Have been with VOS since January 2020 and have been thoroughly pleased. Switching to a different copier company always includes bumps in the road but they have proven themselves well by always responding to our needs, even on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 PM! Theyre quick to get back in touch with us and have gone the extra mile to make sure our copier system is always up an running.

Our organization had to make changes due to poor service from our past vendor and in turn received a cost savings, quality service, and reliability from Vision Office Systems. As you know, changes to any system comes with a few obstacles and frustrations but Vision walk through it with us every step of the way…communication, communication, communication is key. My personality, sometimes led me to think I can figure it out quickly on my own when sometimes it’s not the case, but communicating with them sooner before I got frustrated with the product was essential. They’re always willing to help, with a can do attitude, helped me out a lot.
