The staff are quick to greet you and very helpful. We use this kinkos for multiple print jobs.
I absolutely LOVED the service here!!! They were so helpful, especially Tina!! She was so sweet, funny and caring, and really took the time to help me accomplish what I needed to do. It was kind of complicated, but she helped me every step of the way!! The other guy was very kind as well, and they went above and beyond!!! Great job, guys!!! Your service does not go unrecognized!
I have never been so disgusted in my life. 9/23 at 6:30 PM I literally watch the nightly truck driver basketball toss the packages in his truck. When I told the manager he just wanted me to keep it down. As a small business owner that has to deal with shipping complaints and has lost some much money in the past I was outraged!!! I really hope he was on camera and is reported.
The ONLY reason this is not a 1Star review is because one of the staff was so nice and helpful. Otherwise I found the remainder of the staff to be too busy to help. The main reason for the low rating is the ridiculous pricing. I was shipping a 10x11x4 package weighing under 2lbs to Bangkok, Thailand. The FedEx price....wait for it....$230.00. Yes $230.00. Amazingly the USPS Office, in the same town, shipped this same package for $45.00. Why anyone would do business with those kinds of rates?

Very friendly workers. Many services offered including facts and general office supplies. As well as shipping including overnight, priority overnight, as well as some bigger freight. They also paid special attention to sanitary needs with covid-19. There is a area devoted to hand sanitizing as well as mass for people who do not come prepared.
Just left fedex in taylor on eureka. The girl had such a bad attitude, just rude without reason. Such a disappointment. Being a former employee of kinkos, Ive never expected to have such treatment. I guess the Spirit of Paul Orfalea is dead and gone now. At least in Taylor, michigan

The staff member who assisted me seem to have an attitude and yet this was before 10 a.m. I understand the seriousness of the virus however if Im giving you paperwork that has the information youre looking for, all you have to do is simply follow the paperwork instead of my reading off every single line by line by line. I even said hi and she did not even acknowledge it. She had a hair scarf on her head so Im assuming she must have a headache. Thats the only excuse I can think which is why I gave my experience One star versus Zero Stars. If you dont want to work there, then dont take it out on me. My goodness.
Extremely friendly staff. They helped me with faxing some of my documents (that were not in standard A4 size). The employee took it upon himself to fax it for me. Appreciate the excellent customer care/service. Most businesses should learn from this.

I usually get good service here BUT be weary of a lady at the counter who will overcharge you for things like faxes, etc..I gave her 4 pages to fax (one was a cover page so I should have only been charged for 3) but she tried to charge me for 5 pages!!! and only I handed her 4 pages TOTAL including the free cover page. So charging me for 5 instead of 3 ?Luckily i pay attention to everything! She got the job done but you definitely want to pay attention to what you are paying for here .
Line out the door, no order to anything, staff moves slow as can be.

Computer center is a total ripoff! Staff was nice, but it didnt make up for the complete rip-off of every single service they had except copying, and direct printing. This review stands on the corporation not the employees. Specifically for setting up the computer center the way they did. Just charge a flat fee for using everything ya jerks! Being charged by the minute made it stressful, and un-inviting to get my work done there. Plus, just today when I went to fax something they also wanted to charge me over 2 dollars per page. Just imagine someone trying to fax something for a job, or something thats not corporate backed. You are now known as the office bullys to me.
Pierre and the other staff are great, they were willing to go through multiple sample prints to get the right one.

Most of their equipment is non functional and nobody seems to care, the employees will chat amongst themselves behind the counter for extended periods of time completely ignoring the customers in line. Stay away from this FedEx location unless you have unlimited time and unlimited patience to deal with non working equipment and non caring employees who ignore the customers.
Poorly managed store. The employees were more than happy to help, give advice and attempt to resolve issues as they arose. However there was no clear chain of leadership. Very haphazard and unorganized. It cost me time and money.Two employees were told that a printer wasnt working properly. But yet at least two additional customers were allowed to send jobs to the inoperable printer.I cant say I wont end up here again but it would be my last resort.
They need more help.

I almost never post reviews, but i feel compelled to now because I had such a good experience that seems to be totally at odds at the other reviews Ive seen. I often use reviews to guide my choices for the businesses I patronize, but I know that I usually have to look at the middle of the road reviews, not the uptight, upset, nobody-can-please-me review. Michelle suggested that I email my print job, saying that it would be faster. She was right - it was waiting for me when I got there 45min later. I needed to ship it and she boxed it up. But she wasnt happy with the pricing and was determined to find me a more cost-effective option, which she did. A 5-star experience. Thanks.
I am so thankful for Michele and everyone at the taylor location. I had about 50 dishes wrapped and sent to Las Vegas, and every piece was perfect. These were my grandmothers dishes and mean alot to me. Thank you Michele and Staff for doing a wonderful job. I will be back !
The man that helped me was very matter-of-fact bit nice enough. Very quick service. Im pleased with my visit. :)
Had a item PACKED and shipped by the employee on duty. She assured me she packaged it very well, took her word for it(as they have tinted glass that blacks you from seeing how your item is being packaged) They offer the insurance, and I had it insured for $xxx amount of dollars and away the package went. A week later when the package arrived to the customer the box was beat up and the item was DESTROYED. Now we are going through there claim service (IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND EVEN WITH TONS OF PROOF AND DOING ALL THEY ASK!!) to get my customer reimbursed for the item FedEx damaged and for the shipping returned as the item was damaged and not packaged correctly by there staff. PLEASE AVOID this place for any packaging or shipping needs!

Expensive to send faxs like $1.25 a page (-1 Star) Second review: Gave them a file to print up. On my system the file formatting is fine but for whatever reason on their system 4 lines were tabbed over 1 space. No problem just hit backspace 4 times and problem solved. Except, they adamantly refused multiple times to do so, stating its their policy to not Edit files. If I wanted it done they said I would need to use their computer, at my cost of course, keep in mind the file is fine so there is nothing for me to fix. Then they wanted to charge me the color price which is 4x black and white cost for a page that only needed to be b&w. Then after they printed up the uncorrected file they were debating wether or not to charge me for them after I told them to just shred them as they were unuseable. I then had to waste more of my time to go to a competitor farther away and file a complaint. All because she wouldnt spend literally 4 seconds to hit backspace a few times. This was all totally avoidable, excellent example of how to permanently lose a customer unnecessarily. (-3 stars)

0 stars. Fed ex guy was Rude, seemed irritated to help. 1st visit to return a damaged package with return fedex label sorry your package wont work its 13$ if you wanna ship. Left got new box 2nd visit, oh the box is ok but the packaging isnt 15$. Now mind u im returning something with a pre paid label. Go home come back they check my package say its still not packaged right and they wont tape it shut, tell me to buy my own tape. So I go online and it says they will come to my house to get package. So after 3 visits the fedex flunky coundnt tell me that. Dont waste your time here if you expect any help.
Went to ship on morning of 3-5-18, lady charged me extra for boxes. I asked her why she charged me extra she said she just assumed I wanted it. Didnt seem to care. I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes than come to this FedEx again.
Every time you take something in to ship youre with needs to be repacked. It was the exact same box fed ex delivered 3 days ago.
Terrible, TERRIBLE service.. paid $2.50 to had something faxed, and the manager Jeff had it faxed UPSIDE DOWN AND THE OTHER DOCUMENT WAS FAXED SIDEWAYS therefore, both documents were faxed wrong, and I wasted my money. Jeff (the manager) also got lippy with another customer because HE messed up with her as well. Let one of your employees handle it next time, they actually know what theyre doing! Friendly staff, but youre going to charge a minimum of 30 cents a minute to use the conputer, and then have really slow Internet so Google drive wont even load? Sounds like a rip off. Late hours are nice though.
Rude service in taylor do not visit the taylor kinos. bad servicethey just lost out a sale. From potential customers. Never go there went there for a banner to be printed waited hours and houdhours with all the info for the banner ended up goingTo another a print shop in Plymouth that was better. In cost and better graphics way better estimates for a banner than kinosKinkos need more people at the register and maybe they wouldnt. Lose out on a paying customers the workers sit half of the time not helping the paying customers chatting the day away with the people who dont buy anything holding up time just rude

Dont come here if your trying to do anything more than print something. Overpriced! Paid .40 cents a minute just to find out the computer and scanner are so antiquated that I couldnt attach a scanned image to an email! The lag on these computers is ludicrous! Left having paid $11 and the job not done due to my frustration with the slow computers.
Received a call from them because a package that was being held there was past its expiration. I spoke to someone and authorized to have it shipped back so long as I could get an estimated cost. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! He refused to tell me and threatened to destroy my package. TERRIBLE PERSON!!~
My order for 1000 business post cards, took over 2 months to be done. And over charged almost 600.00 dollars. Told I would be credited the error at time of pick up. Been more then 10 days waiting for the credit. I will be taking the company business elsewhere in the future
