Great people. I found out this place had helped an assisted living, The Residences at Park Place in Seneca with a pool table. They told me about this place and how awesome they were. It touched my heart that there are still good people out there that care about the elderly. I recommend this place to anyone looking for pool tables and or accessories. We as people must start helping businesses that care for other people, and this business does! God bless you and the hearts that you have touched!

Sales person was very knowledgeable about the product. Made it very easy in helping me to decide which direction I want to go. She was not too pushy, yet assertive would need to be. They went out of their way to make sure I got my table on time . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone purchasing pool tables

The second week of Dec and I just had a man from TN here--that I hired to look at and try to correct the many mistakes made by the person Carolina Pool Tables Plus sent out to put our antique pool table together. We had to wait weeks for Larry from Charlotte who was supposed to be their best person for the job. He arrived on the job at about 5:30 pm instead of early afternoon and their best guys mistakes are too numerous and major to totally cover in this form but I documented everything with pictures. I will write up the problems, print pictures, go into the store to discuss and give the store a chance to make amends after the first of the year. But as of now their only offer was to send their best man Larry from Charlotte back to the house. I would not let that person in my house or near my pool table again--are they crazy! He broke the table cracking wood, assembled it wrong etc. In fact the more we disassembled the more problems and crappy workmanship performed by Larry we found. This is a table worth a good bit as it is antique and in great condition and I wish had never let Carolina Pool tables Plus near it. Even the cloth they they recovered the table with is low grade according to my trusted TN guy who has put this table together for us in the past but lives so far away that I tried someone else which turned out to be a major mistake. Pool table still not back together. My guy had to take the sides home with him to repair and with the holidays it will be after the first of the year before things get finished up. We paid for Larrys work back in Sept and he came in Oct. What a waste of time and money!Warning avoid: Carolina Pool Tables Plus - Taylors, SC

Stacy is great. She is a problem solver. Great customer service. Almost everything was delivered and installed on time. Chad the installer, did a real good job installing the pool table and putting together the pub table.The only thing that didnt get delivered on time was the cover and instead of shipping it, Stacy drove 1 1/2 hours 1 way to get if to us.We did have a problem with a light. Wrong color chain and mounting cover. Linda, the owner, went out of her way to make that right.If you have a game room to set up, do yourself a favor and atleast talk with Stacy. I believe you will be pleased.

I work at an assisted living facility and our residents really enjoy playing pool. I called Carolina Pool Tables Plus to see if they knew of anyone who might be donating a pool table, since we did not have money in the budget for one. Staci, the manager, said that she would speak with the owner and see what could be done. Imagine my surprise when she called me back and said they had a pool table for us if we could pick it up!! Not only that but they had a foosball talbe as well. We went to pick them up and they provided the accessories so our residents could begin enjoying the table immediately. The pool table is beautiful! There are not enough words to thank Staci and the owner for the generosity they showed our residents. I would recommend that anyone go here to purchase a pool table. They will experience kind and knowledgeable service above and beyond.

Best Billiards store in the Carolinas! Also the customer service is fantastic. Stacy could not have been more helpful from the time we chose our table to the time it was delivered.

This place isnt even open anymore and it doesnt say it online. We drove out here for nothing and there isnt even a sign on the door saying where they moved to.
