Our neighbor recommended MCKB after using them for their kitchen and bath renovations. Its been several months since the completion of our master bath redo and our opinion hasnt wavered...we absolutely LOVE our new bath! We found the staff and crews to be really great - professional, polite, and prompt. They clearly communicated each step of the process. We so appreciate Scotts detailed work; he was very conscientious and left us a clean room at the end of each day. We did hit a few snags along the way, as is typical with most renos. One problem was we chose a stone from an outside vendor and it proved to be a difficult working material. (Tip: try to go with something they offer in-house if you are on a tight timeline.) Mike, Kent, Paige and the whole team went to bat for us to give us the very best finished product. We are so pleased with MCKB and the job they did for us.

If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. My husband & I walked in today@4pm. A pleasant couple was exiting as we were entering. A representative of the company had obviously walked them to the door. Upon our entering, she spoke dryly. I greeted her with quite a bit more plesantness hoping to change her disposition. She looked me up & down as if I must have unknowingly entered the wrong store. I told her I was interesed in Cambria stone. She nodded her head in the direction of the display which was positioned near the entrance door. Thereafter, she walked off without anothe word. Rude is an understatement of her behavior. Finally, I walked through the store, she was in her office as was another young lady in a second office. Neither bothered to look directly in our direction to acknowledge our presence. The stubby blonde hair lady who I encountered upon entering store, gave me a side view, turned her head as if the papers in her hands were more important than a new potential customer. It was at this point that I knew, she had no interest in my business. Just so the company knows, I wasnt window shopping, I was shopping to purchase a total of 3 Cambria slabs for a kitchen renovation. Yes, my kitchen is large enough for 3 slabs. I took my business to another company who appreciates customers whether window shopping or ready to purchase on the spot. If you are an AA, I advise to not enter this store, there is no respect to people who does not look like the workers. So sad that this level of racism is so blatant in 2018.
