First off, there was a hair in my blizzard. Second, they got my cone wrong. When I politely asked them to fix it, they said I was wrong, and were hesitant to fix everything. Once he remade it, it was again wrong, but I was to fired up already and just took it. Port service and poor quality.

Kind, Helpful, and EfficientI have been here many times with my family and for the most part, the staff has been kind, helpful, and efficient. There was one time where they accidentally forgot to put the strawberry syrup in the strawberry cheesecake blizzard, so they took one of our blizzards back and put the syrup in it. It wasn’t until we got home that we noticed they put the syrup in the cookie dough instead of the cheesecake, so we called the place. The staff understood the problem, and gave us a free blizzard when we got back up there 🙂 When the place is busy, like on free cone day, the staff was surprisingly prepared to serve their customers quickly.

I liked the Blizzard I got, but in the mall, its a pain to find, especially if youre not familiar with the layout. There isnt anything announcing where it is when youre in the court yard area. I didnt realize it was there until I walked around to the other side of it from Macys

Today, Valentines Day, I bought a Royal Oreo Blizzard. The tall gentleman working told me that when he gets off of work, he will be spending time with his ex. His xboxone that is. I got a real kick out of that. It cheered me up because after all, I was by myself like most Valentine’s Days. I frequent this location as it’s a good central area in the mall. My friend Mario, who knows me from Zumiez, also had good things to say about this Dairy Queen location.

My friend ordered a small ice cream cone. The old man preparing it wasn’t wearing gloves and his hand was touching the cone above the paper sleeve. When my friend brought it to his attention he became indignant and said “you’ve got to be kidding me”.He then preceded to prepare another cone. My friend said “no thanks, I don’t want one now”.The old man rudely told him not to come back. Time to make a report to the health department.

After we visited this particular Dairy Queen Location, I will never visit again. My friends and I all paid separately and we all were overcharged by approximately $.50. The grouchy man working there told us that a medium cotton candy blizzard was considered a royal blizzard when the menu said otherwise. He was very rude to us all. When we asked politely if we were overcharged, he insisted that everything was concidered a royal blizzard when the only royal blizzards were Oreo and cheesecake. In addition, my friend’s cookie dough blizzard consisted of only a few pathetic peices of cookie dough. My friend who ordered a small cookie dough blizzard revived a mini sized one. My friend who ordered a medium recived a small. I recommend to avoid this location at all cost unless you want to be scammed.

Great traditional place to grab a drink and window shop. Staff have always been kind and quick.

I went there today and ordered a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Within the hour I felt really sick. Im not lactose intolerant and Id been in perfect health before I went there. What the hell was wrong with that blizzard?!

I dont often post reviews of any place but the man I dealt with there today made me want to give people a heads up. Im lactose intolerant so when the younger guy working there said their light smoothies were dairy free I was excited to try one. My boyfriend ordered his ice cream and paid, the older man took over on the register and I thought he was a bit rude to my boyfriend about his credit card not going through the first time. But I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed my boyfriend actually did take his card out too soon. Then can my turn, I ordered my smoothie which the other employee had told him to make sure was light because Im dairy free, go to pay with my chip card and took my card out when the reader says to. Apparently the machine wasnt working properly as it didnt run my card, the older man came back and asked where my card went then proceeded to argue with me about it, shoving the card reader on their end at me to tell me that it didnt go through. Even had the gull to say I was wrong for arguing with him. In the end I told him to cancel my order and learn to speak with customers. I hope others dont have the same problem with this guy but judging by the other reviews Im guessing this is a regular problem.

Got a medium choclate dipped cone took one bite of it and something was off.. Litterally tasted like rancid milk it was disgusting...

Great foods and the staff is very welcoming.
