windows that NONE of the other replacement window people offered as an option. The change to the look of the house was like a fine collaboration of art that we get to enjoy every day. Georgia and Jake were a blast to work with overall. Truly dont even consider another company - the quality is here, the care is here, the cost is VERY competitive.

I wasn’t in love with the sales person, but the price-point was comparable to other estimates we got, and we wanted to go local if possible. The team that did the install was great, and my daughter (2 years old) fell in love with Herman. She is still talking about him 6 weeks later and today even named her construction worker toys after Herman and Kevin. 😂 Thanks for doing a great job while also entertaining a toddler! The windows look great, and you can tell they know what they’re doing, they have it down to an art.

They made quality windows but mis measured a sliding glass door. When trying to get them to fix it they’ve ignored calls for over a month.

Great windows! My only regret is not getting the laminated windows on all of my windows that I replaced. I back to the Toll road (183S) so the noise can be really bad at times. After adding Laminated windows to the back half of the house..........OMG what a difference! Well worth the extra cost!

We just had the Ringer Elite Windows installed throughout our home in Sunset Canyon, Dripping Springs. The windows look wonderful and seem to be much more energy efficient than the windows we replaced. It is much too soon to comment on their durability. Ringers installed price was considerably less than other replacement windows we considered.The two man installer team from Ringer did a great job. They started and finished the windows in each room prior to removing the windows in another room. They expertly removed and reinstalled all window coverings. Then cleaned all the windows and any dust they created during the install. Our install team had been with Ringer many years and it showed in their attention to detail and quality work.

They did a fabulous job. Delivered windows earlier than promised, windows look amazing. The work was completed seamlessly - they cleaned up after themselves....no mess at all. Windows look amazing and we have enjoyed them. We have heard of quotes for much much higher...but I would highly recommend using Ringer windows. They are custom made for my house and just the updated our 1980s house needed.

Ringer Windows is the best! They installed some nice, custom, low-e, argon-filled, double-pane vinyl windows and a sliding glass door for less than half what Renewal by Andersen was charging. They also beat out Home Depot on price by a fair amount. In addition, their service was great, and the installers did a great job - they re-grouted where the frame met my stone siding and caulked everything very cleanly. It looks good. It sounds quiet (compared to old aluminum single-pane windows). I dont know how anyone else can compete in the Austin area. Ringer is a local business that will install some high-quality custom-fitted windows. I highly recommend them.

Why are there only 5 stars? What an experience! Fast, courteous service and they actually KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! A rarity in this P.C. age of dumbness. I was surprised when they called a month early to say that the windows were done and we set an appointment for two days later for installation. The crew of two showed up right on time (7:30 A.M.) I was surprised that there were only two guys to do a days plus work. But Herman and Lupe were the best Team If seen in a long time. Knew their job, and knew it well. Worked smooth and steady and had a rhythm that got everything done by 4:30 P.M. or so. Windows looked great. Worked great and Im sure will be great for a long time. Looking for windows? Look to Ringer in Taylor. None better.

Its over 9 years since we had Ringer replace our windows. All strange sizes since we built the house back in the 80s and scrounged everything. And framing was required as we added a slider and made some windows smaller. They did it all.They were great then, Greg taking the time to explain how his windows met the then, 2010, tax rebate. The crew, led by Jake, were on time, every day and so meticulous with details. Every seam sealed, all trash cleaned up. I ran a service business at the time and would gladly have hired all of them. The improvement in sound and energy savings has paid for itself by now.Since then theyve changed out a leaky french door to an excellent slider, replaced screens my cats tore up and twice replaced windows that we broke. And its not easy to break these windows. We got a monster weed whacker that can hurl a rock to kill Goliath. Their prices for the replacements were very reasonable and thats where most companies would really take advantage.Ben, the bearded wonder, did a wonderful job on our last replacement. Jake (same Jake, still there) took care of all the ordering, which he did from the records of the original install. Most companies would have changed owners, management, employees so often by now theyd never have our original measurements, theyd just charge extra to come remeasure. With Ringer you have real continuity, a true rarity in business these days.I cant recommend them highly enough. Youll be happy for years.

Very much pleased with the windows and sliding patio door. One very unexpected benefit was how quiet they were. This and the added light transmittance was an immediate benefit.

We are do it yourselfers. We replaced 10 windows in one house and 9 windows in another. The windows went in great and work great. Greg Ringer is very helpful and spent a lot of time advising us on the best windows for our purposes. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Weve used Ringer to replace all the windows in the last 2 houses weve lived in. Weve had great experiences both times. You really dont notice what a huge difference the windows on your house make until you have them replaced.In our last home, we had to always keep the blinds or curtains closed, especially in the summer, to keep the temperature regulated inside the house. With Ringers windows, we didnt need that any more. In fact, we didnt both to put back up several of the curtains we had because we loved the new windows so much.Everything was top-notch with Ringer; cant recommend them highly enough.

All of ringer window glass comes from cardinal glass I know because I load it. Therefore I know that windows you are getting from them are top quality

Here is a review that is two years late! We really made the right choice going through Ringer Windows. Since they make their own product, we bypassed the middleman and saved money. I hate it when salespeople come out and tell you If you buy today, you will save $ XYZ dollars. My experience with Ringer windows is they just give you a very low price up front. These windows are great. Aside from cutting down on heat, they are also super quiet. I was amazed how crappy our older builder windows were compared to these. I think people tend to step past smaller builders like these and go for the large brand name companies. They are losing out if they do. The quality is the same or better, and the price is amazing. Some neighbors payed $5,000 more for their windows than we did and they are exactly the same. Thats what happens when you have a middleman to pay. Finally, everyone was great in the process Mr. Ringer himself sold the windows to us, and Jake was our customer service guru. The installer guys were awesome as well. On a side note, we are picking up an extra window next week for my office. I know Mr. Ringer is not making money on the deal, but he wanted us to be happy. He dug out a window in inventory that meets our needs and ordered glass for it. Im thrilled since he really looks after his customers (past and present). How many other window companies will do that for you?
