I had toasting glasses for my brother and his bride-to-be. I had their names and wedding date engraved on the glasses, and they turned out beautiful. Im sure they will love them. Thank you, Accutech, you guys rock.

I decided to take one of my dad’s best knives to memorialize him since he passed away a couple of years ago and was an avid knife collector. I was a little apprehensive because of its value to me but decided to trust Accutech to do it. I could not be more pleased with how well it turned out! Allison wasnt unhappy because of the services we received-- I indicated that what I wanted was the exact *symbol* that I drew, not that my pen strokes would be replicated. The person at the counter never implied that this would be the case, and we never were lead to believe it would be so. This is poor communication on the part of the business, and including the cost of engraving and the gift, we are now out over $100 for services that did not produce what we asked for. If Accutech truly has such a large customer base, then they should consider investing in insurance to cover occasions when they make such a costly error.

Accutech did a great job on engraving pens that would be handed out at an upcoming luncheon. Pens look great, reasonably priced and very professional and timely service. Will use them again!

I highly recommend this business! I had three Willow Tree figurines I needed engraved for some college graduates. Several other places said they couldnt do it. Accutech asked me to bring the item in, looked at them, and said they could do it. A few days later they were done and look AMAZING! They were exactly what I envisioned, the price was reasonable, and they were very professional to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

This place is amazing! I got some engraving done on some bridesmaids gifts and it turned out even better than I expected. Everything was done on time, decently priced, and the customer service was excellent! I would most Def recommend them.

I ordered save the dates, invitations and printed napkins for my upcoming wedding. To say I was please is a gross understatement! I am an older bride so i didnt want picture save the dates, but something elegant..... they came through above and beyond. I also wanted elegant but simple invitations, I cannot tell you how many people have commented on how beautiful they are! I also bought a gift for my niece there that is beautiful as well.

Brett Myers is completely wrong about this place. I read his review along with another not so stellar review and was a little concerned when I took a $300+ knife in to have engraved with my fathers rather complex signature (Christmas present). After a couple of days (it is the holidays and waiting is just part of the deal in these times) I went in to pick it up and see the work... All I could say was WOW!! It looked as if my father had personally taken a red hot fountain pen and etched the signature on himself. Absolutely top notch work from these people. The price was reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and most importantly the work was flawless and completely spot on. It was so good I left another knife, this one for my brother in law, to get engraved. Would totally work with these people again and again.

Took my son;s computer in to get his name and number engraved on it and the power cord converter. Great job! Done quickly (1 day) and looked great and will not be able to be removed easily. Will use them for future projects like this.

I used Accutech for a last minute gift and they were fantastic! It was ready the next day and they were very fairly priced ($20 for a large Clemson paw on metal). Definitely using them again

Took a gift there to get initials done in a small design on a knife a week later we picked up the item and it was trash. We were not told that it was going to be our handwriting from the paper that was only item so initially my drawing was chicken scratch and we had saw as a professional they would use Photoshop or paint to straighten out the edges of the design will not return will not recommend and all my jungle J friends do not take your item or knife Accutech because it will come out as trash. That was a 100 dollar knife thst I am now too embarrassed to present

I have a diamond ring need to engrave. I went to a jewelery store and they cant do it and recommended me to Accutech Engraving . They really did a good job, exactly what I wanted to engrave. Its really hard to find a shop in town which will do diamond ring engraving. I love it and I will recommend all my friends to Accutech Engraving.

We had an odd shaped item to engrave - and I just knew there was no way to engrave our staffs initials, but I stopped by to ask. ACCUTECH Engraving said they absolutely could engrave it and would have the 14 items engraved and back to us within a week -- even during the busy week leading up to Christmas! They did exactly what was promised within the time promised. We were very pleased and will use them again for any custom engraving and business branded items!

Great place with excellent customer service and selection

DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS FOR ENGRAVING! My wife and I had a VERY bad experience here. I bought a very nice bookmark for my niece as a Christmas gift and took it to ACCUTECH to be engraved. When my wife went to pick it up, she noticed that the word TRUST (a five-letter word) was misspelled TURST. When my wife questioned the owner about the error, she said that it was a computer error (clearly NOT a computer error, aka a lie) and refused to refund anything. After some debate, the owner offered the following solutions: 1. She would strike a line through TURST and engrave TRUST above it, free of charge... 2. Since this was clearly a ridiculous solution, the owner told us that if we bought another bookmark, she would engrave it for free (it was 3 days before Christmas and wasnt time to purchase another). 3. Since my wife and I decided that we were going to choose an engraver that could spell and is reputable, my wife asked for a refund, which the owner finally, reluctantly granted. After I returned home from work, I went back to ACCUTECH to receive a refund for the bookmark since it was now ruined. The owner told us that she was not responsible for items that were not purchased in her store. In other words, she was saying that she was not responsible to replace items that were ruined by misspellings, and by default, she was not responsible for spelling words correctly. With all of that said, it was, after all, not an extremely expensive bookmark (around $25). The owner promised me that in 10 years of business this is only the second misspelling shes ever had. I made the point that if this situation were so infrequent, why wouldnt she feel compelled to do the right thing and replace the damaged items. She just kept saying she wasnt responsible. My wife and I have since pondered the question, what would have happened if this was something truly sentimental? I guess I would encourage you to ask yourself the same question before taking anything you value to ACCUTECH Engraving. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
