I have to deal with this company though my place of employment and it is terrible. I pay 3 dollars a week out of my check and I never get the same amount of clothes back that I return. Some weeks I have to make 1 pair of pants last the 6 day work week. But I have 7 uniform tops to go with that one pare of pants. The drivers also smoke in the delivery trucks in the colder months, and when I do get clothes back, they smell awful of cigarette smoke to the point where I cant wear them home without smelling like I smoked a whole pack. If I could pick a different company I would but until then Im better off keeping all my clothes and washing them myself at home.

I have dealt with Tim Bailey for many years between 2 different companies. Tim is the Bees knees!! hes always courteous, professional and very willing to help if any issues arise. He always goes above and beyond and it is very appreciated!

Tim is the best. Im kind of a jerk and one time I even spit on him, but he remained professional. He brought in candy for everyone in the office one time, which was awesome. I took all of the candy so nobody else could have any and I threw it away, but thats not Tims fault. TEAM TIM!!!

This place has no customer service at all. I own clear auto glass a sister company of quality lube and we place an order 3 months ago and yet we received nothing. Find a different company that takes care of your business

The delivery rep CARL is amazing, the rest of the company is not. They have ZERO CARE for the product that they put out. We are stuck in contract with them and the uniforms they provide come in damaged, looking dull and dirty still or incorrect. They charge a fee every week for garment maintenance and they do not properly maintain the garments. When something needs replaced they charge again for that. I can not wait until the contract is over. I will be switching companies asap.

Kim, and Ruby were a big help, had an issue with some uniforms that a driver didn’t return, they got it taken care very quickly and helped us out! They’ve taken very good care of us, and our company! Thanks a bunch!

I am the owner of Quality Express Lube in Farmington Hills, I ordered uniforms back in August and I still didnt get anything from them. I used Cintas on my other shop and uniforms were done in 3 weeks. BUT with Unifirst it takes 3 months to 3 years instead... SO BAD & UNPROFESSIONAL

We still didnt get the uniform we ordered 2/3 month ago, and everytime we call they give us different date, very bad customer service.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.GO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT RESPECTS TIME.
