I do not recommend this company.They approached me to do drop ship. Sent me a really nice sample and we negotiated, for me, a great price. They made a few mistakes and had a few miscommunications in the beginning that they corrected. They said they have a 7-10 business day turnaround time. It took almost a month for them to get my orders out. I gave them approximately 60 orders with about 70 or so items.During week two, they lied to me on a Wednesday and said all my orders were packaged and ready to go out. Went as far as to say, the only way they wouldnt go out was if the carriers couldnt carry them out. After seeing, only about five packages were sent out between that Wednesday and Friday, I called and was told my orders were stacked up to be printed. But on Wednesday, everything was done. What was the purpose of lying?After they didnt deliver what they promised, never apologized (or gave a reason other than being behind a few days) and lied to me, they have the nerve to have an attitude with me using a lot of ! in their most recent emails to yell at me and said their business is terminated with me. That was determined when it took a month to get my orders out.I paid in advance and required them to deliver what they promised. They did not deliver what they promised and disrespected me.

Great experience from start to finish. Took my design, and made awesome shirts. Top quality shirts, not cheap dollar store, see-thru junk. Thanks for the quick printing. Never knew my large order could be done so fast.

First Pass Apparel’s customer service is out of this world!! Communication with them was easy and they knew what I wanted when we were talking. Other companies I have dealt in the past took going back and forth 4-5 times.Once I received my order with them, I tested their quality. The inks looked great and to date I have washed them 20 times and they still look fresh and show no signs of wear!! I am thoroughly AMAZED!!!I am so impressed with their entire operation and attention to detail!!THANK YOU!!

They did a great job for my friend who ordered these shirts....They looked fantastic and you couldnt even feel the print, Unlike the screen printed ones he ordered last. The screen print felt like sandpaper.The shirts they printed on was soft and fit fantastic also. I would refer people to use this company. Great turn around, no set up fees and my friend only ordered 6 shirts which is unheard of. They didnt charge him an arm and a leg either....
