Very disappointed with there deli. Placed online order at 11:40 for 12:30 pick up. Got there at 12:15 and was told not ready yet. Told them I would be back at 12:30. Went back to deli at 12:30 and they were just starting to make order. Did not get order ( 3 half and 1 full sub) till 12:45. Very unorganized. Took care of walk INS before filling online orders. There was another customer waiting on her online order also.

I love Publix. I moved here from Florida years ago and was so happy they had Publix here aswell. The staff is extremely helpful and respectful. Darryl was an amazing deli manager before they transferred him and everyone in the deli is so bubbly and up beat. Genuinely love shopping here. Oh and don’t Roget about the crazy good sales!!! Also David in the pharmacy will tell you anything you need to know about your medications. He’s an amazing human being and pharmacist.

This is the best grocery store in this whole state of SC, I am on a strict budget for groceries, my last visit here my grocery bill was about $50 less than the week prior from Walmart, which prices have really gone up extremely!!

I LOVE this publix. Everyone is nice, the store is clean, food fresh. I purchased yellow roses today and Denise was so pleasant and helped me get the flowers vase ready!!!The Poke bowls are Great as well. Good Job Publix

I had seen in the Publix Ads that they had their Bourbon Marinated Salmon on sale. I remembered that when I was the Pharmacy Manager at one of the Publix stores, that I would call the Seafood Department in my store and ask them to package 10 pieces individually so that I could freeze them and be able to take out one piece at a time to have for supper when I got home at 9:30pm on the days that I worked! This Seafood employee said that he would gladly package them for me. I headed straight for the store and they were ready and waiting for me! Then, I realized that the Seafood employee had been employed at my original store and that I was able to see an old friend!If you like Bourbon Marinated Salmon, watch out for it when it is on sale! You can freeze it and put it in your George Foreman Grill for 3 minutes! Done! And oh so good! Thank you Publix!

I ordered the sports stacked cake for my nephew for his bday party. It was so embarrassing to give him a cake and show the guests this leaning cake! I order cakes normally twice a year for my daughters birthday cakes and have never had a problem. I hope you can help make this right somehow Publix.

Store is clean, aisles are easy to navigate, and most employees are cheerful and helpful. Each time I shop there are stockers replenishing goods or checking produce for quality. We especially enjoy the conversations with a particular hot food employee. He is quite a wonderful character.

OMG this jawn is closed at 9:20pm on a Saturday night and will be closing @9pm from now on, with the exception of Sunday. Mmmyeah Sunday closing time is 7pm.m c c is 7pm, like whoa. Why Pubix? Whyyyyy? Its bad enough that not one Publix in Greenville County has carried the lemon meringue pie in almost 2 weeks. But this is got to be the last straw.

The best floral dept ever, I buy my girlfriend roses there every week n other arrangements that are beautiful! N the best part is the Dirt Cheap Prices!

Publix is a great grocery store. The people are so friendly and make it a pleasure to shop. The deli makes the best chicken wings around. The stores are always super clean, well stocked, and organized.

Always great to visit a place where the employees know your name, well, my wifes name anyway. Lol

I know its hard getting workers now and I feel bad for the people working. At Publix today I put in an online order for subs and when I got to the store at my allotted time my subs hadnt even been started and the lady behind the counter was very upset. She kept apologizing and saying she was getting ready to quit after 5 years and just walk out because she had been asking for help for several hours and not getting any. 30 mins after my pick up time, my subs were finally ready and I was able to go.

I was impressed with everything the store had. Ive been looking everywhere, including Walmart for an item and I went to the pet store and decided to stop at Publixs and there it was. I ended up grocery shopping while I was there.

It has been a good store to go to since my childhood and I continue loving their assortments of platters, cakes, wider variety of certain frozen dinners. Not very budget friendly as it is a place for those middle class and up due to prices but even on a short budget, you can get a sub meal at the deli, pick out an assortment of macarons, get a small sushi platter, things like that if your looking for an instant meal or snack on the go. They have beautiful cakes as well. The catering station helps with occasions and holidays.

We love Publix especially since they give little ones a free cookie in the bakery.

Less than the normal polite and courteous service at the deli, then not one word of acknowledgement from the cashier. This was not at all up to par by Publix standards!

This has been my grocery store for over 20 years. The customer service is the best. Staff is great. Deli is sometimes understaffed and in stock position for some items is still below average since pandemic. Pharmacy is great!

In and out at Pharmacy in no time. Noticed that a sign to welcome walk-in for a Vivid shot. I already have mine. Good job Publix.

Employees are rude, when coupon comes on an item all have been expired in the 14 months Ive bought the product. If you wont honor the coupon that is on the product because of it being outdated, take it off before putting item on shelf. If it is still on product at purchase honor it. Friends shop for me so if I come all the way in to get a refund on coupons that were on product when it arrived honor the coupon!

Folks that work here are great but the selection is lackluster. The organic produce section would fit in the back of an SUV. Thats pathetic

Food at sandwich bar and deli is fresh. Employees are always pleasant. Store is clean. Enjoy shopping at Publix.

Always an enjoyable shopping experience here! The cafe has some of the best chicken tenders and white Mac n cheese we’ve had, and I frequently drop in to pick up canolis from the bakery.

Publix is a little pricey but they have better quality than other stores.

The only thing I can complain about at Publix is some of their prices are a little higher than the competition, but the overall experience--the people, products and policies--more than make up for it.

Nice store. People are friendly prices are typical and the product is fresh. Good place for a sandwich with Boars Head meats and cheeses. Wish they sliced fresh for sandwiches but it is a grocery store.

Order my mother a cake on the 5-8-21. Came in on mothers to pick it up. Was not even ready.

Customer service is always exceptional!!! Prices are slighter higher than other markets but its worth the product and the shooping experience.

Publix is high in prices but a great place to shop. Very clean. Went to Bi-LO and 1/2 of their workers had masks under their nose, on their chin & the Butcher wasnt wearing 1 at all. So I left & went to Publix and all safety rules were were being followed for their customers. Thank you!

Definitely not thrilled with the bakery department. Ordered a cake online to be picked up, and when I went to pick it up the guy mumbled and pointed in a direction. The writing on the cake was terrible. If it wasn’t going to fit then don’t put it on there. I would have appreciated that much more than the jammed writing in the corner that you couldn’t understand. And the design on the cake didn’t look anything like I wanted.

This is a great Publix location! The workers are wonderful, I especially love Jeff and Dacey! When I order subs, it’s my favorite thing to talk to Dacey, he brings a light to the store. So happy he finally came back. I missed him very much! Highly recommend this location.
