Eric was very helpful. He made sure we had the best bed for our budget. He also volunteered warranty info when we mentioned that a one year old box foundation had broken. Can’t say enough good about him.

We received out mattress on the delivery date only to find that when the guys put it on the bed they had dirty or greasy hands. We paid over 5000.00 including a delivery fee for a dirty mattress. We are working with the store to have it returned and a new replacement. VERY ANGRY that we were told the trucks are full for 2 days so you will have to wait. If someone had spent that much with me I would have made it right that day even if I had to pay overtime or brought it myself.This is a large company not a mom and pop store and over 5000.00 is a lot to spend. Being told to just put the mattress cover over it and use it till the new one come was not the right answer.

Robert at the Taylors store was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions. Once, we went back to make a purchase he was very quick with the transaction. I thought I would have been there for 40+ mins or so. However, he knew his computer screens so it took no time at all.
